I’m starting to come back from my depression. It’s a long haul but I’m starting to see some light in the room finally, so to speak. Thank you to those of you that check in on me once in a while. That’s the best I can do for good news right now.

Ted Cruz commented on Chicago’s shooting rate and used it as an example of how gun control doesn’t work. Mayor Lightfoot came back with how it was Republicans fault Chicago had such a bad problem with shootings because many of the guns recovered from Chicago’s shootings were stolen from neighboring states which are mostly republican so therefore Cruz should be quiet. I find it very difficult to find the limits of the distance liberal politicians are willing to reach to come up with excuses that maybe their policies are not optimal.

My neighbor has a really quick mustang 2 with a highly built 383 stroker and a t***smission with a high stall speed converter, fun car

I imagine that it’s a beast. Lil mustang 2 doesn’t weigh much. Mines getting a 8.8 rear with 3:73 gears and disc brakes out of a Ford Explorer and an AOD t***s. (Automatic overdrive). I’m ‘only’ going to be making about 400 hp but with a car that only weighs about 2650. It’ll be a fun tire fryer that will be driveable if I want to road trip upstate to see bahmer

My apologies, it was front drive later, the Toronado was front drive at that time. My mistake

There was an article in the old Hot Rod magazine on the old Buick Riviera. It could lift the front wheels. But lifting the front is only visually impressive. The Mustang was a better handling car, for what it's worth back then.

That would have been a trick, as the riviera was front wheel drive, but it was a heck of a car nonetheless.

Ahhhh finally a topic I can relate to. I’ve been building cars for 35 years. My big block 71 Mach 1 was good for a 12.4 sec 1/4 mile on good street tires. I’m currently building a v8 ranger and a ridiculously built 5.0 ‘78 mustang 2 c**pe. I appreciate all of the classics of wh**ever breed and if you can save them from the crusher I’m all for it. (Although I favor Fords and Plymouths for muscle cars). I had a 66 Plymouth Fury sport c**pe with a 383 that was a lot of fun.

MAJOR NEWS

August 24th 2019

Karymsky (Kamchatka)
Volcanic explosion to 70,000 foot BLAST.

AND WILLFULLY DANGEROUSLY NOT BEING REPORTED IN THE NEWS!!!!

largest in our lifetime and the news isn't reporting this, even volcanoe reporting agencies are not reporting. Discovery volcanoes is the only one reporting (In the world)......

I'm putting a watch on Japan, Alaska, , Vancover Canada and the west coast.

This is tremendous energy that will be traveling along the Plate boundries reaching the States.
I would say 7-10 days but expecting possibly with such energy it will move faster in a 5-7 day time frame that I'm assigning.

With the increased tremors from Vancover to Southern Oregon as the plate is shifting, this energy may combine and increase the slow slip. Increasing magnitudes on the west coast and t***sferring around the edge of the Craton . California is having earthquake swarms at the Clearlake Volcanoe, Coso junction, and Ridgecrest region under major watch and the long Valley Caldera ( California Super Volcanoe) is having hot spots lasting weeks and causing fires. This is not being reported or the earthquake swarms continuing daily.

Also looking for a larger (LARGER ABOVE 7.0 MAGNITUDE) earthquake off the coast along the Juan D Fuca fault of coast from the Northern tip Vancover to the Southern end of the fault Southern Oregon/Northern California. I'm forecasting the larger quake ten plus days due to extended slow slip on both ends of the fault without a release in the middle point or fulcrum point. This I'm watching in the next 14-21 days.

What does a 7.0 mean for those living down stream in California? Larger Events...

I will update and forecast with my research and conclusions including where earthquakes will strike and the magnitudes in the States in the coming days.

Be watchful, prepared
Be safe

Jack

Good article. My question was and still is, who decided that the median temperature globally right now is optimal. We can’t deviate two degrees or the world will end. I guess my biggest issue is the unbelievable arrogance of a people that not only think that what we have for climate right now is the best it can be, but think that they can alter or maintain this climate through the world population giving them money and power. Most reputable scientists agree that a large part of the engine that drives our climate is the sun, so how do they want to make adjustments to it. The loudest voices of c*****e c****e seem to be a community that is part of the worst offenders in living a low carbon footprint lifestyle. I live in my little house in the country, grow my own veggies, hunt my local game in season and pretty much don’t produce much in the way of emissions. Yet the folks that fly their jets to Europe, party on and leave huge piles of trash in the name of saving the planet want me to give up stuff to satisfy them. It’s a shame that we don’t have a technology that would have allowed them to meet from their homes electronically...

My dad used to take us on a vacation each year to different national and state parks out west. We would spend over two weeks in the camper from Illinois to wherever he decided to go. I’ve hiked the Grand Canyon, been to California before it got completely nutty, (the redwoods were my favorite) went to mt St. Helens before it erupted and most of the national parks he could find. My favorite part was that we would leave home really early and I would be in the bunk sleeping. I’d wake up when we would pull out of the driveway, fall back asleep and wake up again somewhere between Des Moines and Omaha. It was the most relaxing thing ever to be in the bunk over the cab and watching the road go by. I really miss those days.

Hm. Could someone tell me why blasey-ford is still “believed” with no actual proof and a lot of inconsistencies in her story when Karen monahan has been kicked to the curb and thrown under the bus when she spoke out against Keith ellison and she has phone records, medical records, police records, witnesses, photo evidence and a note from her mother. Not a peep from the believe all women group. Just wondering.

They get paid based on the viewership and revenue that they bring in. They actually get paid at a higher rate than the men’s team, but still based on the revenues that they generate. Rhonda Rousey commented on the perceived disparity between men’s and women’s professional sports pay and stated that the amount of pay is based on generated revenue, as it should be. Basically, not that many people care about women’s soccer, so they don’t get paid as well. Now the players want to have the pay scale artificially boosted to the men’s level because of “e******y”.
