They all want to deliver their tons of babies in the US to claim birthright citizenship like Kamala Harris, who is a c*******t now a VP soon to be a president.

By 2035, it is projected that US will no longer be a white majority country, but b****s and browns, and yellow. Terrorists and drug dealers are all celebrating Biden won through stolen v**es. Most Chinese from Hongkong will come cause they love to be free. But US is becoming like China now, large government at the dictates of Biden.

Our hospitals will be filled with anchor babies, and we taxpayers have to pay for their medical care. Handouts don't care, they don't spend a dime for this. Except, their welfare money is now spread to tons of millions of people seeking for refuge. The Pope love this, US has now open borders.

That new majority people in the US in just a few more years are going to be Mexicans according to the experts and that makes sense because of the foreign born in our nation, Mexicans far outnumber all others. Can't you just envision how Mexico and its controlling drug cartels are looking forward to that time when THEIR people have the power in the USA? After all., Mexico says they are simply Mexicans living in another country, but always Mexican citizens.

I agree with this, and President Trump obviously saw the harm to America through us trying to be both the welfare service to the world's nations as well as the policeman that fights their wars for them while they use their money for their citizens. President Trump spoke up about this very thing, declaring to those nations that there would be no more American soldiers dying for them until they did everything possible to fight for themselves. We need to return to our nation's original stance of staying out of the business of other nations unless we, ourselves were directly being harmed. Frankly, I don't give a damn if the muslims in Somalia or Iran or Saudia Arabia k**l off each other, but I think we make a huge mistake in not being super cautious about individual muslims we alliw to move into our country and in not severely limiting their numbers here. Which brings me to another point of contention with me about refugees (and asylees). No refugee should be allowed to come to the USA unless they have an individual or group in the USA willing to, legally, accept total responsibility for them as long as they are here, and being here as a refugee should always be a temporary situation, no green cards, no path to citizenship, no work permits, nothing but temporary status in the care of their sponsor here. Our country should have a small group of supervisors whose only job is keeping close tabs on all foreigners here on a temporary status AND close tabs in the situation they fled from in their countries and this close supervision should result in them returning home the moment that home situation improves, If America dealt efficiently with such people as well as in the interests of America, the many hundreds of thousands of TPS foreigners living here who should have returned home many years ago would not be in the USA now. But, of course, now, the Democrats plan to give all these foreigners the status of legal immigrants, permanent legal status/green cards/the whole works. Anyone wonder how many anchor babies have been born to this group of foreigners that actually should not even be here? Or how many have children in our schools or how many have received free medical care in our hospitals/emergency rooms?

It won't matter because Congress will simply pay for them with our federal taxes, just as they are using our taxes to encourage and pay for a******ns in foreign nations. Nevertheless, I wish every state would do this, but few will. Texas has its own large population of l*****ts, so we'll see how long this lasts; no doubt there will be a law suit very soon.

Red States Pushing Back on Biden’s Executive Orders
Stu CvrkFeb 02, 2021 4:00 PM ET

(AP Photo/David Zalubowski, File)
In an unprecedented flurry of authoritarian activity for a new president, the Hologram has signed 43 executive orders in his first dozen days in office. This from someone who as a candidate claimed that “Trump was a dictator” in signing various executive orders, as noted here:

“I’ve got to get the v**es,” said then-candidate Biden.

“I have this strange notion, we are a democracy … if you can’t get the v**es … you can’t [legislate] by executive order unless you’re a dictator. We’re a democracy. We need consensus,” said Biden.

Yet, it is abundantly clear that Biden is essentially ruling by diktat in reversing dozens of Trump policies – from canceling the Keystone XL Pipeline to enabling “t*********rs” in the armed forces to opening the border (and ceasing construction of the wall) to rejoining the Paris Climate Accords. Others being contemplated could involve curbing Second Amendment rights, a return to the Obama-era Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with Iran, new politically-oriented domestic terrorism laws, and curbing First Amendment rights including protected political speech on social media.

Many Americans are greatly concerned by the increasing suppression of constitutional rights, as publicly trumpeted by Biden apparatchiks and supporters in the legacy media. Big Tech l*****ts have already “canceled” the social media upstart Parler and suspended thousands of social media accounts of conservatives and Trump supporters. Some Biden supporters, including this PBS lawyer (!) – have even clamored for “reeducation camps” for Trump supporters. And this is just the tip of the iceberg, as the Left are emboldened in these actions because the Biden Administration is entirely sympathetic. How does the secret Democrat-led Senate ethics panel going after Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) for challenging Biden’s E*******l College “win” (as reported here) comport with the Democrats’ pursuit of “unity”? The goal is THEIR definition of unity, which involves suppression of all dissension at all costs. Because their definition decidedly does NOT mean consensus or compromising with Republicans. Always remember that their word definitions are not commonly understood definitions but rather are twisted to service their political objectives!

Back to Biden’s EOs. First of all, executive orders are NOT laws but rather are “pseudo laws,” as explained by the American Bar Association here:

An executive order is a signed, written, and published directive from the President of the United States that manages operations of the federal government. They are numbered consecutively, so executive orders may be referenced by their assigned number, or their topic.

Executive orders are not legislation; they require no approval from Congress, and Congress cannot simply overturn them. Congress may pass legislation that might make it difficult, or even impossible, to carry out the order, such as removing funding. Only a sitting U.S. President may overturn an existing executive order by issuing another executive order to that effect.

[However,] … executive orders … have the force of law, much like regulations issued by federal agencies, so they are codified under Title 3 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

Because EOs have “the force of law” similar to federal rules generated by the administrative state, some Red States have begun to push back. In Texas, Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) filed a lawsuit to stop implementation of an executive order that directs a halt to all deportations of i*****l a***ns during Biden’s first 100 days as president:

According to Paxton, the freeze violates the Constitution and is a violation of federal immigration and administrative law as well as an agreement between the State of Texas and the Department of Homeland Security.

And a federal judge subsequently blocked implementation of that executive order, as reported here. Hurrah for a little Republican lawfare for a change after four years of Democrat filings before friendly l*****t judges to thwart President Trump’s actions!

But that is not all of the push back that is underway. In South Dakota, a state representative introduced a bill that would enable the state attorney general to review and reject p**********l executive orders that violate the Constitution:

The bill takes a broad view, stating that no executive order may be implemented “that restricts a person’s rights.”

The proposed bill would also allow the attorney general to block implementation of any order deemed unconstitutional if the order refers to:

A p******c or other public health emergency

The regulation of natural resources

The regulation of the agricultural industry

The regulation of land use

The regulation of the financial sector through the imposition of environmental, social, or governance standards

The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms

Excellent! Protection of constitutional rights is vital to the preservation of our constitutional Republic. The Biden administration policy objectives that curtail constitutional rights of Americans must be halted and reversed. Executive orders are ruling by diktat, not by consensus. It is the responsibility of the US Congress to write laws, not the Executive Branch. Executive orders are another manifestation of the administrative state – in this case by the Office of the President, bypassing Congress to implement policy through “pseudo law.” The practice has gotten out of hand and needs to be curtailed. More states need to pursue what South Dakota is doing.

Actually this approach would be great if enough states stood together, but that is unlikely to happen. Most of our states now are so filled with foreign non-citizens and l*****t/socialist/no borders/democrats that the change to blue has already happened or is close, as just happened to my state. If there are more of them than us, we cannot change anything. And, it is very likely that by the end of this era of the Democrats being in power, everything will be much much worse than now.

I agree. My reason is that the people in Congress (ar least most) are not stupid and have to know what they are doing to the future of America and Americans with both their constant borriwing/spending and overloading our nation with millions of burdensome foreigners every year. I have no idea who is behind this destruction of the USA, but so much is happening and has been for at least a dozen years. We no longer catch our breathe about one new chaotic happening than up crops another. Commonsense says there must be intent behind all of it. We have an insane, unplayable national debt that our leaders keep recklessly increasing, those same leaders spend our money not on our own nation's actual needs but on frivolous things like the Kennedy Center and on foreign nations that never change. We add 2-3 million new needy, greedy, s**mming foreigners to our nation every year and give the majority most of our rights/benefits while requiring nothing of them not even assimilation or becoming citizens. We allow these people to use our own laws and courts against us, as in i******s using our courts to avoid being deported. We allow lying foreigners to get asylum here for almost any reason they mention, same with refugees. Instead of forcing hundreds of thousands of foreigners here on a temporary status because of some natural disaster in their nations to return home as they should have many years ago, now they are going to be given permanent legal status and green cards just like legal immigrants. So many negative things happening constantly and our citizenry becoming more and more divided. And the result of it all is that our country is quickly becoming weaker, more foolish, heading hell bent for collapse and failure as a nation, at which point the USA will be ripe for take over, perhaps by China and Mexico, who knows.

The school board which is responsible to the people of the county are elected officials.

I think you are wrong about the curriculum being chosen and written by each county. While there probably are representative educators from each country participating in all efforts of reviewing or revising the curriculum, this is done at the state level, because the curriculum for fifth graders in math, for 10th grades in wirld history, etc, must be the same throughout the schools in the state

It is my opinion that every person over 18 that is actually a citizen of the USA should have the right to v**e. BUT, v****g is a privilege found only in nations of free citizens, and that privilege comes with v**er responsibilities, meaning that the v**er has NO RIGHT to v****g at HIS leisure or HIS convenience. The state has the responsibility of providing adequate, well-manned v****g locations and procedures making the action safe and secure and open enough days and hours to provide ample opportunity for every v**er, no matter his work schedule; the state is also responsible for creating a safe and secure way to v**e for citizens such as our military who are unable to be present in their state during v****g schedules and for citizens who are mentally competent but physically incapable of v****g in person. For our citizens who cannot v**e in person, THEY are responsibile for requesting an absentee b****t, verifying the reason, in plenty of time to receive the b****t, complete it and return it to arrive before e******n day. For all other citizens, you are responsibile for providing wh**ever proof of US citizenship and state residence is required by your state and providing it when v****g AND it is your responsibility to know where your polling location is and to v**e there in person. All states provide early v****g of at least a week, most two weeks, so any citizen that is unwilling to find time to go v**e on any of 10 early v****g days plus actual e******n day between the hours of 7am to 7pm has no real desire to v**e. Because it is your, the v**er's, responsibility to v**e in-person during the days/times provided. You have no right to a day off from work to v**e. You have no right to an unsecured mail-in b****t when you are perfectly capable of fulfilling your in-person v****g responsibilities.

If it was actually a good plan, fair to all US citizens, not favoring foreign non-citizens, rational, based on commonsense, clear/specific without loopholes, of course. True conservatives do not operate on emotions, especially not hatred, but on facts/t***h, on the truly best interests of America and Americans, without consideration for foreign non-citizens living in our country.

Manning. My Mother-in-law is an East Texas farm girl born and raised. My father-in-law, aside from ranching, was a gun dealer specializing in the AR-15. To say they were conservative puts conservatives to shame. Now the point in all this is that when I had my stroke my mother-in-law, doing what all conservative farm girls do--moved in with us and took care of my daughter and my wife while I was in the hospital and then took care of me for 6 months while I was rehabbing.

Now to shorten this up a bit while Laverne was in E-Texas she listened to Rush Limbaugh and conservative radio and Fox News and Conservative news at night. To say she and my father-in-law were rabid conservatives is an understatement. Now all in total, Lavern was with us for about a year--minus weekends. Now at my house, we didn't listen to Fox News nor Rush Limbaugh nor any conservative programs for that matter. Now I mention this because over-time you could see Lavern change. The conservative accusations about Obama became less and less and before too long she had positive words to say about all of the Obama family--especially that he took care of his mother-in-law and she winked at me as she said she expected the same. And hey, so long as I can do it from my walker I will move the world for her.

Now, this is probably what is going to shock you Manning, and even though she says she didn't, I have a sneaking suspicion that she v**ed for Trump in his first term. But I know for certain that she didn't v**e for Trump his second term because I spent too many hours on the phone with her listening to her complain about the latest thing that Trump did and between my wife and me, we certainly got an earful.

Now my point to this long-winded storytelling is when we have propaganda pounded into us 24/7 we tend to believe it and with more certainty--even though we may have done nothing to validate what we heard. Now I'm not trying to convert you but I just want you to understand is when we live in a partisan world that is divided with t***h lying somewhere in between. Liberals and conservatives have been in this nation as long as we've had a nation. Do you think we would even be here if not for the first progressives?

But now, when you hear that liberalism and progressivism are the greatest evils ever to befall mankind, and you hear it 24/7 then not only do you believe it but you learn to fear it, and you fear for the future for your children and your grandchildren. The only thing I am trying to say is that maybe you don't need to fear it any more than the Evangelical Christians of 1776 needed to fear the words of Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, and the early liberals that they hung around with. And it was certainly much bleaker than it is now so if we made it once, we certainly can make it again...

Presdent Trump did tweet a message asking them to go home and most of his fans did so. This was in no way an I**********n started or encouraged by President Trump. It was all the bad actors within the crowd who weren't even anywhere near the President towards the end of his speech. They were getting ready for their attack.

First, what prejudice were the B*M and A****a r****rs destroying people and property all summer shown in their handling? Weren't the police in most of those cities told by the mayors to stand down? Weren't these rampaging mobs defended by mayors, governors, even congressional Democrats in one way after another? Weren't the few actually arrested defended also when democrats/socialists/l*****ts rushed to pay their bail and get them out of jail immediately and wasn't our now very own vice president elect one of those defenders? Even in the DC r**ts, weren't they defended by the Mayor, even to the point she had "Black L***s M****r" painted in huge letters on the main street, but refused to allow an organization to paint a different slogan on a DC street? Second, is there any possibility that the C*****l p****e were unprepared for this on purpose, in the hope that one or more in the crowd would start something? Would you be willing to agree that is at least possible? How about this HUGE difference between treatment of the summer r**ting mobs and the group entering the Capitol ground and building Wednesday --- the summer r****rs were defended and helped over and over by many, many of the democrst/l*****t bunch, but no conservatives are going to defend any person invading the Capitol building without permission Wednesday and none are going to be jumping to pay their bail if they are arrested. Yes, 4 people died, but only one because of the chaos in the Capitol, the other three died of natural causes on the streets. Only a little property was actually entered or harmed in the Capitol, but the summer r**ts by rampaging thugs destroyed hundreds of billions of dollars of innocent people's property and resulted in the inflicted deaths of at least 20 people. I abhor both happenings, but there simply is no commonsense comparison of the results of the two or of the intentions of the two. Yet, sadly, all that is going to be remembered or spoken of is that of an "i**********n at the Capitol building" because that is all the media and the democrat/l*****t crowd are going to allow talk of, while they all totally ignore everything they have been doing for 4 years of nastiness against that president and every US citizen v****g for him.
