Has the tide finally turned on the J****** 6 c*******e?

If a ruling from the U.S. Circuit Court for Appeals or the District of Columbia is any sign, this committee is now in danger of being disbanded.

Not only did the appeals court rule against the committee, but it also questioned its legality.

Case Dismissed

The court reversed a lower court ruling regarding subpoenas issued against the RNC.

If I am reading this right, one of the reasons was that the court felt like the committee was throwing as much out there as possible in the hopes that something would stick.

The ruling stated, “The RNC claimed that disclosure of these documents would reveal sensitive information about its digital strategy, so it sued to prevent the disclosure.

“The RNC argued that the Committee was not lawfully constituted and that the subpoena violated the First Amendment.”

It continued, “Because the Committee caused the mootness and thereby deprived us of the ability to review the district court’s decision, and given the important and unsettled constitutional questions that the appeal would have presented, we vacate the district court’s judgment.”

The constant maneuvering by the committee seemed to upset the court, with the ruling stating, “The Committee has taken various positions on whether and when it needs the subpoenaed RNC documents.”

It may only be one case and one ruling, but that was as close to a judge smacking someone in the face as you are going to see.

Just a brutal loss for the committee.

It's this crap about dirt that is about the very things the republican party not to mention christian and conservative values are supposed to be about.

If your party is about values these people have to be done, finished, all through with a career in politics.

U.S. warns Putin of 'catastrophic' consequences if nuclear weapons used in Ukraine

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States would respond decisively to any Russian use of nuclear weapons against Ukraine and has spelled out to Moscow the "catastrophic consequences" it would face, U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said on Sunday.

Sullivan's remarks represented the latest American warning following the thinly veiled nuclear threat made by Vladimir Putin last Wednesday in a speech in which the Russian president also announced his country's first wartime military mobilization since World War Two.

"If Russia crosses this line, there will be catastrophic consequences for Russia. The United States will respond decisively," Sullivan told NBC's "Meet the Press" program.

Sullivan did not describe the nature of the planned U.S. response in his comments on Sunday but said the United States has privately to Moscow "spelled out in greater detail exactly what that would mean." Sullivan said that the United States has been in frequent, direct contact with Russia, including during the last few days to discuss the situation in Ukraine and Putin's actions and threats.

U.S. President Joe Biden in a speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday accused Putin of making "overt nuclear threats against Europe" in reckless disregard for nuclear nonproliferation responsibilities.

Russia also is staging a referendum in four eastern Ukrainian regions with the goal of annexing territory that Russian forces have taken during their invasion of Ukraine launched in February. Ukraine and its allies have called the referendums a sham designed to justify an escalation of the war and Putin's mobilization drive after recent battlefield losses.

By incorporating the areas of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia into Russia, Moscow could portray attacks to retake them as an attack on Russia itself, a warning to Ukraine and its Western allies.

After suffering setbacks on the battlefield, Putin is mobilizing 300,000 troops while also threatening to use "all available means" to protect Russia.

"This is not a bluff," Putin said in the remarks viewed on the world stage as a threat on the potential use of nuclear weapons.

Sullivan said on Sunday: "Putin remains intent ... on wiping out the Ukraine people that he does not believe have a right to exist. So he's going to keep coming and we have to keep coming with weapons, ammunition, intelligence and all the support we can provide."

A father shot and k**led his wife and injured his daughter, after his other daughter said that he was spiraling out of control due to Q***n.

"Rebecca Lanis says her father had never been physically violent, but his behavior started spiraling about two years ago after former President Donald Trump lost the 2020 p**********l e******n," the local WDBJ7 News report said, citing the man's daughter.


"People are wondering when it's going to happen, when the next big J****** 6th thing is going to happen," said Collins. "And we have this rolling wave of violence in this country by people who are obsessed with bringing back the previous time. That can mean wh**ever they want. It can mean the '90s. It can mean the '50s, something much further back than that.


But they think they are losing control of the culture, of their own power in society, and Donald Trump is giving them a way to get it back." :


Citing the man who k**led his wife, Collins explained that the family said he already had some mental health issues, but after Trump, he became violent.

Trump "knows what this is," said Collins. "This is a guy who's losing control of the idea that he can be democratically elected again, but he still has an army, and he's afraid of being indicted. So put two and two together here."

Melania Trump was apparently concerned about unknown men touching her underwear following the raid, according to Radar Online, citing a friend of the former First Lady.

“Melania doesn’t like the idea of strangers going rifling through her things. Who knows who touched her underwear during the raid? She’s never going to feel comfortable wearing those ever again,” her friend told the outlet, also revealing that Trump is a bigger “germaphobe” than her husband.

he added, “Most people don’t know that Melania is a bigger germaphobe than her husband. She h**es people touching her and certainly doesn’t want to put on lingerie that FBI agents have had their hands all over.”

Trump and her husband are known to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, with the couple often citing their conflicting schedules and abundance of living space.

“Even if they wore gloves, it is still strangers going through your underwear draws [sic],” Radar Online reported, citing sources close to Trump. “She has already bought new underwear and thrown everything that has been contaminated away.”

It’s worth noting that the Trump family watched the raid happen live from New York via Mar-a-Lago’s CCTV system, per Trump lawyer Chrstina Bobb.

Bobb revealed on August 12 that “the folks in New York – President Trump and his family – probably had a better view than I did because they had the CCTV, but they were able to watch I was stuck in the parking lot there to collect paper and answer questions.”

She added, “They were actually able to see the whole thing so they actually have a better idea of what took place inside.”

This is not the first time the FBI was accused of rifling through the former First Lady’s clothing during the politically destructive raid on her husband’s home.

Season 5 of the 3 "FBI" shows began last Tuesday on "CBS". These are among my favorite TV shows. I especially like the attractive ladies on these 3 shows. Ebonee Noel really stands out with her beauty and when someone is needed to run down and catch a runner she does it.

After series of wars, our nation spent so much money. Our country was insolvent. Ways to have funding for an ongoing operations, our government started this banking corporation in 1871. Grant was the president from 1869 to 1877. General Grant did sacrifice for our country, and I think he must not be vilified. He was the Commanding General of the victorious union during the Civil war. There's lots of struggles in his life but he became president. He graduated from the West Point Academy.

During that time, Alexander Hamilton was the Sec. of Treasury. Hamilton was smart to create an idea of this banking system and to raise funds to start the bank. It was started by funding from private sectors mostly from England perhaps under the Rothschilds. though it did not specify that, The bank issued shares of stock and was sold and investors bought not as owners of the bank but just investors . That was why they called it corporation.

They investors earned profits via a defined rates offered by the bank. No one owns the Federal Reserve.

Currently the Federal Reserve in 1913, had expanded to 12 Federal Reserve Banks. Headed by 7 Board of governors appointed by the president and approved by the Senate. for 14 years. The head of the Federal reserve is currently Jerome Powel. Appointed by the president and approved by the Senate. He'll stay there till 2024. But being member of the Board, he'll stay until 2028.

The Federal Reserve purpose:
Conducting the nation's monetary policy by influencing money and credit conditions in the economy in pursuit of full employment and stable prices.

The Federal Reserve is not funded by Congress. It earns it own revenue by issuing notes, and debts to borrowers to fund their various business operations. Most of debtors are other banking institutions. The Federal Reserve prepare its financial statements, and profits realized are provided to the US Treasury.

Currently our National Debts could be part of the initial funding of how our federal reserve banks started. Our national debts keeps on growing even without additional debts out up, but due to interest expense charges in the debts itself. However, causes of the rapid growth of our National Debts is due to massive spending of Joe Biden which exceeds revenue, therefore deficit spending occurs.

In short due to the series of wars US had gone thru, the nation was in dire need for funding, and thus this Federal Reserve Bank was created in 1913. Other purpose is how to manage our country's monetary policies.
