If there was any doubt at all about the intention of the Democratic Party to increase it's power by empowering the v**e of "non-citizens", then read the following:
"House Democrats v**ed Friday to defend localities that allow i*****l i*******ts to v**e in their e******ns, turning back a GOP attempt to discourage the practice. As The Washington Times reports, the v**e marks a stunning reversal from just six months ago, when the chamber - then under GOP control - v**ed to decry i*****l i*******t v****g.
“We are prepared to open up the political process and let all of the people come in,” Rep. John Lewis, a Georgia Democrat and hero of the civil rights movement, told colleagues as he led opposition to the GOP measure.
Texas Republican. Rep. Dan Crenshaw raged:
“It sounds like I’m making it up. What kind of government would cancel the v**e of its own citizens, and replace it with noncitizens?”

The measure would have had no practical effect even if it had passed. I*****l i*******ts — and indeed noncitizens as a whole — are not legally able to participate in federal e******ns

The policy allows legal residents to v**e in some local e******ns, not undocumented aliens. It doesn’t require it rather it allows local communities to make that decision under pretty narrow circumstances. I would be unlikely to support such a measure in my community but if a majority of my neighbors decided it was what they wanted I wouldn’t be very upset. I believe that many decisions of this nature should be made at a local level not by decree from politicians in Washington.

If you are NOT an American citizen, then you cannot legally v**e. I cant go to any other country and v**e. Because I am not a citizen, I cant v**e there.
