The future for all my friends. You know it makes sense in this day and age.

Dear Employee:

As a result of the reduction of money budgeted for department areas, we are forced to cut down on our number of personnel.

Under this plan, older employees will be asked to take early retirement, thus permitting the retention of younger people who represent our future. Therefore, a program to phase out older personnel by the end of the current fiscal year, via retirement, will be placed into effect immediately.

This program will be known as SLAP (Sever Late-Aged Personnel). Employees who are SLAPPED will be given the opportunity to look for jobs outside the company.

SLAPPED employees can request a review of their employment records before actual retirement takes place. This review phase of the program is called SCREW.

SCREW (Survey of Capabilities of Retired Early Workers). All employees who have been SLAPPED and SCREWED may file an appeal with upper management.

This appeal is called SHAFT (Study by Higher Authority Following Termination).

Under the terms of the new policy, an employee may be SLAPPED once, SCREWED twice, but may be SHAFTED as many times as the company deems appropriate.

If an employee follows the above procedure, he/she will be entitled to get: HERPES (Half Earnings for Retired Personnel's Early Severance) or CLAP (Combined Lump sum Assistance Payment).

As HERPES and CLAP are considered benefit plans, any employee who has received HERPES or CLAP will no longer be SLAPPED or SCREWED by the company.

Management wishes to assure the younger employees who remain on board that the company will continue its policy of training employees through our:

Special High Intensity Training (S**T). We take p***e in the amount of S**T our employees receive. We have given our employees more S**T than any company in this area. If any employee feels they do not receive enough S**T on the job, see your immediate supervisor.

Your supervisor is specially trained to make sure you receive all the S**T you can stand.

And, once again, thanks for all your years of service with us.

Does this look familiar?

HORROR IN DUISBURG, GERMANY: Police Called After 80 Men Brawl in the Street with MACHETES (VIDEO)

You’re going to just love the new Germany…
Germany, a country of 82 million, welcomed 800,000 to one million third world migrants and unvetted “refugees” in 2015.

Chancellor Angela Merkel welcomed close over 280,000 migrants the following year.

Today there are no-go zones in Germany.

And now this…

Police were called to the Almarkt area of Duisburg after 80 men were reported brawling in the street WITH MACHETES!

The fight was reportedly between Turks, Lebanese and Kurds.

Isn’t it about time to ban machetes?

The Express reported:

Police were called to the Altmarkt area of the city over reports of the mass bawl. Officers used CS gas to control the brawling men.

The scores of men were also using telescopic batons in the fight in Druisburg, which is on the west of Germany.

Police said they were spat at and had objects hurled at them.

Around 50 people were arrested and onlookers captured the brutality in shocking photos.

Those arrested refused to explain what sparked the fight and 30 people were later released.

I don't know why they don't use fast moving lead, sure, the fire department would have to be called out to hose the streets down but it seems to me that with 80 maniacs using machetes, they'd need to hose the streets down anyway. Mike

If Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstien and a bunch of other people were smart they would be getting on planes to join the Pig In a Pants Suit in India. Oh that's right, they can't. Planes are being turned in mid ocean to discharge certain people trying to leave the Country. Identities unknown. Seems strange to me that a jet that's 2000 miles or so on a 6000 mile flight would be returned to point of origin in order to take someone into custody instead of having them taken into custody at the original destination unless that(those) person(s) wasn't pretty important. Tick tock. Tick tock. Mike

Does anyone honestly think; had Jeb been elected that we the citizens would be learning any of this?

With the Clintons, BOTH, back in the WH the ruse would have lived. It would not surprise me if Mueller didn't one day take to the podium announcing 100 indictments and exonerating President Trump.

If BHO were indicted I am sure he'd be tried 'in absentia'. That's how I see it.

Place of Birth, Citizenship, Year of Entry

We ask questions about a person’s place of birth, citizenship, and year of entry into the United States to create data about citizens, noncitizens, and the foreign-born population.

Agencies and policymakers use our published statistics to set and evaluate immigration policies and laws, understand the experience of different immigrant groups, and enforce laws, policies, and regulations against discrimination based on national origin. These statistics also help tailor services to accommodate cultural differences.

Place of birth, citizenship, and date of entry data help communities:

Ensure Equal Opportunity

We ask about people in the community born in other countries in combination with information about housing, language spoken at home, employment, and education, to help government and communities enforce laws, regulations, and policies against discrimination based on national origin. For example, these data are used to support the enforcement responsibilities under the V****g Rights Act to investigate differences in v**er participation rates and to enforce other laws and policies regarding bilingual requirements.

Educate Children

We ask about individuals’ place of birth, citizenship, and year of entry in combination with other information, such as language spoken at home, to help schools understand the needs of their students and qualify for grants that help fund programs for those students (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965). Statistics on how many foreign-born children depend on services through schools help school districts make staffing and funding decisions.

Understand Change

Researchers, advocacy groups, and policymakers are interested in knowing whether people of different races or countries of birth have the same opportunities in areas such as education, employment, and home ownership. These data may also help to identify communities with large refugee populations that qualify for financial assistance (Immigration Nationality Act).

Infographic: America's Foreign Born in the Last 50 Years.
Defending the Trump administration’s controversial decision to add a question about US citizenship to the 2020 census form, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters on Tuesday, “It’s something that has been included in every census since 1965, with the exception of 2010, when it was removed.”

That’s wrong. The citizenship question was removed from the decennial census form in 1950 and hasn’t been used since. It is asked on the annual American Community Survey, which reaches about 15 percent of US households, but Sanders didn’t give any indication that she was referring to that survey. And the question wasn’t removed from that survey in 2010.

As IQ applies to Trump, what difference does it matter if you have serious character flaws?

An intelligent man who is an excellent administrator gathers as many smarter people than him around himself. Trump has never doubted that he is the smartest person in a room, and thinks his decisions are the best.

I would cringe supporting someone who uses language like, I am the best, I am the smartest person on earth, what i've done is the best ever in history, I am the best president ever in history. Any sentence with the "best ever" is cringe worthy, nobody in history has ever been that good.

I talked about the things Obama or congress was doing that I did not like. Show me a Trump supporter who will say a bad policy is bad. Show me admitting that he may have done some money laundering with condo or real estate sales, try the $40 million property sold to a Russian oligarch for $95 million, going to defend that?
