I disagree that manipulators control society. Certainly they try and have some success, such as the present conservative cabal, but the people have ways of avoiding manipulation. Trump is many things, but he is not a conservative. He is the most radical President in the history of the country and I don't believe people who v**ed for him were manipulated.

Trump's statement that the free press is the enemy of the people is in my mind a disqualifier for the office of the President. It's not true and is demeaning to the United States and its Constitution. Jeong should be let go by the New York Times for being an i***t. Trump can get away with making remarks like she made, but the free press should keep a higher standard.

I assume whoever posts an obviously false statement which is intended to divide is up to no good and possibly Russian sourced. They never argue in good faith; they are constant liars; they belong to a group which wants to destroy our democracy; they will say anything to get their way; they are a group absolutely without honor and honesty.

Does he believe the statements are true and he is somewhat delusional? Could he be disclosing his fantasy world; the world as he wishes it was? Perhaps he knowingly makes false claims to gain attention? The free press wouldn't report on his rallies if Trump didn't make several lies. I can't name any person living today in public or private life or even someone in the past who made false statements or claims as consistently and in the amount that Trump does. There is something wrong somewhere.
