Liberal Billionaire Behind Keystone Pipeline Delay?

On Good Friday, President Obama delayed the decision (again) on whether to approve construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline from Canada through the United States.

The official reason for the delay was a pending lawsuit in Nebraska that might affect the path of the pipeline. But the real reason behind the delay appears to point to a major Democratic donor with ties to “green” energy.

Tom Steyer is a billionaire hedge fund manager and major supporter of liberal candidates and causes; the most notable one being “c*****e c****e.”

Last February he met with a group of two dozen of the leading liberal donors with plans to build a $100 million war chest that will support Democratic candidates and c*****e-c****e b****t measures across the country.

In last year’s Democratic primary for US Senate in Massachusetts between Ed Markey and Stephen Lynch, Steyer spent over $400,000 on aggressive and outrageous attack ads just because Lynch was in favor of the Keystone pipeline. In the past few years, the billionaire has spent tens of millions of dollars on c*****e-c****e b****t measures in California alone.

The billionaire’s recent history and current plans for campaign spending point to Steyer as the reason why the Obama Administration “punted” and delayed the Keystone decision once again.

This decision could benefit Congressional Democrats in red states in the upcoming mid-term e******ns. If they can oppose President Obama on this issue, they can score political points and deflect attention away from ObamaCare.

Granted, it’s not the strongest issue or argument, but Democrats as a whole are vulnerable and are grasping at straws for any kind of political advantage they can get.
Liberal Billionaire Behind Keystone Pipeline Delay... (show quote)

Your point is well-taken. But now, let us be frank: There NEVER will, nor was there ever going to be any pipeline--XL or otherwise, as long as this Regime holds onto power. It has NOTHING to do with the proceeds of any billionaire, though the Regime is of course, glad to get his money under ANY pretext.

The reality is that ole President Barry never had any intention of building anything that might in any way detract from his central mission of "taking this country down a peg or two." Plentiful supplies of oil or gas make for cheaper energy supplies, the PRECISE opposite of what the Regime intends!

The whole objective of the Regime is to bring American living standards down to that of the Turd World, which it emulates. So, contrary to what some might think, it is the billionaire who is in Obama's pocket, NOT the other way around--in the SAME sense that, contrary to what many Germans in the 1930's thought, it was the wealthy Ruhr magnates that turned out to be in Hitler's pocket, not the other way around!

And, I humbly submit, until and UNLESS we understand this dynamic, we'll NEVER understand just what makes Obama's Regime tick. It is-n't Obama that is the puppet on a string. No! No! It's his SUPPORTERS, both rich, poor, and everywhere in between! To suggest otherwise, is to give the Regime credit for having the nation's best interests at heart, only to be corrupted by big money. That would, in my humble opinion, be a VERY simplistic and naive view, to say the least!

Jesse Jackson Jr. to Grab $8,700 Per Month in Disability, Plus a $45,000/yr Pension In Prison

Convicted Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-IL) is scheduled to receive $8,700 per month in government disability pay, as well as a partial federal pension of $45,000. That generous $8,700 in disability comes thanks to Jackson’s sudden development of a "mood disorder" as the federal government began looking to indict him. Jackson, who was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison, had no history of mental illness during his prior 17 years in Congress. Rev. Jesse Jackson has defended his son’s claims of mental illness, stating to the court, " This time a year ago I thought we may have lost him."

So, Jesse Jackson, Jr. 17-year veteran of the US Congress, suddenly gets a "mood disorder" (about the same time he learned he was to be indicted) and is going to prison for 2.5 years.

Because his "mood disorder" was so severe, he has become disabled and will receive $8,700 per month as a disability payment as well as $45,000 a year from his congressional pension, a total of about $150K per year. Is this a great country or what?

By the way, I have had a rather substantial "mood disorder disability" ever since Obama got elected in 2008. I have not committed any felonies, have not been convicted and sentenced to prison and I don't get squat..... other than a higher and higher tax bill every year and the privilege of watching our federal deficit grow every day of the year.

8,700 X 12 = 104,400 + 45,000 = $149,400 a year for the rest of his life. . . . .. PAID BY YOU!

Ain’t this a great country

Are you SURE you'll be dead before this happens? It already IS! It's given other names like "sensitivity training." Or, how about "political correctness?" I can prove that by virtue of some who regularly post their l*****t claptrap to this site. I can prove it by virtue of the fact that, having bothered to point this out, said nimrods will be going ballistic for the rest of the day. Just watch them! Guaranteed hilarious, what happens when one sounds off inside their heads!

One of them--calls himself Brian Devon--posted insulting, abusive rubbish against those with whom he disagrees,....in the name of tolerance and civility! LOL! Once in a great while, I'll trouble myself to "mix it up" in those so-called debates, but I'm always reminded of something I was once told: NEVER wrestle in the mud with a pig. You'll end up just as filthy as the pig; and, besides, the pig likes it! I can also feel my IQ level precipitously drop EVERY time I do it.

I WON'T allow myself to "measure down" to the Regime's definition of "tolerance and civility." I won't think the way they "think." I won't tolerate their nonsense and keep quiet, for, I've learned long ago that you get WH**EVER you tolerate. And, it is PRECISELY this that makes people like us dangerous to the Regime, and it's established order! Always has, whether under Stalin, Castro, Hitler, or now Obama.

Did it occur to the readers of this story that, when the two dancers were shot, they were probably being done a FAVOR, of sorts? Granted, they died young. But, at least they did-n't have to live under that regime of crippling, mind-numbing sameness anymore. WAY TO GO!

There will always--as long as this earth continues--be those who will try to gain and hold power (for it's own sake alone), precisely by forcing everyone else into conformity of speech, action, and even thought. And, while you're still alive, you see it everyday! Most of this nations news outlets GLADLY provide cover for the Regime in Washington. But, let ONE come along (Fox) that does-n't uniformly sing from it's page, and WATCH THE SPARKS FLY! But, don't worry. Those dancers will soon be snuffed out to--in the name of "community-based reportage," or even "equal time!"

And for many of the American sheeple, that will be just fine. But, when you pass on, you can do so with the assurance that there will ALWAYS be those of us who will continue to make trouble, will NOT conform in our thinking, and will resist either until the values of individual freedom and liberty win out, or until the powers-that-be snuff us out. And, we don't much care which comes first! After all, who truly WANTS to keep living in a world of enforced "tolerance and civility," e.g. enforced uniformity?

Thanks for putting up with this latest little rant! Just sayin'!

California’s children will receive only the best educational opportunities, including thorough indoctrination into the “racial significance” of Barack Obama’s presidency, if a new state bill passes.

From CBS Sacramento:

The bill by Assemblyman Chris Holden, D-Pasadena, asks state education officials to include Obama’s e******n in history and social studies standards laying out what students are expected to learn.

High school history students already learn about recent presidents. But Holden says lessons about Obama also should focus on what his e******n meant for racial e******y and civil rights.

He said on the Assembly floor that the 2008 e******n ‘should not just be a mere footnote within textbooks, but rather focus on the significance of Americans overcoming our nation’s past and acknowledging that Americans are moving in the right direction.”

Of course, California can take this bold step because children are so well educated in California (43rd in the country in math, and 42nd in reading) that teachers have plenty of time to add racially charged lessons to their curriculum.

On the other hand, perhaps the legislators tried to come up with any of Obama’s successful policies, came up short, panicked and fell back on his only qualification to be president – his race. Wh**ever happened to judging people by the content of their character?

As commenter Raloree put it on the CBS article: “I think it is a great idea as long as they include: Fast and Furious, B******i, the IRS Scandal and the racial bigotry of the Attorney General Holder, and the completely failed foreign policy. Oh and do not omit the perpetual campaigning and lavish vacations and hundreds of golf outings. That would round out this presidency.”

Of course, that might be too much like critical thinking for the California educators, who are revising their social studies curricula to fall in line with Common Core standards. So teachers can now be forced to teach legislators’ version of history to students, who will then have to take tests on it.

So, the story has it that, during the 1933 campaign for Germany's Chancellorship, a disgruntled v**er approached Hitler and told him, "Sir, no-matter what you say, I will NEVER support you!" Hitler replied, "Sir, I don't need your support. I ALREADY OWN YOUR CHILDREN!"

Fast-forward to 1944. In a German city laid ruin by Allied bombing, an enormous banner has been unfurled across one of the few walls left standing. It asks the pointed question, "WAS HAST DU HEUTE FUR DEUTSCHLAND GETAN?" T***slation: "What have you done for Germany today?"

My, from an historical point of view, what a chill that accompanying photograph sent up the spine! Sadly, as sure as MILLIONS of ignorant Germans willingly followed Hitler to ruination, defeat, and death, millions of equally (willingly?) ignorant Americans will follow Obama and his Regime to their deaths, shouting "O-ba-ma! O-ba-ma! O-ba-ma!," ALL THE WAY!

Doubt me? I can prove it! Just read the STUPID comments posted by "Kevyn!" Point made, and proven, beyond hope of contradiction. Next subject, please.

Doesn't Liberty stand for all her Citizens, no matter what level of Society we are categorized in? From the Laborer, to the Senator?

Allow me to plug it in from it's original prophecy, to it's purpose, and intent:

The Pedestal of Liberty was built brick by brick by American hands, and by American donations only. We, the People, built it.
It has three arched open windows on each of it's four sides. It is the same measurements on each side, as well as from top to bottom. It is literally fashioned after the Old Testament's Ark of the Covenant, made of acacia wood, and covered with pure Gold. The top of the Pedestal resembling the Mercy Seat, is now capped in Liberty.

12 "And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 "**On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.**"
14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 And he that talked with me had a *golden* reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. Revelation 12.

The Pedestal and Liberty is "A Memorial", and a rememberence of God's Faith, and those who Faithfully lived and died in It's long journey into Liberty, and Salvation, for you and me.

Liberties Torch, The Light:
14 "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5. (the Great House America)

Liberties Crown of Seven Spikes, represents the Seven biological Sons of Japheth, Noah's oldest son, Progenitor of the "Gentiles" to whom the Great Task of building a New Government of Freedom and Liberty was given:

7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, **he that hath the key of David,*** he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
........
11 "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that **no man take thy crown."** Revelation 3:7-13.
This is the letter from Apostle John to the Church of Philadelphia. America's Philadelphia, is actually the 'Second' Philadelphia as America was not on scene until long after the writings of NT.
America is referred to as the 7th King, as 5 gentile empires had risen and fallen, the one this 'is' is the Roman empire of Apostle John's time, and the one that 'had not come yet' is America.
10 "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space." Revelation 17.
America was still very young, continuing just a short space, before entering the World Wars, I and II.

Those who believe and have Faith in Jesus Christ are to see and remember these things, when they look upon Liberty, as well as those who believe but are not committed yet. The soft colored stones mentioned in Revelation regarding Liberty, are referring to the birthstones of America's Citizens, just as the original Hebrew tribes and peoples were identified by precious stones in the Chief Levitical Priests vesture in OT.

"BUT, what is going to happen to this Beautiful Monument, our Treasured Symbol of Individual Liberty if Government continues as it has been, to Crush our Liberties?
Doesn't Liberty stand for all her Citizens, no mat... (show quote)

Many thanks! I was-n't aware of the broader significance of the architecture involved in the Statue of Liberty pedestal. That reminds me, also: Time to get my copy of the HARBINGER back out, and review it! For those of you who have-n't done so, and in light of the chicanery going on in the world these days, it is a must read!
