pennylynn, I think that's pretty easy, "phone records" could simply be your number to another. So it's pretty easy to put two parties together that way. And pretty much any phone company employee can provide that info. As to recordings of phone conversations, our spy agencies can tap into any phone they desire and we have to remember that Obama had 8 years to put people into sensitive positions. You can be sure that as long as the government agencies are stacked with Liberals Trump will be undermined at every turn.

In my humble opinion California should get NO FEDERAL ASSISTANCE for the Dam damage for the following reasons:
1. The state has millions for a legal defense to resist Trumps immigration policy.
2. The state has millions to support i*****l a***ns despite the fact that it's clearly in violation of Federal Law, which I would say precludes them from Federal assistance.
3. The state allows non-US citizens to v**e. Another clear violation of Federal Law. They can't have it both ways.
4. The state knew of the danger years ago and failed to rectify it. The fault clearly lies with the state and they should pay for their failure not the U.S. taxpayer!

I've long said that what this country needs is a new national holiday to honor the white s***e traders. While it might sound bad on the surface it should be right up there with MLK day for B****s. After all, had the African tribal leaders no sold or traded their ancestors to those white s***e traders, in all likelihood those folks would still be in Africa living in huts and subject to the famine, disease and wars that plague the continent. A day should be set aside where B****s kiss the ground here in the U.S. and give thanks to the s***e traders and their ancestors for all they now have.

Well, 15 Billion is a bit more that I have in my savings account, but in the grand scheme of things as far as government spending goes, it's not a terribly large sum especially considering the benefit. First we can reduce our contribution to the U.N. to the required minimum. Pull the plug on any funds to the so-called 'Palestinians' and reduce funds to other nations who generally don't cooperate with us. How about a 10% troop withdrawal from Europe? Bring them home to work on the wall. Pull troops stationed in California & other Blue states to work on the wall as well. A side effect of these troops being stretched along the border would be a drastic drop in illegal traffic. Ask for 'volunteers' among current able bodied welfare recipients, after all they're receiving tax payer cash, they should pay back. Plus, if they refuse a job their benefit could be cut. What about homeless individuals working for food, shelter and a stipend? I'm certain there are government program funds that could be temporarily diverted in full or partially like grants to these r**ting colleges. Where there's a will there's a way. What ever happened to American Ingenuity?

I would like to see Trump announce a 'Compromise' on Muslim refugee's. The 'compromise' would be that those who support and defend allowing these refugee's to remain in the country submit their names and a refugee or refugee family would be assigned to them depending on their income level. They would be responsible for the welfare of the individual or family and their integration into American society. A special invite would be extended to former president Obama, Hillary and members of congress as well as the Hollywood elite. My guess it that the excuses would flow like water over the falls, thereby exposing the phony's for who they are.

I agree with most of what you say except cutting the SS benefits. Those folks earned that benefit and are entitled to it. Not so with welfare, they did nothing to earn that and I've no problem eliminating it. As for the military they could be based along the southern border which could help local economies and reduce the cost of a wall.

Hi Carol, First of all space at Gitmo is limited. But a much better alternative has just be handed to us. Canada's Trudeau has announced that Canada would accept refugee's unwanted by the U.S. So I say, "Fine, they're all yours" and detour them to Canada. We should also strike while the iron's hot and ship them all of Obama's 'guests' also.

As a man and a non-practicing Catholic (three times removed) I'll never have to decide whether or not to have an a******n. That said, I've not noticed any women posting on the subject today. In my mind I believe that until the 'Right to Life' crowd comes up with a viable alternative a******n has to remain an option. Prisons are filled with someone's neglected child. Think of the people who were harmed or k**led by these 'saved' babies. I also see a bit of irony here on the part of 'concerned Christians'. In the 70's I woke up one Saturday to protesters outside of an a******n clinic that had opened across the street. My ex, a real Liberal, decided to counter picket the following Saturday. So out she went all alone with her little sign as I watched from the window. A mischief maker at heart I soon went out armed with a notebook and pen. Without acknowledging my wife I stood on the side and eventually stopped the most vocal protester and asked why he was there. After the usual 'murder of the unborn' spiel I said "If you tell me how many fetus's you're willing to save I'll go inside and ask the women to come out to meet with you". It was then that the excuses began. So at the risk of being callus, I say 'Put up or shut up'. If this is soooo important, the churches & memberships will find the funds to care for the babies they wish to save.
