Has every representative of "We the People" in Washington DC, forgotten the oath that they took when they accepted the office they were elected to, or have all the representatives in Washington collectively decided that it would not be politically correct to enforce the laws of the "Constitution of the United States" ? " ILLEGAL " Immigrants and refugees are allowed across our borders everyday by executive order. Is there a new name for this instead of lawlessness? A Republican majority in the Senate and the Congress as well as many Democrats, are unable to remember the oath they took and stop this blatant disregard of law and the intentional ruination of the United States of America.
The current oath was enacted in 1884:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
They were elected for 2 primary functions:
1. Maintain stability of our currency &
2. Protect our borders.
Neither are being DONE.
Duh!

As a retired career Army soldier I have taken the oath several times in my life and I still hold the oath as a life long oath. To see career politicians take the oath and ignore it when it suits them for personal gain really disgusts me. The real heros and defenders of our nation live by this oath everyday of their lives.
To Alinskyites, taking an oath is totally meaningless, just another tradition that must be tolerated to attain the power they crave.
