:thumbdown:wo Central American teens charged in the recent execution-style k*****g of a Massachusetts man came to the U.S. as unaccompanied alien children or UACs under President Obama’s “open-border free-for-all,” according to a Judicial Watch report.

The two 17-year-old boys also have ties to the notorious MS-13 gang, according to the Boston Herald.

Upward of 130,000 women and children from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras have poured across the U.S.-Mexico border since the summer of 2014 and the administration has distributed them into communities nationwide with the help of the Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist and various evangelical churches.

WND reported Wednesday that a new study by a Catholic organization found that nearly 80 percent of those coming from Honduras were not fleeing violence but merely seeking economic opportunities.

In “Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance,” renowned activist Pamela Geller provides the answer, offering proven, practical guidance on how freedom lovers can stop jihadist initiatives in local communities.

WND also reported last month that Obama was reclassifying the next wave of Central American migrants as “refugees.” This will give them a legal status that makes them eligible for a host of government welfare benefits.

The Obama administration has for months been employing a “catch and release” strategy for Central American children and families who show up at the southern border. More than 50 percent of those caught and released have not reported for their deportation hearings.

Third alleged k**ler still at large

Boston media now reports that the 17-year-olds charged in the grisly Jan. 2 k*****g entered the U.S. as UACs and both have ties to MS-13, according to authorities cited by the Boston Herald.

A third suspect is also wanted in the case but remains on the loose, considered armed and dangerous.

The two teenage boys charged this week resided in Everett and one of the them, Cristian Nunez-Flores, migrated to Massachusetts from his native El Salvador in the summer of 2014, which is when the influx of Central American minors began to heat up.

The teen’s parents remain in El Salvador, according to the Herald. The other suspect has been identified as Jose Vasquez Ardon, who is also a recent arrival from Central America.

‘Baby-faced boys’

Prosecutors say the two suspects, described by the Boston Globe as “baby-faced boys,” shot a 19-year-old in the head at point-blank range. Both have pleaded not guilty and are being held without bail. They needed the assistance of a Spanish interpreter during court proceedings.

In a chilling retelling of 19-year-old Omar Reyes’ final moments, assistant Middlesex District Attorney Carrie Spiros said Reyes told his girlfriend he had “a bad vibe” about leaving her apartment and meeting up with the two suspected k**lers. But he feared he’d get a beat down if he didn’t go, the Herald reported. Prosecutors say he was shot in the head on a bike path beneath the Tileston Street Bridge in Everett on Jan. 2.

With a third suspect still unidentified and his whereabouts unaccounted for, Malden District Court Judge Lee G. Johnson sealed the police reports on the case.

Congressmen send letter demanding answers

This week two federal lawmakers – a senator and a congressman – sent a letter to the administration demanding answers on exactly how and when the teens entered the U.S. The lawmakers, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., chair of the House Judiciary Committee, also want to know if the administration had knowledge about the suspects’ gang connections.

“Please provide a complete copy of the alien file for Jose Vasquez Ardon and Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the lawmakers state in a letter to the Department of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, the agency that’s mostly handled the barrage of UACs and the relocation process.

“Please provide any other information collected or maintained by DHS and HHS regarding either Jose Vasquez Ardon or Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the request states.

Shortly after the first batch of UACs arrived in mid-2014, Judicial Watch reported that many had ties to gang members in the U.S., specifically MS-13.

Recruiting gangsters at migrant shelters

Homeland Security sources directly involved with the UAC crisis told Judicial Watch that street gangs, including MS-13, went on a recruiting frenzy at U.S. shelters housing the i*****l a***n minors and they used Red Cross phones to communicate.

The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American i*****l i*******ts that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes.

The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illegal drugs.

3 Teenage MS-13 Gang members charged with 'Brutally' raping 16-Year-Old girl In New York
Three Teenage MS-13 members were charged last year with ‘brutally’ raping 16-year-old girl in New York.
Last year three MS-13 gang members were charged with the brutal rape of a girl in New York.

Police raids last month put the gang back in the spotlight in the Boston area.

“Just a few weeks ago dozens of MS-13 members were indicted in Boston for serious crimes including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking, firearm violations, federal racketeering and immigration offenses,” according to the Judicial Watch report. “Several of the defendants are responsible for murdering at least five people since 2014 and the attempted murder of at least 14 in Chelsea and East Boston, according to the federal indictment. MS-13 members also sell cocaine, heroin and marijuana and commit robberies to generate income to pay monthly dues to incarcerated gang leadership in El Salvador, federal prosecutors say. The money is used to pay for weapons, cell phones, shoes, food and other supplies for MS-13 thugs in and out of jail in El Salvador.”

Has every representative of "We the People" in Washington DC, forgotten the oath that they took when they accepted the office they were elected to, or have all the representatives in Washington collectively decided that it would not be politically correct to enforce the laws of the "Constitution of the United States" ? " ILLEGAL " Immigrants and refugees are allowed across our borders everyday by executive order. Is there a new name for this instead of lawlessness? A Republican majority in the Senate and the Congress as well as many Democrats, are unable to remember the oath they took and stop this blatant disregard of law and the intentional ruination of the United States of America.

The current oath was enacted in 1884:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

The nature of Islam: It is a mistake to differentiate between radical and peaceful Islam. After scornfully dismissing the understanding of Islam by Western politicians, he summarized the spirit of the three main monotheisms as follows:

Judaism speaks about national salvation - namely, that at the end of the story, when the world becomes a better place, Israel will be in its own land, ruled by its own king and serving God.
Christianity speaks about the idea that every single person in the world can be saved from his sins.
Islam speaks about ruling the world, as summarized in a phrase: "Allah sent Muhammad with the true religion so that it should rule over all the religions." It is not that the whole world will become Muslim instantly, but that it will eventually be subdued under the rule of Muslims. "Islam is a messianic religion… from the very beginning, it talked about the end of the world." In Islam, "Allah is the king of the end of days."
The Iranian drive for nuclear weapons: This goal, Sharon goes on, motivates the regime in Tehran. "This is why [Iranian president Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad seeks nuclear weapons." He concludes that a deep belief in the mahdi, a messiah, drives the Iranian nuclear project.

They truly believe that the Shiite messiah, the Twelfth Imam (also known as the mahdi), is here, and that he will reveal himself… What moves the Iranian government and leadership today is first and foremost the wish to bring about the Twelfth Imam. … How will they bring him? Through an apocalypse. He needs a war. He cannot come into this world without an Armageddon. He wants an Armageddon. The earlier we understand this the better. Ahmadinejad wants nuclear weapons for this.

The Wounded Knee Massacre occurred on December 29, 1890,[5] near Wounded Knee Creek (Lakota: Čhaŋkpé Ópi Wakpála) on the Lakota Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in the U.S. state of South Dakota.

The previous day, a detachment of the U.S. 7th Cavalry Regiment commanded by Major Samuel M. Whitside intercepted Spotted Elk's band of Miniconjou Lakota and 38 Hunkpapa Lakota near Porcupine Butte and escorted them 5 miles (8.0 km) westward to Wounded Knee Creek, where they made camp. The remainder of the 7th Cavalry Regiment, led by Colonel James W. Forsyth, arrived and surrounded the encampment. The regiment was supported by a battery of four Hotchkiss mountain guns.[6]

On the morning of December 29, the troops went into the camp to disarm the Lakota. One version of events claims that during the process of disarming the Lakota, a deaf tribesman named Black Coyote was reluctant to give up his rifle, claiming he had paid a lot for it.[7] A scuffle over the rifle escalated, and a shot was fired which resulted in the 7th Cavalry opening fire indiscriminately from all sides, k*****g men, women, and children, as well as some of their fellow soldiers. The Lakota warriors who still had weapons began shooting back at the attacking soldiers, who quickly suppressed the Lakota fire. The surviving Lakota fled, but cavalrymen pursued and k**led many who were unarmed.

By the time it was over, more than 200 men, women, and children of the Lakota had been k**led and 51 were wounded (4 men and 47 women and children, some of whom died later); some estimates placed the number of dead at 300.[4] Twenty-five soldiers also died, and 39 were wounded (6 of the wounded later died).[8] At least twenty soldiers were awarded the Medal of Honor.[9] In 2001, the National Congress of American Indians passed two resolutions condemning the awards and called on the U.S. government to rescind them.[10] The site of the battlefield has been designated a National Historic Landmark.

Less than two months after the terror attacks in San Bernardino, which involved one terrorist who was here on a visa waiver, President Obama has made it easier to travel to the United States from terror hotspots around the globe.

Fox News has the story:

The revised requirements announced Thursday pertain to changes passed by Congress in the Visa Waiver Program.

Lawmakers had sought new restrictions to tighten up the program – which allows visa-free travel for residents of eligible countries -- in order to prevent Europeans who have joined ISIS from entering the United States. Under the newly passed Visa Waiver Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015, nationals of Iraq, Iran, Syria and Sudan as well as other travelers who have visited those countries since Mar. 1, 2011 now must apply for a visa in order to travel to the U.S.

The administration implemented those changes Thursday -- but with some changes of its own.

The changes are that they are making it easier to get waivers. Waiver meaning you won't need a new visa to enter this country, even if you came by way of ISIS zones, as long as you meet certain criteria.

Among the many way one can get a waiver is an exception for individuals who traveled to Iran “for legitimate business-related purposes” after the nuclear deal was signed.

House Judiciary Committee Chair Bob Goodlatte decried the move, saying "The Obama Administration is essentially rewriting the law by blowing wide open a small window of discretion that Congress gave it for law enforcement and national security reasons," according to Fox News.

More details are here.

ISIS and other terror groups rely heavily on their unconventional and diffuse pool of resources and recruits. This is why the "lone wolf" definition of terror is sorely in need of update. That they will take advantage of this easing of the rules is hardly speculative. Nor would it be difficult. It's another example of the Obama administration playing politics with American security.

Which politics?

The new restrictions had previously been criticized by the Iranian government which suggested the U.S. might be violating the nuclear deal by penalizing legitimate business travel to the country.

So the new restrictions made Kerry's new best pals in Iran angry, and they strong-armed us, and the administration gave them what they wanted. Great.

Just more typical "Liar in Chief Practice" in case they get lucky
Just hours after the Charleston shooting, Obama decided to use his press conference to push for more gun control, making the claim that mass k*****gs don’t happen in other countries the way they do in the United States. Left-wing Politifact has now revealed the t***h and Obama isn’t going to like it.

“At some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries. It doesn’t happen in other places with this kind of frequency. And it is in our power to do something about it.”
That statement is such a brazen and provable lie that even the left-wing PolitiFact couldn’t find a way to turn it into anything but a “Mostly False.”

Still, using this data, it’s easy to dispense with the first claim Obama made — that “this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries.”
Over the decade and a half studied, the researchers found 23 incidents of mass shootings in the other 10 countries, resulting in 200 dead and 231 wounded. In the United States over the same period, there were 133 incidents that left 487 dead and 505 wounded. …
[T]he U.S. doesn’t rank No. 1. At 0.15 mass shooting fatalities per 100,000 people, the U.S. had a lower rate than Norway (1.3 per 100,000), Finland (0.34 per 100,000) and Switzerland (1.7 per 100,000). …
Still, while the United States did rank in the top one-third of the list, the fact that three other countries exceeded the United States using the fairest method of comparison available does weaken Obama’s claim that “it doesn’t happen in other places with this kind of frequency.” In at least three countries, the data shows, it does.

A fascinating comment on Rick Moran’s blog about the Iranian capture of our sailors is making waves in the blogosphere and on Facebook. It makes a lot more sense than any of the official explanations we have received for the capture and subsequent release of the sailors.

Thomas Lipscomb explains:

Flash! A former Navy SEAL, Matt Bracken, just blew up what I have been calling "a pack of lies from the US and Iran" on what the hell happened that got our boats captured and taken to the Farsi Islands.

Remember: the single most dangerous area in all the Persian Gulf is a small group of Island in almost the middle of the heavily travelled shipping lanes that is a major naval base for Iran and the HQ of the radical IRG for special operations of their own against all the countries abutting the Gulf. A top Marine told me our two boats were special ops boats with crews that delivered our own SEALS... The direct rivals of the IRG on Farsi.

The idea that toxic area would be a possible rendezvous site area for a refueling is i***tic... As is the idea of commo and navigation failure. You might as reasonably expect Gibraltar to be a rendezvous point for resupply for the N**i subs in Das Boot.

If the US press today weren't evenly split between toadys and military incoherents, they should have seen what has been clear to anyone who has any military experience.

Here is Matt Bracken's stunning take:

I rarely pull out my dusty old trident, but in this case, here goes. I was a Navy SEAL officer in the 1980s, and this kind of operation (t***siting small boats in foreign waters) was our bread and butter. Today, these boats both not only had radar, but multiple GPS devices, including chart plotters that place your boat's icon right on the chart. The claim by Iran that the USN boats "strayed into Iranian waters" is complete bull$‪#‎it.

For an open-water t***sit between nations, the course is studied and planned in advance by the leaders of the Riverine Squadron, with specific attention given to staying wide and clear of any hostile nation's claimed territorial waters. The boats are given a complete mechanical check before departure, and they have sufficient fuel to accomplish their mission plus extra. If, for some unexplainable and rare circumstance one boat broke down, the other would tow it, that's why two boats go on these trips and not one! It's called "self-rescue" and it's SOP.

This entire situation is in my area of expertise. I can state with complete confidence that both Iran and our own State Department are lying. The boats did not enter Iranian waters. They were overtaken in international waters by Iranian patrol boats that were so superior in both speed and firepower that it became a "hands up!" situation, with automatic cannons in the 40mm to 76mm range pointed at them point-blank. Surrender, hands up, or be blown out of the water. I assume that the Iranians had an English speaker on a loudspeaker to make the demand. This takedown was no accident or coincidence, it was a planned slap across America's face.

Just watch. The released sailors will be ordered not to say a word about the incident, and the Iranians will have taken every GPS device, chart-plotter etc off the boats, so that we will not be able to prove where our boats were taken.

The "strayed into Iranian waters" story being put out by Iran and our groveling and appeasing State Dept. Is utter and complete BS from one end to the other.

Ag the Gates of Vienna, Brian Bodissey passes along an update from Matt Bracken:

I think that the take-down happened in international waters. The Iranians would have known to the minute when the boats were leaving Kuwait, and their probable course to Bahrain, so an intercept would be simple. They know our ROE would be “Do not shoot EVER unless you are fired upon first. PERIOD!!!”

So, if the Iranians jam our boats so they cannot communicate, and then swoop in close, it’s almost a guaranteed outcome. They KNOW we won’t shoot first! So by coming in closer and closer with weapons aimed at our sailors, overwhelming them with numbers at point-blank, then on loudspeaker they say, “Step away from your weapons or we will slaughter you!” At that point, it’s a fait accompli. Once our sailors step back from their guns, it’s over. Next, “Take off your jackets and weapons” etc, until they are in t-shirts only. Then “Kneel down!”

Step by step they get their way, based on a deep understanding of our ROE and our responses at every stage. Once they have control of our boats, they can drive them to Farsi Island, and remove every single GPS device, radar, cell phone etc. Then, there can be no proof of where the attack happened. And worst of all, Obama and Kerry are happy to go along with the lie, in order not to upset the nuclear deal applecart.

Rick Moran points out that one flaw in this scenario is that there was a woman captured, and so far as we know there are no women in Special Forces. He, too, believe that the official story is BS, but that the simple explanation is that the Navy doesn't want to explain their humiliation and the Obama admininstration wants to keep the Iran deal at all costs.

“The USS Truman Aircraft carrier showed unprofessional moves for 40 minutes after the detention of the trespassers,” and Iran was ready to strike at it, Fadavi said, according to Fars news.

“We were highly prepared with our coast-to-sea missiles, missile-launching speedboats and our numerous capabilities,” Fadavi said, according to Fars.

“The US and France’s aircraft carriers were within our range and if they had continued their unprofessional moves, they would have been afflicted with such a catastrophe that they had never experienced all throughout the history,” the IRGC commander warned, according to Fars. “They could have been shot, and if they were, they would have been destroyed.”

Fadavi warned, according to Fars, that the US and its navy “won’t be the winner of any battle with Iran in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, as destruction and sinking of their warships will be the end result of any such war.”

Kerry thanked Iran Wednesday for resolving the dispute “peacefully and efficiently.”

“I want to express my gratitude to the Iranian authorities for their cooperation ‎in swiftly resolving this matter,” Kerry said in a statement.

“That this issue was resolved peacefully and efficiently is a testament to the critical role diplomacy plays in keeping our country safe, secure, and strong,” Kerry added.

Iran has since released photos and video of the American’s apparently surrendering on their knees, as well as in custody in an Iranian base.

Kerry and Zarif were in Vienna Saturday along with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, where nuclear sanctions on Tehran were expected to be lifted when the International Atomic Energy Agency announces that Iran has met its obligations under last July’s landmark agreement with world powers.

Iran is holding ten American sailors after two small U.S. naval craft apparently entered Iranian territorial waters and were stopped by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

It's unclear whether the vessels, which were sailing near Farsi Island in the Persian Gulf, intentionally entered Iranian waters. No distress call apparently was made.

Once he was notified of the incident, Secretary of State John Kerry immediately reached out to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and explained that the boat had a mechanical problem and had accidentally strayed.

As CNN points out, Farsi Island is an area where the Iranian Revolutionary Guard tends to operate, and they are much more aggressive than the Iranian Navy. The "arrested" sailors were nine men and one woman and are now in the custody of the IRGC. A U.S. official said the sailors may be spending the night in Iran, and it's not expected that they would depart until after daylight.

The U.S. has reportedly received assurances that the sailors are safe, are being well-treated, and will be released soon. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest told CNN's Jake Tapper,

"Certainly, everybody should be aware of the fact we have been in touch with the Iranians and they have assured us that our sailors are safe and that they'll be allowed to continue their journey promptly."

And if anyone can be trusted to tell America the t***h and to release American hostages promptly, it's Iran.

Republican p**********l candidates seized the opportunity to tweet criticisms of Obama, whose State of the Union address is tonight.

Ben Carson tweeted: "While POTUS is preparing to talk about his so called 'accomplishments,', 10 of our American sailors are being held by #Iran."

Jeb Bush tweeted: "If our sailors aren't coming home yet, they need to be now. No more bargaining. Obama's humiliatingly weak Iran policy is exposed again."

Ted Cruz: "This is the latest manifestation of the weakness of Barack Obama, that every bad actor ... views Obama as a laughingstock," he said.

Rick Santorum: "WH says our sailors are being given courtesies? This is feckless. WH is endangering our troops. Demand their return NOW!" he tweeted.
