Now that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has finished his report on Russia’s inference in our 2016 p**********l e******n, Democratic congressional leaders have done something remarkable. In a dramatic flip-flop from their embrace of secrecy during the Obama administration, they now say: “Release the full report.”

I never thought I would hear those words cross the lips of the same Democrats who took the polar opposite position when I and other Republicans in Congress made quite reasonable and legitimate requests for information during the term of Democratic President Obama.

Yet on Friday, when Mueller submitted his report to Attorney General William Barr, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., issued a joint statement calling on Barr to release “the full report to the public and its underlying documentation and findings to Congress.”

The Democratic leaders added: “The American people have a right to know the t***h. The watchword is t***sparency.”

In addition, six Democratic House Committee chairs released a letter Friday demanding the Mueller report be made public "without delay." Yet I remember these same six House members taking the opposing position during the Obama years.

When I served in the House representing a district in Utah, my fellow Republicans and I wanted to publicly release the source material behind the sham Accountability Review Board investigation that exonerated then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from responsibility for the failure to protect Americans in B******i, Libya.

Terrorists k**led U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans at a U.S. diplomatic compound and a nearby CIA annex in B******i on Sept. 11 and 12, 2012. We in Congress had a responsibility to review what had happened in that horrible attack as part of our oversight role over federal agencies in the executive branch.

But none of the six House members who now serve as committee chairs were speaking up for t***sparency during our B******i investigation.

Turning to a different investigation, what about the underlying facts concerning misconduct by the Internal Revenue targeting conservative groups for tax audits? Nope. House Democrats decided the public didn't need to see that.

Or what about the evidence in the Fast & Furious gunrunning operation? Shouldn't the public get to judge the t***h based on the full evidence? Nope. Democrats didn’t agree with Republican requests for openness and t***sparency.

In fact, Democrats spent eight years while President Obama was in office arguing that large quantities of information should be kept secret after substantive investigations. I disagreed. I still do.

But now that the shoe is on the other foot, only Democrats have changed their position. Republicans in the House v**ed unanimously to support full t***sparency, resulting in 420-0 v**e to release the Mueller report.

I expect Attorney General Barr to release as much information from the Mueller report as he possibly can. Nevertheless, there are categories of information that simply cannot be released.

For example, neither Barr nor anyone else can release grand jury information, information that would expose sources and methods used by law enforcement and intelligence agencies, classified information, and information that is legitimately protected by executive privilege.

And it’s crucial that Barr not repeat the big mistake made by fired FBI Director James Comey in the investigation of the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

Comey released derogatory (though true) information about Clinton, even though she was not indicted. Democrats rightly cried foul. The Office of Inspector General issued a report calling Comey's actions "insubordinate." Barr will not make the same mistake.

We need only look back at the Senate confirmation hearing for now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to see which play Schumer, Pelosi and their fellow Democrats will run next.

Despite the massive production of documents by the Trump administration – in response to Democratic requests – involving Kavanaugh's earlier job in the White House, some documents were legitimately protected by executive privilege. Democrats used that hole in the record to imply that Kavanaugh must be hiding something.

Democrats will do that again in coming days, making the superficial argument that Barr must be hiding something if he doesn’t release the entire Mueller report.

That position is far cry from the one Democrats took when we were dealing with four dead Americans in B******i, a dead Border Patrol agent k**led by a weapon our government had provided, and a violation of the rights of conservative groups – the cases I describe above. In none of those cases did Democrats believe the full record should be released.

We haven't seen the Mueller report yet, but given the sensitivity of the topic of foreign spying and interference, we know very few people will be able to gain access all of it.

I'm glad to see Democrats now supporting the right of the American people to see as much of the record as possible. But I regret that the Mueller probe was not handled in a more circumspect way.

Had the focus of the Mueller investigation been less political, we might have been able to raise important questions about the ways in which our adversaries have interfered in our e******ns, how long they've been doing it, and how many other countries are involved.

Had Justice Department lawyers and investigators taken the time to validate the original sourcing of the unverified claims from years ago regarding Donald Trump in the so-called Steele dossier, they might have discredited the whole thing before sending the entire country on a wild goose chase.

In t***h, the dossier was nothing more than opposition research, paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. The dossier came from former British spy Christopher Steele – a man the FBI had vowed never to do business with again.

As for the Mueller investigation, which has d**gged on for almost two years: What other important counterintelligence and national security issues had to be put on the back burner to free up the significant resources needed to pursue this baseless investigation? Heaven forbid something disastrous had happened in terms of terrorism, since so many people in Washington took their eye off the ball.

We don’t know at this point what the Mueller report says or how much of it we will get to see. But it will be interesting to see what happens next time a Democrat occupies the White House and his or her administration is under investigation.

Spoiler alert: Don’t be surprised if the great enthusiasm congressional Democrats have today for releasing information regarding a Republican president suddenly evaporates under a Democratic administration.

Donald J. T***p w*n the presidency, fair and square.

He does not occupy the Oval Office due to an elaborate plot involving the KGB, the Kremlin, Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin, or the ghosts of Ethel and Julius Rosenberg. Instead, he won the old-fashioned way: He followed the rules and out-foxed and out-worked Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton.

Hillary, in turn, appeared at only 63 rallies in the final 99 days of the 2016 general-e******n campaign (versus 132 for Trump), as Gateway Pundit’s Joe Hoft calculated. She addressed, on average, 1,734 people at each of these rallies (versus 7,297 for Trump). Hillary barely made it to Michigan and never managed to find Wisconsin on a map of the USA.

Trump triumphed. Hillary tanked. And the Democrats cannot blame Moscow for the fact that their queen wears no crown.

These are the inescapable conclusions of the combined FBI and Robert Mueller investigations. With the delivery of the special counsel’s report to Attorney General William Barr Friday afternoon, these back-to-back probes — as well as those of the House and Senate intelligence committees — have ended with neither indictments for nor evidence of the elaborate Russian-collusion conspiracy that Democrats have used as a gargantuan crutch to explain Hillary’s inexplicable loss to a Manhattan real-estate mogul in his maiden race for public office.

Believe it or not, this is exactly what happened.

Grasping desperately for any straw they can grab, some liberals now say that just because no new Mueller-based indictments are forthcoming, Trump still could be in trouble because Mueller might have followed Justice Department guidelines, left a sitting president unindicted, and yielded that duty to the House’s impeachment process.

Nice try.

This theory rests upon the notion that Trump and Russia conspired to steal the White House from the Duchess of Chappaqua, to whom it was bequeathed by royal writ, as everyone knows. So, this collective hallucination goes, Trump and Putin swiped the Oval Office without the involvement of any other U.S. person. Trump supposedly managed this enormous accomplishment with the assistance of Russians but without the knowledge or cooperation of anyone else on his campaign, in the Republican National Committee, or among GOP offices from Nevada to New Hampshire. This would be the only justification for Mueller leaving Trump uncharged (“Let the House do it!”) while issuing zero collusion indictments for any American non-president.

So, Democrats, accept this fact: The 2016 campaign is finally over. Clinton sank. And Trump soared — without Russia’s help. Your two-year-plus campaign of finger-pointing and excuse making is for naught. Get over it. Swallow the fact that your nominee squandered a race that she should have secured. And she blew it all on her own.

Democrats now should move on and help govern this nation. They should negotiate, compromise, and otherwise work with the legitimately and duly elected president of the United States: Donald J. Trump.

As for James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Adam Schiff, Peter Strzok, Maxine Waters, and their enablers in the left-wing media who nurtured the Russia! Russia! Russia! fantasy, they should be ashamed of wasting nearly three years of America’s national life. Luckily for them, there are laws against this sort of thing.

The left’s artificial crusade was a deadweight loss: A War on Leprechauns would have been a better use of America’s time.

Visualize how much more President Trump could have achieved without this manufactured cloud over his head. Imagine how much more the president could have focused on his Make America Great Again agenda without, essentially, a dozen people banging pots, crashing cymbals, and chanting, “Collusion! Collusion! Collusion!” as they encircled him at the Resolute Desk.

Democrats cannot blame Trump or “far-right, r****t Republicans” for the Russia h**x’s final fizzle.

Trump never fired Mueller or hindered his probe. He left both alone.

Also, Mueller’s prosecutors were mainly hardcore, partisan Democrats. Among 17 publically identified members of Team Mueller, 14 are Democrats, 12 are Democratic donors, and two maxed to Hillary. Andrew Weissman attended Hillary’s E******n Night party. Jeannie Rhee, was a lawyer for the Clinton Foundation. And Aaron Zebley represented Justin Cooper, Hillary’s aide who pulverized her mobile devices with a hammer. This evidence of severe political bias is appalling. However, it does offer this glistening-silver lining:

The lack of impending indictments strongly suggests that there was no Russian collusion, and this nearly three-year, three-ring circus was a holistic waste of time and money.

This decision did not emerge from a panel of Federalist Society attorneys nor legal experts at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia School of Law. Rather, this is the considered judgment of Deep State denizen Robert Mueller and the most partisan, pro-Clinton, hardcore-Democrat gang of attorneys ever mustered in one place.

If there’s any cabal that would have left no stone unthrown to neutralize Donald J. Trump, this was it. And the best they could do about Russian collusion was to reach this conclusion:

Never mind!

I believe that many decisions of this nature should be made at a local level not by decree from politicians in Washington.

House Dems overwhelmingly reject motion to condemn i*****l i*******t v****g

Nearly every House Democrat on Friday opposed a measure condemning v****g in U.S. e******ns by i*****l i*******ts, as part of a sweeping e******n reform bill.

The GOP-backed measure would have added language to the “H.R. 1” e******n proposal stating that “allowing i*****l i*******ts the right to v**e devalues the franchise and diminishes the v****g power of United States citizens.”

Federal law already prohibits non-citizens from v****g in e******ns for federal office. But the GOP motion referenced how San Francisco is allowing non-citizens, including i*****l i*******ts, to r******r to v**e in school board e******ns.

The motion was v**ed down 228-197. All but six Democrats in the House v**ed against it. Just one Republican opposed it.

Lauren Fine, a spokeswoman for House GOP Whip Steve Scalise, pointed out that an identical resolution was adopted by the House last September. But on Friday, 41 Democrats flipped to oppose the latest measure.

“These 41 Democrats must now answer to v**ers why they were against i*****l i*******ts v****g in e******ns six months ago, but are suddenly in favor of it now,” Fine said.

The House on Friday later approved the Democrat-backed e******n bill. It would institute public financing of congressional campaigns, require p**********l candidates to disclose tax returns and make E******n Day a federal holiday. But the measure is dead on arrival in the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has blasted the bill.

The "H.R. 1" measure has been criticized by civil libertarians and Republicans over First Amendment concerns.

The American Civil Liberties Union, in a recent letter to Congress, encouraged lawmakers to v**e against the proposal because of “provisions that unconstitutionally impinge on the free speech rights of American citizens and public interest organizations.”

“They will have the effect of harming our public discourse by silencing necessary voices that would otherwise speak out about the public issues of the day,” the ACLU wrote.

One concern of civil libertarians is the bill’s inclusion of the DISCLOSE ACT, which would require all organizations that spend money on e******ns to disclose donors.

The ACLU said it supports making organizations report spending for public communications like TV ads that expressly call for the e******n or defeat of a candidate for office. But it worries the DISCLOSE ACT goes beyond that.

“These standards are unclear and entirely subjective, which will lead to confusion and, ultimately, less speech,” the ACLU said.

Congressional Republicans were able to put an end to a hearing on c*****e c****e organized by Democrats after only two members of the majority showed up.

The scheduled Natural Resources Committee hearing on climate denial was part of a "month-long series of hearings on c*****e c****e" put on by Democrats in their opening weeks in the majority. Despite the stated urgency of the c*****e c****e issue by Democrats, only two members of their caucus showed up, which allowed Republicans to call for and easily win a v**e to end the hearing before it even got started.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R., Texas), who called for the hearing to be adjourned during his opening statement, told the Washington Free Beacon he motioned for the hearing to end because its subject matter was outside the jurisdiction of the subcommittee on oversight and investigations.

"Most of the hearing involved subjects clearly outside the jurisdiction of our Natural Resources subcommittee," Gohmert said. "In fact, most of the Democrats found it so far down their priorities that they did not attend."

"When even the bulk of the Democrats would not attend the hearing, it made no sense to continue the hearing about matters our committee was not allowed to fix, so I made the motion to adjourn," Gohmert explained. "It passed because most Democrats did not attend."

A spokesperson for committee Democrats did not respond to an inquiry into why a majority of its members decided not to attend the hearing.

Scheduled to appear before the committee were a retired football player to speak on head injuries, an expert on opioid addiction, a resident of Puerto Rico displaced by a hurricane, and a professor on climate denial.

Gohmert said these were all "exceedingly important issues," but argued that wasn't the issue.

"While traumatic brain injury from contact sports, labor standards, occupational safety, and the opioid crisis deserve congressional scrutiny and are exceedingly important issues, our committee had no jurisdiction over them, meaning this hearing was all about politics and nothing at all about legislation that would fix any of these problems," he said. "Our committee has very significant problems within our jurisdiction which are matters we should have been working on together."

Gohmert recognized during his opening remarks that c*****e c****e may pose problems for many Americans, but took a shot at Democrats for getting behind the radical and costly "Green New Deal" rather than proposing real solutions.

"I don’t think there’s any denying that we should seek practical policies to help reduce pollution and promote good environmental stewardship without destroying the budgets of the average American household or our national economy at-large," Gohmert said in his remarks. "The ideas of eliminating cows or air travel are not promising starting points."

When and how did it become “okay” for b***k A******ns to make up false accusations against white people? B****s and others stage phony so-called “h**e crimes,” cry r****m and push for ridiculous “anti-lynching” laws. They act as if w****s are judging, harassing, raping and k*****g b****s, when it’s the other way around. If anything, it’s b****s and liberal media and politicians declaring w****s guilty until proven innocent – and even afterward they still call w****s “r****t.”

Did it start with Tawana Brawley’s false rape allegations against six white men, including at least one white police officer? She had the so-called “N-word,” “b**ch,” and “KKK” written upside-down on her torso in charcoal, with what turned out to be a neighbor’s dog feces smeared on her. The case, from way back in 1987-88, was publicized by known race hustler and Brawley’s advisor Al Sharpton. Under evil men like Louis Farrakhan, the b****s carried on, marched in the streets and cried “r****m.”

After it came out that Brawley lied, there was no apology, and nothing happened to the girl or her family. The mother, charged with contempt of court, evaded arrest because authorities feared possible violence.

Remember the Duke lacrosse case in 2006, in which a black stripper falsely accused white university athletes of “raping” her? It was all a lie, but no one came out and apologized to white people.

Recently, this radical black homosexual Jussie Smollett accused white people of a so-called “r****t and h********c” attack in Chicago. Now the “Empire” actor and social justice warrior is charged with filing a false police report. He’s still trashing the police.

The wicked witch Kamala Harris, and the weak beta male Cory Booker, called the alleged attack an “attempted modern-day lynching” – with no evidence. (What’s wrong with Republican Sen. Tim Scott that he’d join forces with such evil people to push a silly “anti-lynching” bill?) These black Democrats want to lynch white people – they don’t believe in due process for w****s! Even now that it’s an apparent h**x, Kamala is still attacking imaginary “r****m” and “homophobia.”

I guarantee there will be no apology.

A watchdog group has documented incident after incident of b****s and others, who’ve been allowed into white schools, staging “h**e crime” h**xes against w****s. Black male and female students paint so-called “racial slurs.”

Black L***s M****r r**ts and cop-k*****gs were based on lies such as Michael Brown’s false “hands-up, don’t shoot.” Former Officer Darren Wilson, who k**led Brown in self-defense, lost his job, went into hiding, and couldn’t even be around black people. Stupid activists called him “r****t.”

Colin Kaepernick turned his back on the f**g and the country – refusing to stand for the National Anthem. Kaepernick falsely accused police of murdering “people of color” and “getting away with it.” Around the country, black kids with failing parents followed his bad example – along with other black athletes. But the weak NFL owners and pathetic NFL commissioner Roger Goodell kissed up to the thuggish black players, for fear of being called “r****t.”

Only President Trump called out the disrespectful black players. He wished an NFL owner would say, “Get that son-of-a-b**ch off the field right now. Out! He’s fired!” Donald Trump speaks with the love and authority of a good father – something most b****s never had.

Why are w****s not creating a loud outcry, demanding an apology from these b****s, politicians and media constantly lying about “r****m”? For decades, w****s have sat back in fear and false guilt, pandering, appeasing and being quiet while b****s go out-of-control. Most b****s h**e white people – for no reason. B****s’ hatred started in the homes, with their own failing parents, angry mothers and weak or absent fathers. And w****s’ cowardice is also from weak fathers and angry mothers – false notions of being “nice” and letting evil continue. But fear and anger are the same – no matter the race.

It’s no wonder younger w****s are growing angry, some of them turning to the alt-right. Many in the alt-right, as well as many white “conservatives,” have turned to h**e, blame and victimhood – destroying their lives as a result. People think anger is strength, but it’s not – anger is evil. It makes you do things you regret later.

Anytime w****s lash out in anger, the children of the lie celebrate, saying, “See? W****s are r****t!” They want you demoralized and angry, because then they can control you. They can take away your freedoms and rights, your guns, and put you in jail.

This will only get worse. The government wants a race war, especially the Democrats. I’m very concerned because they are bringing in i*****l a***ns and people of color who h**e white people, and w****s are becoming a minority. Then we’ll have what’s happening in South Africa coming here, with w****s’ property and lives being taken with no recourse.

People’s hearts must change in order for this to stop. But only God changes the heart. I recommend people commit to prayer, and face their parents and forgive them. Drop anger and speak up, so that you can get your courage back.
