As I said before guys, the only peaceful solution that I see is two-fold:
1.- Get the young people in the streets with solid arguments, silent protests at State Legislature buildings, push for a Continental Congress in the States that have not joined in suing the Fed.
2.- A continental Congress is both legal and Constitutional, once formed it must:
a.- Impose term limits on the Congress, two terms for Senators and three terms for Representatives.
b.- Impose a new tax code and abolish the old one, new tax code: 10% tax on all income across the board, no discounts for dependents, no write-offs, NO LOOP HOLES.
Once the Continental Congress imposes these two, simple rules, it can step back and let things play out, always with the threat that it is waiting to see if more rules must be made!

Floyd, ST et al: You guys have the understanding of what is going on, but I think that one way to go about saving what we can is a Continental Congress of the States, 34 States are necessary to force a Congress of the States convened to right the wrongs of the Federal Government which have been forced upon the people. I believe that around 31 States have already stepped into line by suing the Fed.

A Continental Congress cannot be a helter-skelter thing intent upon replacing all of the sitting Representatives and Senators with hitherto State Reps. and Senators, NO! A Continental Congress to be effective must, in the beginning, take it's power and force the Feds. into abiding by a Term Limits Law, ie... Term limits: 3 Terms for Representatives and 2 Terms for Senators end of question! The other thing that the newly convened Continental Congress must address is the Tax Code which has long been used to reward contributors to Political Campaigns. The existing tax code must be replaced by a simple 10% Tax on ALL income by everyone, no write-offs, no loopholes, no nothing!

The representatives of the States who attend the Continental Congress must be sworn by their constituents to faithfully force these two simple issues to become Federal Law. Simple..... The idea is to institute these to premises which BTW have no recourse or talking points to be contended with, then wait and see what happens. Maybe the slime bags in DC will get the idea and fix everything, (knowing that if one Continental Congress was convened it will be really easy to convene another). Teddy Roosevelt said it, "Walk softly but carry a big stick"! We have that stick ladies and gentlemen as explained above, start organizing get going!

Hillary's answers about Top Secret E-mails on a private server are damning, but none of it matters, since Bill talked to Loretta Lynch we can understand why the Justice Department, (Loretta Lynch), stated that there would be no charges brought against Hillary for the e-mail scandal, yet another pass. Then Obama stumps for her, and gives her a ride in Air Force One, just to let the v**ers know that she is his puppet, sort of a misnomer because Obama is controlled by Soros as are many others. Pretty brazen isn't it!

I have been thinking about a new rant on my blog, which I usually post on Facebook also. Your initial post on this thread, (Brandon Smith), hit most of the points that I had in my head right on the nose. As you say further down in the thread, v****g is a sham and has been since gerrymandering was introduced. Now however, the powers that be can simply hack the v****g machines and get any result they want! I wish I was young enough to get in the street and take the action to the perpetrators!
Stated simply, once v****g is taken out of our hands we can simply kiss the American system goodbye, or does anyone believe that Congress has a 9% approval rating, yet 96% of the incumbents will be re-elected?

Sorry Jim, I posted the above before I read your ultimate. We need people in front of State Capitol buildings, Federal buildings etc., we need media coverage and no stupid kids to muck things up. Hard to do with the inherent complacency, but very necessary!

Jim Ahrens is on the right track but he won't say it! Large numbers of registered v**ers must congregate in the streets and demand free and legal e******ns, the end of gerrymandering, the end of Citizens United, and many, many, other t***sgressions. Do you really believe that retired Americans did not get a raise for 2016 because the Government determined that there is no inflation? Two Amendments to the Constitution were passed in a few months because the people took to the streets!

Good post thinksense, of course no one will believe it. People actually think that the President has a lot of clout and will discuss the goods and the bads forgetting that the important thing is the makeup of Congress! If Congress is inoperative one of the pillars of our Republic is gone. Furthermore we have already seen the Supreme Court, make it possible for big business to "buy" Congressmen, essentially add some words to the ACA to make sure that everyone gets a subsidy to buy health insurance, after declaring the ACA a tax so that it could continue. Well the ACA certainly upped and added taxes, that have nothing to do with healthcare. The t***h about how our system has been corrupted is due to just that, corruption. You know as do I, that over 90% of sitting Congressmen will be re-elected and that only 8-9 % of the seats are "up for grabs" due to gerrymandering of Congressional districts. Who aligned the districts to their liking? Congress did! Term limits would help but a strict watchdog group of citizens who could not be bought, or intimidated would really fix the problem. Then of course where would you find people who cannot be bought if the Democrats have been buying v**es for 12 years with welfare payments?

Here is number eight US Code 1182, inadmissible aliens. This law was written in 1952. It was passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress, House and Senate, and signed by a Democrat president.
