Lee was also a Confederate and did everything possible to destroy the union of our states. And just as Germany made no statues to Hitler and the rest of N**i Germany the United States of America has no business creating statues to the Confederates and the Confederate States of America who tried like hell to destroy our union including our most precious constitution.

The only question I have is why do you Republicans have such a hard time understanding that? You are Republicans and died trying to preserve our union. Why are you now trying to defend the Confederacy and more importantly why are you trying to preserve statues that memorialize Generals and leaders of that horrific union!!! “Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing” will be performed live or played before “The Star-Spangled Banner” prior to each NFL game during Week 1 and the league is considering putting names of victims of police brutality on helmet decals or jersey patches, a person familiar with the discussions told The Associated Press.

The person said the league is working collaboratively with players to recognize victims of s******c r****m throughout the season in a variety of ways. The person spoke to the AP on Thursday on condition of anonymity because discussions between the league and the NFL Players Association are ongoing.

Additional plans include the use of educational programs and storytelling about the victims and their families similar to the league’s PSA on Botham Jean released in January and the Super Bowl commercial on Corey Jones featuring his cousin, former NFL star Anquan Boldin.


“Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing” is traditionally known as the Black anthem. It’ll be played first when the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs host the Houston Texans to kick off the NFL regular season on Sept. 10.

According to CBS News, “Lift Every Voice and Sing” was “Introduced in 1900 as a poem by African-American educator and activist James Weldon Johnson to mark Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, and later set to music by John Rosamond Johnson, “Lift Every Voice and Sing” was adopted by the NAACP as a song of faith and freedom.”

It’s uncertain whether fans will be in attendance Week 1 or at all this season because of the c****av***s p******c. The league is considering asking fans to sign a waiver and wear masks, according to a person familiar with those conversations.

The NFL announced last month it is committing $250 million over 10 years to social justice initiatives, targeting what it calls “s******c r****m” and supporting “the battle against the ongoing and historic injustices faced by African Americans.”

Following the nationwide protests sparked by the death of G****e F***d, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell denounced r****m in a video prompted greatly by a players’ video seeking NFL action.

Yeah you people are sick. How many of those counter protesters came from outside the Boise area? A bunch. Quite a few white nationalists in the crowd. The city of Boise and its residents (including me) are not too happy. Those B*M protests have been going on every Tuesday evening in front of the Capital for the past 5 or 6 weeks. There has never been violence before, they have been totally calm and peaceful. Until last night when the counter protesters were called in to create a scene. It was pretty sick. If you think this is a good thing for the country you are all crazy.
