Well, I had your mindset after two years of bulls**t, and trying to raise two kids on my own, keep them going, and make a living at the same time. Then I met Mrs. Bunker, and gave it a shot.

Two things about her roped me in. No, more than that, I guess.
She loves horses, dogs, and kids.

I handed her my '94 Winchester 30.30, and she banged off six shots, and said "Do it again."

And then shortly after that, she went with me on a weekend trip hauling cars to Oklahoma City.

We were at a truck stop, paying for fuel, and assorted items when the clerk asked if I wanted a bag for my assorted items.

I looked back at her, and told him "Nope! I gotta bag right here!"
He looked shocked, she laughed her ass off, and told me I'd never be able to whoop my way out of that bag.

Now I put the toilet seat down out of courtesy.

She puts up with me.

They cancelled parades because it's generally a good idea to minimize large crowds until we get a better handle of how the v***s is spreading and how to control it. It's not just government, the private sector is also responding in a responsible manner. The major sports leagues for instance, shut down their events, losing millions of revenue in the process and it's not because the government told them, it's because it's the responsible thing to do.

Local governments and private businesses appear to be handling things pretty well and despite all this BS about the liberal media scaring everybody that isn't really happening. People are for the most part, calm and well informed. So there really isn't much need for martial law (as much as some people, who are bored with their lives hunger for it)

Quite a few of the sports players have tested positive there is no reason to push our luck with this v***s. Everyone needs to sit back and do what we can to get thru this for everyone's safety .

We were about to go to the store anyway for some tortillas, and other perishables, but now we have to re-think our plan!!

She'll be carrying her .357, and I'll carry my .45. We'll both have our brass knuckles, elbow, and knee spikes on as well!!

Wish us luck!🤞

I don't regret it, because I actually did love her at one time, and we had two beautiful kids together. But now, I just can't stand being around her in spite of the fact that I have to for the family.

And.....husband #5 is downright unfriendly to me.
Why? I don't know.........

Maybe because the kids, and myself are doing way, way better than him?

Or maybe it's because he's stuck with her. She's drained all of his money, and he's waiting on death?

Poor bastard........I don't know......

If I had remained married or remarried I would have had a stroke or a heart attack by now what I learned is I tend to become a rug on which one may wipe one's feet and I have lousy taste in men. I was a loner most of my life and pretty much am now with just few friends from work keeps it simple no stress my blood pressure appreciates that. Some people are people persons I've never been I'm glad you have your forever after me I have 3 beautiful sons who love mom for some unknown reason so I'm very happy

These twelve short stories are all very good stories and make us think twice about the daily happenings in our lives as we deal with others!!

1. Today, I interviewed my grandmother for part of a research paper I'm working on for my Psychology class. When I asked her to define success in her own words, she said, "Success is when you look back at your life and the memories make you smile."
----------------------------------------------------

2. Today, I asked my mentor - a very successful business man in his 50’s what his top 3 tips are for success. He smiled and said, "Read something no one else is reading, think something no one else is thinking, and do something no one else is doing."

------------------------------ ------------------------

3. Today, after my 72-hour shift at the fire station, a woman ran up to me at the grocery store and gave me a hug. When I tensed up, she realized I didn't recognize her. She let go with tears of joy in her eyes and the most sincere smile and said, "On 9-11-2001, you carried me out of the World Trade Center."

------------------------------ -------------------------

4. Today, after I watched my dog get run over by a car, I sat on the side of the road holding him and crying. And, just before he died, he licked the tears off my face.

------------------------------ -------------------------

5. Today at AM, I woke up feeling ill, but decided I needed the money, so I went into work. At 3PM I got laid off. On my drive home I got a flat tire. When I went into the trunk for the spare, it was flat too. A man in a BMW pulled over and gave me a ride. We chatted. And, then he offered me a job. I start tomorrow.

-------------------------------------------------------

6. Today, as my father, three brothers, and two sisters stood around my mother's hospital bed, my mother uttered her last coherent words before she died. She simply said, "I feel so loved right now. We should have gotten together like this more often."

-------------------------------------------------------

7. Today, I kissed my dad on the forehead as he passed away in a small hospital bed. About 5 seconds after he passed, I realized it was the first time I had given him a kiss since I was a little boy.

------------------------------ -------------------------

8. Today, in the cutest voice, my 8-year-old daughter asked me to start recycling. I chuckled and asked, "Why?" She replied, "So you can help me save the planet." I chuckled again and asked, "And why do you want to save the planet?" "Because that's where I keep all my stuff," she said.

------------------------------ -------------------------

9. Today, when I witnessed a 27-year-old breast cancer patient laughing hysterically at her 2-year-old daughter's antics, I suddenly realized that, I need to stop complaining about my life and start celebrating it again.

------------------------------ -------------------------

10. Today, a boy in a wheelchair saw me desperately struggling on crutches with my broken leg and offered to carry my backpack and books for me. He helped me all the way across campus to my class and as he was leaving he said, "I hope you feel better soon."

------------------------------ -------------------------

11. Today, I was feeling down because the results of a biopsy came back malignant. When I got home, I opened an e-mail that said, "Thinking of you today. If you need me, I'm a phone call away." It was from a high school friend I hadn't seen in 10 years.

------------------------------ --------------------------

12. Today, I was traveling in Kenya and I met a refugee from Zimbabwe. He said he hadn't eaten anything in over 3 days and looked extremely skinny and unhealthy. Then my friend offered him the rest of the sandwich he was eating. The first thing the man said was, "We can share it."

------------------------------ --------------------------

The best sermons are lived, not preached.

------------------------------ --------------------------

I am glad I have 'you' to send these to.

8 of those were what pushed me to divorce my first wife, along with fiscal irresponsibility.

It was a hard, and expensive road kicking that b***h to the curb, but I got it done!

I won custody of the kids (in Texas ) the property, livestock, and all. She never paid a dime of the child support she was ordered to pay either.

I could go on and on, but it's pointless. We are amiable now what with the kids being grown, and doing well with our grandkids.

But...........I have have to admit that every time I see that b***hes face at a family gathering, (with husband #5) I still just want to Palm that face, and slam the back of her head against a brick wall.

They are buying far more than 2 weeks worth of supplies. They didn't have anything to begin with because it is human nature to put off what can wait until tomorrow. If it wasn't for the last minute nothing would ever get done. Most think the government will take care of them. That's a hoot! Hahahahahah.

Those stats are misleading. China has under-reported the number of deaths from cobid-19.
And that number of deaths does not begin to account for all the other deaths from other causes, which is probably close to 2,000,000 for the same time period. They have about 8.9 million deaths per year and a population of 1.39 billion people. The REAL question, which remains unanswered, is of all the diagnosed cases, how many have died? I don't think we'll ever know, but as the disease progresses, statisticians may be able to extrapolate those numbers from other affected populations once all the hysteria has died down (forgive my awful pun).
To all my friends at OPP, Stay well. Wash your hands. Avoid crowds. And may the God of all comforts richly bless and keep you as you rest in your faith. Iliamna
