GOP Took Exception To Jackson Saying That Presidents Are Not Kings... In McGahn Ruling

Obviously she was referring to the president at the time, as trump is perhaps one of the only presidents that literally demanded oaths of loyalty. The only loyalty civil servants have is to the government and laws they serve, not any person or president.

Several people objected to trump asking for a loyalty pledge, or non disclosure agreement.

It's interesting that the GOP had a problem with where that McGahn case went in terms of having to release information to congress.

You failed to mention that her decision in this case was overturned on appeal. Like most of her other cases. She seems like a political activist in a robe. If she's incapable of defining what a woman is...

Where did you pull that "like most of her other cases" from, your butt?

She has over 600 rulings, and something like 6 overturned

Meanwhile Kavanaugh had a recent ruling on a******n overturned a few months before he was nominated where he failed to adhere to the constitution...not to mention he was up for pending formal ethics charges that the senate decided were irrelevant since he was a supreme court judge
