To answer your question, there is mention in the bible of six things that God h**es, seven that are detestable to him (Proverbs 6:16-19):

Haughty eyes
A lying tongue
Hands that shed innocent blood
A heart that devises wicked schemes,
Feet that are quick to rush into evil
A false witness who pours out lies
A person who stirs up conflict in the community

Look we have argued homosexuality to an extreme for some time now, alone without any other subject a reasonable solution could be found, however, what the homosexuals want is not what you all think. Anyway, that being said, you may think that "coming in his Kingdom" refers to the end of times, but if you go on to read the next verse of Matthew 17: 1 you will see that Peter, James, and John or "some of you standing here" saw exactly that, the glorified Kingdom Christ. In addition, they also saw the resurrected Christ in his Kingdom glorified body for 40 days, during his ascension and at Pentecost. Many of them lived to see his Kingdom grow as the Church grew.
