Clearly by your comments about not caring what others think , is a big problem along with the hatred, d******eness and lack of civil discussion and understanding on issues on this forum and in our country today.

One partisan view is all that is acceptable vs mutual understanding of each others views and acceptance of common ground and agreement with understanding even in Frits agreement to disagree.

She’s been supported by many as well on OPP. Again with your immoral demeaning words and bullying. Your h**e rhetoric does support civil discussion of the issues.

H**eful, demeaning d******e language is part of the reason no civil discussion, no understanding of other position and no compromise.

We are all individuals who care about our country, we just have differing views of what’s best, those views cannot even be shared if because of political beliefs one is put in a box, all are the same and not listened to, then demeaned with bullying and h**eful rhetoric. This immoral h**e, and disrespect of others is the biggest threat to our democratic republic. Trump didn’t start it but he pours gas on the fire everyday.

Your swearing, name calling and bullying is non value add, inappropriate, immoral and not appreciated.

Hey skippy, you can stop comparing apples to oranges anytime. Trump may or may not have possessed the documents legally, Biden and pence had ABSOLUTELY NO right to possess them!

All are innocent until proven guilty. All potentially broke the law, at this point there are only indictments for misdeed’s to Trump. Time will tell on the others. If it’s so clear I would expect indictments against Biden and Pence as well. So at this time you are correct, it is apples and oranges- Trump is indicated/ charged, Biden and Pence are not to date. Time will tell who’s indicted, who’s found guilty or innocent. If all are found guilty, the amount of documents, and lack of cooperation should incur stiffer penalties. If found innocent all a mute point.

When I handled confidential information I had to sign it out, view in secure location and return . Each release was logged. Onerous process but no lost or misplaced confidential information. The Government needs to enhance current process to ensure traceable with audit trails.

Yet you declared what they "didn't" do with them when you don't know and can't know in any of the cases. And you still haven't declared your "rational" to why and how a Senator had documents that are clearly marked as classified in his possession away from a SKIF, I don't know if they are having a hard time creating some or what but after all these months, we still haven't seen "a paper trail" giving a Senator permission to take classified materials home. I can understand how Trump could believe he had the right to have them but not a lowly Senator!!!!
Yet you declared what they "didn't" do w... (show quote)

Right I haven’t declared my rationale on why Biden or Pence had the documents where they had them. The investigation should discover that and legal system should determine what indictments to bring.

After the fact, are you saying since others were allowed to potentially break the law surely me as President or Ex President can do the same?
Trump clearly knew what he was taking and advised by legal counsel it would be illegal not to fully comply with the subpoenas.-He did not fully comply which could lead to added legal liability.

Some documents were found in his personal desk, the “imbeciles “ you referred to do Trumps bidding. Teflon Trump nothing sticks.
I don’t expect Your statement would stand up in court. The courts will decide. Trump is innocent of all charges at this time and he has his legal staff to plead his case. We shall see.

How do you know what Biden did with the docs all those years, he for sure didn't keep them in a secure location. And anybody going to the 4 locations he had them could have had zxxess, you don't know. You just want to minimized end justify him having them.

I said clearly both Biden and Pence should have the incidents investigated. The point that neither of the two seemed to know that they had the classified information until they examined their stored materials, is an indicator they were not shared, security. Of them and harm or potential harm would be part of the investigation. For all we know the DOJ is currently investigating Biden & Pence handling of classified documents found.
The minimization is how each handled the incident.
Trump knew he had the documents, Trump felt they were his, Trump had to be subpoenaed to turn them over, he had far more documents than Biden or Pence. He kept documents back that were requested on subpoena, and had his lawyers send a letter stating all documents were returned(Lawyer testimony stated Trump was told if he didn’t return the documents requested in the subpoena Trump would be breaking the law. Etc. vs Biden and Pence fully and quickly complied with return of documents once found.
While you say I’m trying to minimize Biden/Pence actions, you appear to make all three equal-only having classified documents in an insecure location is similar, the rest is not!

ignorance /ĭg′nər-əns/

The condition of being uneducated, unaware, or uninformed.
The state of being ignorant; want of knowledge in general, or concerning some particular matter; the condition of not being cognizant, informed, or aware.
The condition of being ignorant; the lack of knowledge in general, or in relation to a particular subject; the state of being uneducated or uninformed.

If I referred to some's stupidity that would be construed as a slur.

Stupidity is a lack of intelligence, understanding, reason, or wit, an inability to learn.

I don't name call people who disagree with me. I use facts and back them up with a variety of sources- usually right and left-leaning that agree in order to boost my argument.

I can't stomach MSNBC l*****t activists who masquerade as journalists. They ought to be viewed purely for their entertainment value Imo -"wh**ever floats your boat" I suppose.

So if I say your ignorance shows-that’s not negative or h**eful. I have to agree to disagree.
Go down the street and call five men ignorant and if you are still standing let me know their response. Most,if not all recipients would clearly take it as demeaning.

Yeah I fat thumbed it. This an unsigned note not a legal document . No relative comparison. At least I admit my mistake. Trump hasn’t made a mistake his entire life. Ask him I’m sure he’d tell you that.

I did not imply that you are personally FOR authoritarianism. I implied, and hereby STATE, that by all appearances you are APPROVING of governmental actions that are unjust and that, IMHO ARE authoritarianistic, and WILL lead to an openly authoritarian and permanent 'Democrat' led federal government.
I am not saying you are evil.....just severely mistaken. On that, we must respectfully disagree.
You THINK Trump will lead to an authoritarian oligarchy if re-elected, with only speculative opinions from the left to support that contention.
You IGNORE the current and growing authoritarian actions that Biden and the Democrats are instituting RIGHT NOW, and for the past two+ years, because they do not fit what you believe.
I approve of Trump because the good he did far outweighs his admittedly poor personal choices. I disapprove of Biden because of his history and actions. Cause first, opinion after.
The left in general, and apparently you, too, despise what Trump does BECAUSE you do not like Trump, and approve of what Biden does because you like Biden. Party-based opinion first, rationalization and accusation after.
Why else would the left h**e and condemn Trump for doing things less onerous than what Biden has done for 50 years, and is doing on steroids NOW? Yet you guys ignore and/or deny that Biden has done any wrong.
I did not imply that you are personally FOR author... (show quote)

Evidently the court system( grand jury evidence sufficient to indict for wrong doing) cause first three convictions and 91 open indictments in process for T4ump vs Biden.

You are indicating that Biden for fifty years has done more onerous things than Trump, where’s the proof, the indictments on Biden. Biden has no convictions or indictments to date.
I don’t h**e anyone.
Trump is unique, his actions as President are unprecedented and now Candidate as well. He has done numerous misdeeds before during and since his time in office.
I even v**ed for him once. Trumps actions and misdeeds, his h**eful rhetoric his immoral character traits, his demeaning others and seeking retribution are it leadership traits. Add his ego, not listening to his advisors, knowing only he skews the best decisions is recipe for failure for both him and this country.

Biden is not the best candidate either but a far cry better than Trump.

If all they use for their "news" is MSNBC, then that would explain part of their ignorance.

I’ve stated before, I’m retired and to stay balanced By watching and read various news outlets. Some lean right some left and some fairly neutral. The opinion parts of all news networks are all biased one way or another.

News is news, facts are facts, how opinion pieces skew headlines, twist news is clearly biased.
I read or watch or read an opinion segment on CBS, MSNBC or CNN, then do same with Newsmax, FOX or OAN and sometimes it’s hard to say they are talking about the same situation or facts. It gives me a good perspective from differing views, then I look at the facts and decide what to believe and form my opinion.

Name Calling people that don’t agree with you or based on inaccurate assumptions and putting all people the same box based on political beliefs is d******e, h**eful and by not respecting others is a non moral characteristic. Adds no value to civil discussion on issues of the day and is not appreciated by me.

Trump was still President till Biden was sworn in and who are you to interpret the law? "President Donald Trump arrived in Florida just before 11 a.m. on Wednesday, with an hour left in his presidency, as he opted to skip the swearing in for Biden." Constitutionally Biden became President at noon.

On another note, when Biden as a SENATOR "took home" docs that he kept for "YEARS" undeclared by the way, which means he stole them in my opinion. Why don't you want that Senator arrested and charged. Oh he gave them back after "YEARS" of possessing them, so that makes his theft ok. It's ok to steal as long as when you get caught you give it back. The fact that he as a Senator "in your interpretation of the law" shouldn't have had them at home to begin with, is besides the point. Is it only theft if Trump, the President at the time of his taking them has them, or does your logic apply to everyone regardless of who, when and how? Hypocrite!
Trump was still President till Biden was sworn in ... (show quote)

More immoral name calling and judging. First of all I never said Biden and/or Pence should not be investigated and/or charged for improper handling of sensitive information.. The fact when Biden/Pence found them they didn’t try to hide them or the fact they had them and cooperated fully. They were not known, not bragged about, not shared and/or given to others. We’re not subpoenaed for them either- no need cooperated.
I’m not a lawyer, I look at the facts and shared evidence and while I’m entitled to my opinion, I don’t judge, that’s what the court system is for. They don’t get it right all the time but do most of the time.

So your point on t***sition from Trump to Biden?

When the petty meticulous minutia of law is used as a political weapon, then the only defense is to NEVER be noticed by the government. The only security is in sheep-like anonymity. And THAT is authoritarianism. But you are apparently all for it, as long as it is pursuing things YOU approve of. What will you say, I wonder, when it no longer does so? You know, the square footage is only one fact in pages of evidence that the judge’s summary judgement confirms fraud took place. You and I are not the judges here. The judge determines right from wrong, legal vs illegal in this case. I’m quoting funds in the case. That’s what I put my in and for you to assume or project s as nd that based on your inaccurate assessment I am for authoritarianism is equally as inaccurate.
I feel if Trump is not re-elected then the risk of an authoritarian regime and the end of our democratic republic will not happen . If you look at Trumps 2024 plans and his campaign rhetoric an authoritarian oligarchy is where USA is headed should Trump be re-elected.
