Why run from crazy people? You got to fight them with the system. I ain't scared. The state of Michigan need more mental institutions to house people that pose a serious threat to them selves and the public. Clearly this incident could have initiated self inflicted injuries and injuries to others. So what do you think does it look like terrorism?

On Sunday 02/21/2016 the large Trash Can located to the right side across the parking lot of my front door at 355 T***h Dr. Battle Creek Michigan 49037 exploded and the top blew off, the fire burned for approximately 40 minutes.

In fact, smoke was everywhere and the Battle Creek Police Department didn't arrive on the scene to investigate the cause of the fire only the Battle Creek Fire Department responded to the incident. Therefore, I have no knowledge what caused the explosion and 40 minute blaze. I'm not sure if this incident is racially motivated (Black or White) perpetrators but, I believe it could be a threat or scare tactic. As a result of my townhouse being broken into by unknown intruders. Or, because I filed a Housing and Urban Development Discrimination Complaint Inquiry No.'s: 503728 & 406288 because the Battle Creek Housing Commission refused to repair the damages to my front door and window caused by intruders.

Also, I filed a Civil Rights Complaint with the State of Michigan Department of Civil Rights, MDCR Complaint No. 469028 for the same reasons the Battle Creek Housing Commission will not repair the damages to my front door and window cause by unknown intruders. In addition, because the Battle Creek Housing Commission "Emergency Maintenance," or Battle Creek Police Department didn't arrive or respond to this incident I thought I shouldn't take this incident lightly and I need to report it to other agencies outside of the state of Michigan.

Note:

This incident could be a result of my police report on 01/02/2016 alleging my townhouse was broken into by unknown intruders and my furniture, appliances, televisions sets two flat screen tv's, Stereo, portable radio, and, sewing machine etc., are stolen. The Battle Creek Police Officer responsible for on the scene report is Officer Michael Bradley Complaint No. 16-000029. I don't really feel threaten but I thought this incident is serious in nature and should be of concern since I filed a Civil Rights Complaint.

Thus, Housing and Urban Development keep closing my housing discrimination complaint as a result of jurisdictional venues I believe this incident is an act of retaliation as a result of prior, past, or previous complaints which initiated a Federal Audit and closure on Housing and Urban Development and Century DuPont Realtors. The former address for the specific Century 21 DuPont Realty Agent Joseph Martin is located at 18801 W. 7 Mile Rd. Detroit Michigan 48219. Therefore, HUD-Housing and Urban Development no longer possess a Federal contract with the Government instead FHA-Federal Housing Administration is responsible for operations and management of HUD programs due to a Federal Audit and Closures.

A surety bond or surety is a promise by a surety or guarantor to pay one party (the obligee) a certain amount if a second party (the principal) fails to meet some obligation, such as fulfilling the terms of a contract. The surety bond protects the obligee against losses resulting from the principal's failure to meet the obligation.

Overview:
A surety bond is defined as a contract among at least three parties:
the obligee - the party who is the recipient of an obligation.

the principal - the primary party who will perform the contractual obligation.

the surety - who assures the obligee that the principal can perform the task.

Requiring Renters Insurance?

While not all states allow rental property owners to mandate renters’ insurance most do allow it. If legal in your state, it might be a good idea to include a clause requiring your tenant to obtain renters’ insurance in your lease. Here’s why…

A landlord is not financially responsible for a tenant’s possessions or living expenses when there is a fire, a break- in, property damage or other catastrophe. Generally, landlords have insurance aimed at protecting the building in which the tenant lives not the tenant. Many tenants assume the landlord is responsible for the protection and care of their personal belongings. Educating your tenants and ensuring they have insurance might save you time, money and a headache down the road.

Want more information on drafting a renters’ insurance clause in your lease and the importance of renters’ insurance? You need to read this “Rent it Right” article… http://www.inman.com/buyers-sellers/columnists/janetportman/give-pet-get-extra-deposit-back

General requirements

Many large and medium-sized rental properties include a requirement in their lease that tenants hold renters' insurance.[1] If the tenant damages the premises,[2] the landlord and other tenants can recover against the perpetrator's insurance. Renters' insurance also informs the tenant that the landlord is not responsible for their belongings and that the tenant has coverage for them. But it is important to know what type of damage your insurance covers. Basically, there are three types of coverage available: loss of use, personal property, and personal liability.

Renters' insurance is an insurance policy that provides most of the benefits of homeowners' insurance. Renters' insurance does not include coverage for the dwelling, or structure, with the exception of small alterations that a tenant makes to the structure. This provides liability insurance. The tenant's personal property is covered against named perils such as fire, theft, and vandalism. The owner of the building is responsible for insuring it but bears no responsibility for the tenant's belongings.

Robbery @ 355 T***h Dr. Battle Creek Michigan 49037

Good Morning Krenda Goshorn,

I am writing to inform you that my townhouse was broken into and everything I own is stolen. I've complained on several other occasions that my front door was unsafe and that I though someone was rambling through my personal belongings and taking my personal items. Battle Creek Housing Commission came to my townhouse in August (15) and then again in September (15) to inspect my front door and furnace despite my complaints and police report they insisted my front door was fine.

I left my townhouse on December 6, 2015 with my uncle, aunt, and grandmother driving from Battle Creek to Detroit Michigan for the Holiday Christmas and New Years. When they visited with me everything in my apartment was present despite the previous complaints I made that I had several items missing and I thought someone had pried open my front door. For example when I renewed my Michigan state ID Card I was given a temporary paper Identification with my original Michigan state ID Card stapled to it, it was stolen from my apartment, it just disappeared. In fact my townhouse was trashed and the water was left on were the washer and dryer was connected. When Officer Michael Bradley arrived from the Battle Creek Police Department and Battle Creek Housing Commission Maintenance the fixture or latches for the window was broke off but they were located on the floor inside my apartment the landing or front porch was clean. Paint and metal fragments were located on the floor near the front door where the robber forced them self into my townhouse.

I need to ask you since I was robbed and the thieves came in through the front door will surety bond (Hanover Insurance Company) replace my stolen property if the Battle Creek Police Department Can't recover it?

I have receipts attach and I also can get a summary of my t***saction history from my credit card company to verify I bought my furniture and computer software and hardware, television sets etc. I will forward you previous complaints where I complained of my belongings being stolen.

P.S. I will clean up my apartment when I get some money as a result of the holiday I don't have enough money to travel back and forth until the Battle Creek Police Department completes their investigation.

I believe the Salvation Army (Sally's Soup Kitchen) Broke in my apartment and stole my belongings at 355 T***h Dr. Battle Creek Michigan 49037. I believe the State of Michigan Department of Engineering and Salvation Army in Battle Creek Michigan are guilty of stealing my mail and cashing various settlement checks in my identification as a result of Federal Audits on the United States Department of Agriculture and Focus Hope, city of Detroit and Housing and Urban Development for fraud and identity theft. I believe that Major Mike and Kathy Wolf are spending a structure settlement to finance a new church at 400 capitol st. ne. battle creek mi. Because several unidentified men from Sally's Kitchen at the Salvation Army keep following me around battle creek Michigan harassing me. I'm not sure if these men volunteer for Sally's Kitchen at Salvation Army or not but I know for sure they have access to trucks big enough to move my furniture from my apartment.
