Speaking of being honest, the question was not "can you justify some affluent senior citizen getting off with a couple of years of probation due to being a brainwashed bonehead.
The question is "Is This Fair?" This thread was created to ask that question.
We are all responsible for the consequences of our actions whether we are on probation or parole or just a scumbag who believes that s/he deserves double the v**e of anyone else.
We have no idea what that woman was aware of.
We are aware that two of these men did understand that they were breaking the law. They have said so.
Their desire to make the Loser a Winner they just didn't care about the law or the rest of the citizens in the US.

They cheered the Bully Loser on in his interactions with Tariffs which are so very similar in form to sanctions when he applied them against every continent on the globe but now they c/o the form that sanctions are taking.
Whining about terminating the ability of American businessmen to invest with invaders of a sovereign nation.
It's nonsensical to expect Americans to appease that criminal in Russia. Thank goodness the free world forgives us for the Loser's t***sgressions and backs common sense.
Russia may have created enough aggressive antagonism to prevent their own ability to do business with Germany in f****l f**ls.

Russia has never been anything but an adversary if not enemy, and nothing has changed there. Putin has and is playing trump and those who support his stupid pro Russia pro Putin positions like the very special people they are.

There is so much of that around here it's amazing.
People who don't recognize the difference between fact and opinion, and then post about a perceived link between pain and criminal activity. Consistency at the best in protestations that excuse a double standard in the "justice" system.
I can only suppose that they really don't see themselves.

So that's all humor going on here when people posit that the US would shift to a land like resource lacking areas of a continent such as Africa if former Europeans who h**e black and brown people left here? Is it a joke when someone affirms as fact that 80% of b****s are some form of unacceptable person?
I have to admit it's pretty darned funny to me that some claim that we don't have s******c r****m but never say anything to challenge the bigoted spew from their buds.
That's not because people agree, of course, it's not due to a lack of thoughtful discernment about the religion they claim to cling to, is it?
It's just good old fashioned fun!

Oh my word, and all this time I thought Putin cared about those people of Russian descent who chose to stay in Ukraine for decades. There must not be enough land to house those folks under that human rights abuser.
I always thought that he was a people person and not interested in a land grab to improved Russia's access to resources.

This is why Ukraine matters.
It is the second largest country by area in Europe by area and has a population

4th in the world by the total value of natural resources;
7th place in the world in coal reserves (33.9 billion tons)
Ukraine is an important agricultural country:

5th place in the world in bee production (75,000 tons);
8th place in the world in wheat exports;
9th place in the world in the production of chicken eggs;
16th place in the world in cheese exports.
Ukraine can meet the food needs of 600 million people.
Ukraine is an important industrialised country:
1st in Europe in ammonia production;
Europe's 2nd’s and the world’s 4th largest natural gas pipeline system;
3rd largest in Europe and 8th largest in the world in terms of installed capacity of nuclear power plants;
3rd place in Europe and 11th in the world in terms of rail network length (21,700 km);

4th world's largest manufacturer of rocket launchers;
4th place in the world in clay exports
4th place in the world in titanium exports
8th place in the world in exports of ores and concentrates;
9th place in the world in exports of defence industry products;

Ukraine matters. That is why its independence is important to the rest of the world.

Really? Somebody with a brain would have just let description of the encounter pass but the Loser had to keep it going, and so the lawsuit.
This is purely Trump stupidity and drama.
Few people knew who E. Jean Carroll was and fewer would have bought her book if he could just be the typical abuser and hide in a corner.

Your assessment of the situation is why such injustice exists.

Your co-contributor may have a point.
After all, those gentlemen probably never ever thought to do anything criminal or corrupt prior to jumping into illegal e******n activities.
It was just a mistake according to 70 YO Mr. Bartman's attorney. I guess after 50 years of being qualified to participate in e******ns, the man didn't know that women who have been dead for 8 years aren't supposed to be v****g. Perhaps it was to compensate her for the years that she couldn't v**e prior to the 19th amendment.
That the district attorney soft pedaled this crime as an isolated incident and pointed to the PA e******ns system as having the blame for facilitating the crime may have helped the criminal stay out of jail as well.

When I was in school taking pre-med classes, I h**e to say this, but the lowest performing students were the black students. If they ever became doctors, I pity their patients. Permeability and osmosis were concepts that they couldn't grasp. Instead of teaching CRT the medical schools should teach common sense and basic science.

Correct. Long time is quite subjective.
My brother was a civil rights officer and trainer when he retired from the military in 1988. I guess that year plus the 10 years that he served in that capacity on a recurring basis just isn't long enough for some people.
