Here on earth we must contend with all the violence and criminal activities that plague everyone. God tells us how to live on earth. He never said to allow others to walk on us and allow ourselves to be abused and murdered. Therefore while on earth we protect ourselves, our loved ones, and our property. We also like sporting with guns as others do, and collecting them etc. What an odd comment you made about Christians owning guns. It shows how little you really understand. Perhaps that why you turned from God. You have a very narrow image of what being a Christian is. We are like everyone else only differing in our faith, just as I imagine atheists are like - everyone else only differening in their lack of faith.

As I said, you can't hold Christianity responsible for the actions of individuals any more than I can hold all atheists responsible for the actions of individuals. You can try, but it doesn't wash. You live, work, associate with a mix of philosophies. Some Christian, some other and you would't know one from the other unless for some reason you asked or the conversation went there. People don't wear labels and we are much the same on the surface. Only differing in core philosophy that is rarely discussed..

Yes, he does love them for a reason. I believe that he is referring to those Americans who do not have good schools, and that are being left behind in the educational world. Chicago schools, for example, where there is a large population of the black community. They do not have good schools, books, or decent teachers. Thus, they are poorly educated right in Obamaland. Also, the universities nowadays are so dumbed down that a good education there is impossible. Many people have to self -educate. Some of them can find a way, others don't have a clue where to start. A good way is the library, and reading the right books. Keeping an open mind is another way -- reading material on both sides of an issue helps.


Trump knows that the schools are bad and that students are not getting good educations, especially the young people of today. School was different while Trump was growing up. People actually had to learn. Schools were mandatory. Teachers tried to teach. Good grades were rewarded. Not so nowadays. The students are being dumbed down for the NWO. Easier to make people s***es if they are stupid.

Intelligence isn't the issue, although it seems that those who use the term in a derogatory manner often are those in need of education.

The issue is how one uses one's intelligence. Alicia attempts to sound educated as if to impress others. Her yardstick measures the number of syllables in a given word and the number of words in a sentance. She calls that intelligent conversation. Never mind the fact that everyone here is readily understood. Being able to discuss, t***smit concepts, describe intangibles....mark intelligent conversation. But Alicia feels it imperative to impress as if it gains her points somehow.

Alicia uses her "great intelligence" to totally swallow wh**ever the DNC feeds her. She buys in to all the anti Trump rhetoric and questions nothing. She makes statements so inane they are laughable but never looks for what actually was said or done. She just is extremely gullible which is not a mark of great intelligence. She is quick to belittle and claim superior intellect over all who disagree with her.

In reality she has little grasp of many of the things she comments on.

In my profession we have a term for those who think superficially as she does. We call them "smooth brains". It is a reference to a particular neuroanatomy including its physiology regarding its function.

I think people like Pete and Alicia who rubber stamp Obama and attack Trump, need to give their homes to illegal Mexicans and to the j n vetted muslims. If they think these people have the right to take tax money and benefits from our own citizens I think it's fair that they give up their own homes to the cause.

First Christians have to live in Faith. That means that you have to believe God is watching out for you. Now both Christians and Atheists ( the good Atheists ) do the best they can. Yet that is not always good enough. Bad things happen to good people all of the time. I have no idea how you Atheists get through it. The loss of health, the loss of close loved ones.
