What is scary in the radical DEMS impeachment is they have put to the lowest standard of offense, a president could make in order to impeach. It will set a precedence that if any president makes little mistake, they could similarly be impeached following what Pelosi and Schiff have done to president Trump. A gross violation of the mandated rules of Hamilton and Madison.
Fact of the matter is, the president did not make any mistake. Here is what they were accusing the president of abuse of power. Fact, president Trump did not abuse power. He complied all the rules and policies that must be enforced. He must be commended for that.
Here is why. During the 2016, and prior years, Ukraine governance was very corrupt. Likewise, the Obama administration who got involved with Ukraine were similarly corrupt. Many among the Obama administration got involved with the corrupt Ukraine. One of that was Joe Biden. That was why a new president of Ukraine was elected.
Because of these events, president Trump before giving Ukraine any aid, had set up a process of investigation, ensuring that Ukraine is no longer engaged in corruption. That the aid given to Ukraine inure to the benefit of the people of Ukraine, and for the defense purposes against aggression of other countries, that the aid was intended.
Procedures and compliance were required by the Trump administration. Questions and reviews of their officials must be conducted, to ensure honesty and integrity of the leaders involved.
These are essential policies needed for any activities dealing with any foreign countries. It must be done before US engagement in any financial aid or military aid to that country. These are necessary protocols and must be enforced at all levels.
The president did the right thing. He followed protocol and policies are enforced and brought to work. It was the right thing to do. He did a great job for this.
But why does the radical democrat Congress accuse him of abuse of power? These are powers within the guidelines of the president's executive position. These are policies that must be enforced to protect both Ukraine as well as the US integrity, and honesty.
Therefore the president did not commit an abuse of power but achieved great performance on his part following proper protocol to establish great and effective results for both US and Ukraine.
The president is innocent. He did not commit a crime but fulfilled his duties. He must be commended for that.
But yet Adam Schiff and Pelosi impeached him for doing the right thing. This is a gross violation and abuse of power by the democrat Congress.
In addition to that, all proceedings were hidden without the presence of the GOP's in the locked room basement of Congress. This was a hijack and a sham investigation, an insult and deliberate abuse of power and the constitution.
The next accusation of Pelosi was obstruction of justice, alleging that the president deny presence for interrogation before Congress ing
inquiry proceedings to defending his crimes.
The Justice inquiry demanded that the president Trump appear before them to defend the accusations set before him by Congress. Fact of the matter is there was nothing to defend because the president has been innocent, and nothing wrong was done.
The president is the Chief Executive of the 3 branches of government. He has his defined power, and decision to make without impediment from Congress. There are 3 balanced powers and the Executive Branch has that power to set up rules not under the power of Congress, but under his Executive position. Pelosi, Nadler or Adam Schiff have no right to demand from the Chief Executive and deny the president his defined powers within his office.
No one can demand from the president to appear him in Congress for interrogation. Unless there is a court order for him to appear. No one could enforce the president to deny the power that president is entitled to.
There was no obstruction of justice done by the president.
Therefore the impeachment was a sham.
The president want Pelosi to present her impeachment article to the Senate so that due process could be done for trial. This will acquit him of all counts. And Congress has violated and abused so much of the constitutional rights of the president.
Adam Schiff, Nadler, and Pelosi must be held accountable for constitution violation and p**********l abuse of power.
I wish I could be present at the Senate hearing. I wish I could speak to the president that everything he did was right. And I'll explain why.

Nice piece. I totally agree. they should all be held accountable for the equivalence of what would be considered war crimes. And I think gitmo might be a good idea. With no lubrication.
