Here is why I am so upset.

If Senate has the Sole Power to try impeachment, I think the Senate must now end this trial. Finalize and v**e to acquit the president. No more repeats of impeachment by calling Bolton.

Impeachment was over at the House Chamber, deprived of the participation of the GOP minority. Protocol was unconstitutional. They should have called Bolton there. The House majority had already 17 witnesses, but none for the GOP minority.

Article 1, section 3, and clause 6, stated that the Senate has the Sole Power on Trial of impeachment. But it appears that Adam Schitt is still in command.

I am so upset with McConnell. I think he does not know how to lead and assert the rights of the majority GOP at the Senate. All constitutional lawyers and professors, indicated that this trial must now end.

This impeachment will be a never-ending saga, if Bolton is allowed to testify at the Senate. The result will be the same cause the offenses listed were not impeachable crimes, but policy differences. Fact is they did not even exist but made up, fabricated terms.

If Bolton is allowed, I'd require the Whistle Blower, H****r B***n, Adam Schitt, to testify under oath.

But I think this must end now. Acquit the innocent president Trump. There are 3 GOP rhinos calling for Bolton to testify. One of that is t*****r Romney. He is the disease at the GOP Senate.
Let us call McConnell to end trial this week. No more disgruntled Bolton.

The Democrats didn't have a single witness that had anything tangible to contribute to impeachment -- the closest they came, all from pre-coached, hand-picked "witnesses," were "I heard that...," "it seems to me that...," "in my opinion...," "he said that she said that...," while the Republicans were denied calling any of their own witnesses and often cut off when their questioning of the Dems' stooge "witnesses" got too close for the kangaroo court's comfort.

This is simply because the whole thing was a put-up job from start to finish, and the "charges" kept mutating from one thing into another since each one proved quickly to be a non-starter.

The end result was two articles that have absolutely no evidence to support them -- the transcript sure as hell disproved one of them, and the other is pure malarkey.

The whole show was about "we've got to find something to impeach him for!"

It will go down in history as the House of Representatives at its all time lowest low, a point of purest shame for all Americans who love this country, and will forever have the label "Democratic Party" attached to it.

The only point of p***e involved is the fact that our president had the class and civilized taste not to tarnish his reputation by allowing himself to sink to the level of participating in the whole d********g, lower than snot, contemptible travesty staged by a cabal of shameless t*****rs.

The term is Latin which is where our language originated. It is a common legal term used in US courts since our beginnings. In the instance of its use here you are right it is improper. It simply means you do this for me and I do this for you. To a simpleton “a deal” is a pretty good summation but again wrong. The proper term here is extortion. So let’s call it what it really is, not quid pro quo or a deal but extortion. You see like in the film The Godfather, a criminal making a victim under duress an “offer they cannot refuse” is not a deal at all it is a felony.
