Our neighborhood has ten-eleven unv******ted people. Nary a one of them has been ill, yet 50% of the v******ted have been. Not a single child has been v******ted and I am in an ultra blue area.

On another thread several people are arguing that almost all military involved conflicts are deliberately instigated by the industrial military complex to make money. I do not buy that. I suspect the REAL reason behind this conflict is Biden NOT standing up to Putin effectively in order to produce a minor war so he can look heroic, and he hopes it will help the Democrats in the upcoming e******ns. Look for him to d**g this out as long as possible, but also do his best to keep it from escalating into open combat using USA military. It's a thin line his handlers are trying to walk.

I would prefer that the GAO or CBO look at the relationships between costs and profits and determine whether the industry has been guilty of windfall profits...AKA price gouging. It's obvious that they are because profits have been increasing faster than gas prices...the outcome being price rollbacks to somewhere around $2.75
