Report: Biden Told Inner Circle He Wants Garland to Prosecute Trump, Stop Acting Like a 'Ponderous Judge'

Currently presiding over the most authoritarian administration in American history, President Joe Biden told close confidants that former President Donald Trump is a threat to democracy and wants Attorney General Merrick Garland’s DOJ to prosecute him, according to two sources who spoke to The New York Times.

The President has not asked the attorney general to pursue an indictment against Trump but is said to be privately frustrated over his inaction. Biden would like “Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of J*** 6,” The Times reported.

In the following Twitter post, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton sums up the current situation.

Aware that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s sham J*** 6 C*******e will be the first casualty of an expected Republican-led Congress, Democrats know that time is of the essence.

In an article entitled “Garland Faces Growing Pressure as J*** 6 Investigation Widens” published last week, the media outlet continued to promote the fiction that Trump violated the law and should be prosecuted for causing the Capitol incursion and that no one understands Garland’s reluctance to act.

Allow me to enlighten them.

Then-President Trump is not being prosecuted because he did not violate the law on J*** 6. Garland is hesitating because he knows Democrats are pushing a bogus narrative and doesn’t want to one day be held accountable for indicting the former — and possibly future — president of the United States on charges he knows to be false.

Do you think Garland will cave to Biden's pressure?
Yes: 53% (93 V**es)
No: 47% (81 V**es)
In August, Reuters reported that, according to four current and former law enforcement officials, the FBI had “found scant evidence,” that the J*** 6 Capitol incursion was caused by a coordinated group of Trump supporters whose mission was to violently o*******w the United States government.

These sources “have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on” the FBI’s investigation, according to the report.

In other words, the only conspiracy that occurred on J*** 6 was one between the FBI, the deep state and the legacy media. This trio went all in to dupe the American people into believing an attempted i**********n had taken place.

Perhaps Garland also remembers the last time he foolishly agreed to do the administration’s bidding and how spectacularly it backfired. I’m referring, of course, to his infamous October memo in which he sicced the FBI on parents who challenged public school boards over their children’s curriculum.

This t***sparent abuse of power led to a Republican sweep in the following month’s e******ns, the most notable surprise being Glenn Youngkin’s gubernatorial victory in Virginia. It also led to a stain on Garland’s legacy.

Another reason for his restraint might be that he’s privy to the details of the current federal investigation of H****r B***n for possible tax evasion, money laundering and foreign lobbying violations. By now, he’s been informed of the most damaging revelations to come from H****r’s abandoned laptop, which may even implicate the president himself in wrongdoing.

But Democrats are clinging to the only hope they have to prevent a GOP blowout in November. And, as usual, this requires all hands on deck.

The Times writes: “The J*** 6 investigation is a test not just for Mr. Garland, but for Mr. Biden as well. Both men came into office promising to restore the independence and reputation of a Justice Department that Mr. Trump had tried to weaponize for political gain.”

Well, both men were clearly lying, as are the authors of the article. Democrats routinely accuse Republicans of what they are actually doing. Biden, Garland and the Times know all too well that their party has cornered the market on weaponizing once-revered American institutions against Republicans. This has led to American’s growing distrust of the government.

It began in the Obama Administration. Five days before candidate Barack Obama won the presidency, he told supporters, “We are five days away from fundamentally t***sforming the United States of America.” That was not just rhetoric. He meant it — sincerely.

The idea was to politicize the DOJ. The plan was conceived by Obama, implemented by his Attorney General Eric Holder in 2009 and continued by Holder’s successor, Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Over the course of eight years, this politicization spread to the FBI, the CIA, the DNI, the NSA and the State Department. The weaponization of the Pentagon, which began under Obama, was a slower process. Under the leadership of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, however, it is now complete.

The corruption of these agencies allowed the Obama FBI to carry out their sham attack on candidate Donald Trump, accusing him of being an agent of Russia, and to continue promoting this fabricated narrative to undermine his presidency afterward. When that narrative failed, Democrats simply moved on to Trump’s July 2019 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. And the persecution continued.

The Capitol incursion on J*** 6, 2021 handed Democrats fresh meat to seize onto.

I often wonder why Pelosi rejected Trump’s recommendation of a National Guard troop presence given FBI reports of planned protests. Was she hoping for a r**t? Why won’t she explain her decision? Why hasn’t the J*** 6 C*******e even asked?

Anyway, the day couldn’t have turned out better for her party than if she had planned it herself.

Biden is said to be “aghast that people close to Mr. Trump have defied congressional subpoenas and has told people close to him that he does not understand how they think they can do so.”

Well, we are aghast that a president who’s been in office for less than 15 months, has been able to inflict so much damage on the country.

After being lied to for so long, Americans have learned a thing or two.

Rather than pointing the finger at Trump, Biden may want to huddle with his lawyers to prepare for the investigations the Republicans have in store for him should they win back the House.

So he’s claiming that under those lower tax rates, there was strong economic growth which resulted in more tax revenues to the government despite lower rates. So Biden not only proved Trump’s point, he just admitted that Reaganomics works.

Obviously she was referring to the president at the time, as trump is perhaps one of the only presidents that literally demanded oaths of loyalty. The only loyalty civil servants have is to the government and laws they serve, not any person or president.

Several people objected to trump asking for a loyalty pledge, or non disclosure agreement.

It's interesting that the GOP had a problem with where that McGahn case went in terms of having to release information to congress.

T*********r Cyclist Booted from Championship Race After Female Opponents Threaten Boycott

A man who identifies as a woman has been ruled ineligible to participate in a women’s championship cycling race in the United Kingdom after female competitors reportedly discussed boycotting the event.

Emily Bridges, 21, competed against other men as Zach Bridges before coming out as t*********r in October 2020.

He had been planning to participate as a woman in this week’s National Omnium Championships in Derby.

However, because Bridges was registered as a man, the Union Cycliste Internationale said he cannot compete against women until his registration as a male expires, USA Today reported Thursday.

The UCI’s decision came after a number of female riders discussed boycotting the event because of Bridges’ participation and unfair advantage, the U.K.’s Guardian reported.

In 2018, Bridges had set a national junior men’s record over 25 miles. He was on the Great Britain Academy program as a male rider but was dropped in 2020, according to the Guardian.

He continued to race in men’s events after coming out as t*********r in 2020.

Bridges won the men’s points race at the British Universities championships in Glasgow just one month ago, USA Today reported.

He started hormone therapy last year to lower his testosterone levels and begin competing as a woman.

Do you agree with the decision to exclude Bridges from the women's competition?
Yes: 100% (1108 V**es)
No: 0% (3 V**es)
British Cycling rules mandate that riders have testosterone levels below five nanomoles per liter for a year prior to compete as a woman. This rule and Bridges’ previous registration as a male made him ineligible, USA Today reported.

British Cycling said in a statement Wednesday that it believes “t*********r and non-binary people should be able to find a home, feel welcome and included, and be celebrated in our sport.”
No problem let'm compete with each other....that would befair to all.

“We have been in close discussions with the UCI regarding Emily’s participation this weekend and have also engaged closely with Emily and her family regarding her t***sition and involvement in elite competitions,” the organization said.

“We acknowledge the decision of the UCI with regards to Emily’s participation, however we fully recognize her disappointment with today’s decision,” it said.

Bridges complained about the decision in a statement posted to social media on Friday.

“I have provided both British Cycling and the UCI with medical evidence that I meet the eligibility criteria for t*********r female cyclists, including that my testosterone limit has been far below the limit prescribed by the regulations for the last 12 months. … Despite the public announcement, I still have little clarity around their finding of my ineligibility under their regulations,” he said.
I meet the eligibility criteria for t*********r female cyclists:
So...there's the answer...compete with other t*********r female cyclists,

“I have been judged despite a total lack of evidence against me, purely because I am t***s.”

Bridges also claimed he had been “relentlessly harassed and demonised” by the British media.

Bridges’ aunt, Helen Bridges, told the U.K.’s Daily Mail that she believed this decision was unfair to him.

“It’s a bit of a tough one but I guess it’s unfair,” she said. “It is unfair on Emily, but the others obviously think it’s unfair on them so it’s a very, very difficult situation.

“Maybe t***s athletes should have their own class, but I think they should be allowed to do it [compete in women’s sports].”

Amid the controversy over t*********r athletes, Britain’s Sports Council E******y Group met last fall to look into the research and science related to that issue, the Guardian reported.

The SCEG said it found there were “retained differences in strength, stamina and physique between the average woman compared with the average t*********r woman or non-binary person registered male at birth.”

The problem of determining the fairness of t*********r participation in all sports is becoming an increasing challenge, the SCEG recognized.

British Cycling also commented on the difficulty of the situation.

“T*********r and non-binary inclusion is bigger than one race and one athlete — it is a challenge for all elite sports,” the organization said. “We believe all participants within our sport deserve more clarity and understanding around participation in elite competitions and we will continue to work with the UCI on both Emily’s case and the wider situation with regards to this issue.”

Sharron Davies, a former British Olympic swimming star, also spoke up about the issue, saying sports should be inclusive but also fair to female athletes, the Daily Mail reported.

“I think the very serious threat of a boycott helped hugely to concentrate their minds and cause intervention, but I’m being positive we are turning a corner,” she said. “Sport is all about fairness there are ways to have inclusion without sacrificing Women’s sport.

“It would not have been fair to ask [British Olympian] Laura Kenny and the other women cyclists that Bridges would have come up against to have to race a rival with the advantages of a biological man. No amount of testosterone reduction can mitigate that, but we’re being told to turn a blind eye to science and biology, to keep quiet and suck it up.”
