I have seen no effort by the government to control or subsidize the cost of elderly patients in Nursing Homes. My costs are high but I was reading a post on Next Door Neighbor and a woman asked if anyone knew someone who would be willing to care for an elderly 97 year old man who is being charged $350.00 a day. They said it would only require the care provider to assist the man for four hours a day. At $350.00 a day x 30 days is $10500.00 per month in the assisted living nursing home. She said he will soon be going bankrupt.
Joe Biden IS NOT Helping the seniors, homeless people, victims of crime, the poor, people in assisted living, black white and minority poverty, military families, police who died or injured in the line of duty. It’s downright immoral.
Instead of these groups. He’s giving money to college grads to relieve their debt so they can use their big debt free salary to further their education, travel to Europe, buy a new car.
His student loan debt forgiveness program is sinful and, as declared by the Supreme Court, unconstitutional.
I didn’t v**e for Joe The Clown, but thanks to the stupidity of other v**ers who mocked and scorned the alternative, we have arrived at this juncture. Irresponsible v**ers who make bad decisions are equally as dangerous as the stupid candidates they cast their v**es for.
He also wants to pay for free community college for anyone who wants to attend. My question. Where does he get authorization to do this and where does he get the funds. Does he divert the money from other funded programs, i.e. defense department, homeland security, or leftover C***d money? Or does he simply print the money? Will all presidents have discretionary funds for their v**e getting self selected programs?
This year my taxes increased and I had to pay $6500.00 more than last year. It’s no wonder when you consider the cost we taxpayers have to pony up to support the i*****l i*******ts and pay for the college loans for students for a four year degree. Perhaps also the cost for the green new deal subsidies for solar, wind, ev chargers and more.

Let’s assume Trump exaggerated the value of his property. The bank has an obligation to do an appraisal. Trump disagrees with the appraisal and goes elsewhere. He goes elsewhere and gets another appraisal and likes the appraisal and decides to sign a contract for the loan. He puts up the property for collateral. He defaults on the loan. It happens in a recession where property values have dropped. The bank puts a lien on the property and then tries to sell the property, but due to the state of the economy can’t sell it to cover the balance owed. Pegw would argue Trump should go to jail for taking a loan for the higher appraisal, for defaulting on the loan and for the economic recession, and the loss incurred by the bank. That’s nonsense.
Any contract has risks and rewards. One has to do a risk reward assessment before they sign on the dotted line. That’s just the business.
If you buy a car and default on the loan the dealer will repossess the car. If that happens the car is now a used car and the dealer is likely to incur a loss. If Pegw was the buyer, I say the dealer should not only repossess the car but charge Pegw the money for the losses incurred. And if Pegw did not pay the loss, she should go to jail. Pegw would you agree with this outcome?
