Some are just ridiculous caricatures of low information v**ers using this forum as a 'scream' into the void.

Some actually have a thing or two to say.

I’ve started a couple times to unsubscribe. I like Twitter a lot better.
But thank you.

The average flu deaths over many years is around 3%! CV seems to be less then one. If one million have died and the population of the US is 300,40 million one can see what it is.

Actually Jack, .03% of people die of the influenza. That’s .0003 or 3 in 10,000. Whereas 1% die of C***d, or, .01.

Good. I started playing chess when I was 8. I’ve also read tons of Sci-Fi. School bored me.

All of you are welcome at my Twitter account @JamesFLoveIV or my backup account for my book. Same as above with a “2” behind it.

You're going into overdrive selling yourself.....again. You do this a lot. Why are you so desperate to convince people of your brilliance? It causes suspicion on an anonymous board when you obviously need to tell everyone how "smart" you are over and over.

I don't believe a word of it. I think you're a little weasely guy sitting in front of your computer in your dank little apartment, making up stories about yourself and then trying to convince everyone on forums that you are who you say you are. There is no proof that any of what you say about yourself is true....and the fact that you keep on wanting to tell everyone about how wonderful you are makes it look like you are lying. You should stop it...it's not doing you any good and makes you look pitiful.

What is your book about? You??? I wouldn't be surprised.

Oh.....and I'm not going away. You don't like what I have to say? TOUGH 💩. Deal with it.

I think Emily is jealous of more highly educated people than her.

It leaks out in her thin-skinned responses.

The shame is I only have a GED, a year and a half of college, Electronics school and a Paralegal course. I’m self-educated. She could have done the same. I’ve just read my entire life. I was reading 4-5 books a week from age 10 on until the internet became viable. Scientific American, Discover, Readers Digest when very young, newspapers, Popular Science, Popular Mechanics. I think the only reason I enjoyed legal work so much is my reading level is 17.3. Most caselaw is written at a 16.0. I enjoy teaching my prisoner clients how to interpret caselaw because they were constantly trying to help, but their reading level was usually 4.0-8.0.
When I wrote my book, I wrote it the same way I taught them in hopes I could bring legal reasoning to the public.
(Oh yeah, and I learned to fly a helicopter. That taught me navigation.)

I heard about "Boolean" from Justin. You?

I learned using Lexus Nexus advanced search, initially. Then used the same on Westlaw.
On Google it circumvents the algorithms.
I also wish more people used DuckDuckGo. Because it doesn’t save your previous searches, it keeps people out of an algorithm echo chamber.
There would be a lot less Q i***ts if more people used it.

I don't believe you. I think you are making all your "I'm better than you are because..." lies up because you have an inferiority complex and need to put others down to make yourself feel important.

My point that I took stats in high school was not to show how "educated" I am, as you seem to want to do with just about every post, it was to show you how foolish you look when you say you know what a Boolean search is that nobody else could possibly know about because you are so "educated" LOL!!!

You told everyone here that all you've done for 25 years is paralegal work. I don't know anyone who stayed a paralegal for that long - all of them moved on to more complex, intellectual work. You moved on to MSNBC.... 😂😂😂😂

What a joke!

I did criminal appellate work for one of the top 3 criminal trial attorneys East of the Mississippi River. I did all the research and briefing. I enjoyed it. I wasn’t a go-for like you were.
I’m retired now but still do research for Glenn Kirschner.
You’re welcome to join our Zoom call on Sunday night. Sign up on Patreon because there is no way I’d share the link with you on a public forum.
I, and my friend Bobby, who spent 30 years on the US Military Court of Appeals, would be more than happy to leave you talking to yourself.
Andy is still waiting on your DM, by the way.
As for the Boolean search issue. If you’ll look back in the conversation, you’ll see I simply suggested you learn to do one. You came back to let me know you not only didn’t have a clue as to what I was talking about (open mouth, insert foot), but were too proud to either admit it, and actually learn something, or to Google it and find out.
People who are too old to learn probably always were.

OH....so I have to call it "Boolean search in order for you to understand what I mean when I say just "Boolean"?? I'm sorry. I didn't know you were mentally challenged. From now on, I will include the word "search". I've been using it since I learned about it in High School Math (statistics course) using quotes, parentheses, "and" and "or" and asterisks and a few other symbols .....as are many people who don't think they're so "intelligent" for knowing what a Boolean search is and just use it without the fanfare you seem to need to use. I used to use it in my job as an editor - a lot. Every day for years. It's more of a math function than it is a search one.

Are you really this ignorant? Is that why you feel you must try to convince people of your superiority? Because you know you are lacking in the.....er....."smarts" department? That's too bad. Maybe you could have someone help you with that. And while you're at it, you might want to ask them to help you become a little more humble.....

And obviously you didn't see the large red arrow with two exclamation points (those look like this - !! - in case you don't know) on the screen shot I posted above that SHOWS that the 99% recovery rate. Wow....really clueless.
OH....so I have to call it "Boolean u i se... (show quote)

You’re an i***t. Go away. You couldn’t pour piss out of a boot with the instructions on the heel.
You don’t understand that a 99% recovery rate means 1% don’t recover? You obviously don’t understand percentages are based on 100 as 100%, meaning if 99 recover, 1 dies.
You don’t understand percentages.
A Boolean search is a method of searching on the internet. It involves connector symbols and words that expand or restrict the search to specific parameters.
Google the big words.
You took statistics in High School. Lol. I did statistical quality control in a printed circuit board factory.

LOL! You think you're the only one who knows what Boolean means? It's been around since the mid 19th century! LOL!

And those numbers are just a drop in the bucket. A million people out of 338 million is just about right for seasonal flu deaths. And that's all it was....a seasonal flu. CDC does not know exactly how many people die from seasonal flu each year. There are several reasons for this. First, states are not required to report individual flu illnesses or deaths among people older than 18 years old to CDC. So it is estimated that more than twice the amount of reported deaths is a more likely number.

99.8% of people who contracted this v***s recovered....LOOK at the numbers! Don't just repeat the propaganda you read on MSNBC.

LOL! You think you're the only one who knows what ... (show quote)

BTW the percentage, by the numbers YOU give, is 0.011745319874444, that 1.2% who died. One out of a hundred. Just as I told you.
