If you are going to rely on a source like newsmax try letting us know what your take on it is...your take that they are full of crap being the logical extension.

I like my nephews Suzuki GSX. Too much bike for me but he rides like it's a part of him. When he sees me on the road he'll make the front wheel stand up and ride like that about a mile or so. New bikes are crazy fast. I feel more comfortable off road and now that I'm getting older (h**e to admit it) I like four wheels under me.

That's where I went with it, the accident that led to me parking and selling the bike was a CHP on a bike on Icehouse road doing about 80mph when a bear came out from the forest running full tilt across the road, he didn't have time to do anything except hit it, he went over the handlebars and spent three weeks in intensive care. Broke everything in both hands along with too many bones to count...that did it for me, the idea that you have no control of things like that on a bike.

I'm mak'n "Road K**l Chili" today

I have won at least 3 chilli cook-offs with my Chili...I cook better'n I ken spelll.
but as far as recipies go.....I was never good at following instructions and the same goes with cooking. I cook with what ever I have on hand or find beside the road....
and following recipies takes the sport ought'a cooking anywayz.

1 six quart kettle to cook it in, even a bigger pan is good to give you more room.
3 Lb of ground beef or breakfast sausage (today I'm usin' Jimmy Dean Sausage, it's cheaper than ground beef)
6 cloves of fresh garlic finely cut or crushed
2 very large onions
1/2 cup of Chili Powder
1/4 Cup of ground Cumin
1 TBS of salt
2 Tbs of black pepper
1 32 Oz. box of Swanson's beef broth
2 28 Oz cans of crushed tomatoes
Chili beans,

Start browning the meat over medium heat, in the kettle, cut up the onions and garlic and stir it in with the meat that is cooking. Sprinkle in the spices: cumin, chili powder, black pepper and salt over the meat and stir in while cooking the meat. I use a large flat metal spatula like you would flip hamburgers with and keep scraping the bottom of the pan with the edge of the spatula to keep anything from sticking to it.

In a 6 quart kettle this doesn't leave room for chili beans There will be some evaporation so you can gradually add a 40 Oz can of chili beans over a period of a few hours of simmering and Evaporating.

After combining everything let it simmer for several hours. Keep stirring occasionally and scrape the bottom of the pan with the metal spatula.

Let me know how it turns out. I've won 3 chili cook-offs with this
I'm mak'n u "Road K**l Chili" /u today... (show quote)

Whenever I see really big pork butts at really good prices like Safeway does all the time I think either chili or carnitas. For chili I take the time to cut it up and cut out fat and gristle stuff and cube it up, a few big onions, mexican flavored stewed and diced tomatoes, multiple beans like kidney, pinto, red, an array of pepper powder and hot sauces I have...like you say, wh**ever you get or have on hand, then there's oregano, tarragon, and I like a bit of Garam Masala to give it an interesting cumin and turmeric type exotic spice flavor that has some things like cinnamon and clove...if you haven't tried Garam Masala in things like chili and barbecue rubs and marinades get some and you'll find yourself using it in a lot of things.

...and sweet honey corn bread, when you go to eat a bowl grated mexican cheese blend and finely diced onions

Now I'm going to be jonesing for chili until I make a big pot.

Those are all toxic to human body or even your pets. Please don't touch them. When you travel, please bring peace of nutritious snacks, your multi vitamins and your medications. You may eat outside, choose healthy foods, if there is a chance.

Daily consumptions of natural foods direct from the farms, seas, and gardens are the best.

Did you see where work is being done on multi vitamins and a link to increased heart problems?

I regularly sneak in to the breakfast buffet at the hotel up the street from me. I can't complain. And I love the pastries. Never was much into eggs but the one they serve are actually tasty. I guess different folk have different tastes. It's the coffee that sucks. For me anyway. And I thought it was healthy. But what do I know? I drink pickle juice out of the jar. And I eat cheap hot dogs raw.

I have to admit to liking the Belgian waffles some make with batter and a commercial grade waffle maker, the ones that have that generally have a good grade sausage or bacon as well...then grab a pastry for later...

I'm pretty sure I'd be onboard with an occasional participation with their buffet...in the interest of quality control

Stop it!!

Lol...true

My first street bike was a brand new 1979 Suzuki 1000E, riding the Woodside/Skyline roads on Sundays it was a miracle I survived a bike that accelerated much faster than it wanted to stop Lol. I lived a few miles away from FOX that makes high performance shocks and suspension, and they let me try different shock and suspension things they developed.

Then in the late 80's thru 90's a friend of mine was a track junkie that could afford wh**ever he wanted to where he bought two of the cutting edge track bikes like the Ducati and Aprilia every year and tricked them out with thousands of dollars worth of suspension upgrades and carbon fiber wheels...he would sell me bikes at prices that he had spent way more than he would sell them to me for. I got the Honda Hawk and Suzuki TL from him for way less than he had put in them in performance upgrades and later a Ducati 998 when he bought a 999. As he would get newer bike I would buy one of his older bikes, he tended to keep two or three, and he'd make me really good deals on what was an upgrade for me whenever I could afford it.

Say or believe wh**ever you want about me, I've had some nice bikes through the years, including the Harley FXDX I got from him in the early 2000's.

My last bike was one I liked better than any bike I've ever had, a Kawasaki ZZRR1200, I put Pirelli Corsa 3 tires on it because the stock touring tires were atrociously slippery when the bike was pushed hard in corners. I parked it and sold it after riding it for about a year because I was seeing so many people die on fast bikes on these country roads in this area, figured it was time to quit while I was ahead.

We had a saying among the guys that ride stupidly fast, if you feel like you are going to have a bad wreck you will, and the only place to ride crazy fast is on a race track.

And you think you're gonna run with the Harley crowd? LOLOLOLOLOLOL

I bought it to flip, I ride seriously fast bikes, my last a ZZRR1200, 150hp, 9.9 second quarter, rev limited to 189mph, which I did a couple of times just to see what it was like, gotta admit I didn't like going that fast...I've had a Honda Hawk, Suzuki TL, Ducati 998 and 999, and an Aprilia Mille.

I will not even bother registering this, not interested in riding it except perhaps two miles down the road to Poor Reds to have a beer and try to sell it, I am not a Harley guy even though I did have an FXDX at one point...sold it, it wasn't made to ride out at the edge cornering the way I do.
