Isn’t that the place where the little girl gunned down an instructor with a burp gun?

Hey Kev, a "burp gun" is a 7.62mm Soviet PPSH41. The girl was firing an 9mm Uzi submachine gun. Helps the argument when you know what you're talking about.

Don't forget that a considerable amount of that 800B disappeared into waste, fraud, corruption, and off-the-books projects (those that if the people knew about, they'd never willingly approve).

Prepare to see stories near the back pages of the NYT and WAPO of the accidental deaths of 1 ATF agent and 1 DEA agent in the coming days. Or maybe they can hit the trifecta and get the witness too!

I admit that I need to filter things when I watch InfoWorld or Prison Planet reports - BUT I wish I had a dollar for every time they presented something and we later found out they were spot on or at least near the bullseye. I like to think of Alex as the alter ego of most CNN "news-people" - although I prefer nearly everything else they present to listening to AJ directly. I think he's been overdosing on the Brain Force.

Yes, Alex Jones as SCOTUS would be nightmarish, but he and his minions are an important facet of the information tsunami I choose to hold my nose and wade through every day in order to stay informed.

He wasn't my first pick of the final 4 but he wasn't my last either. He's got history and some of it is questionable (Vince Foster, Bushworld, etc.) but, just like the other 3 he's going to be light years better than the liberal activist we'd have gotten under Clinton. I believe the people who say that Trump chose him over Judge Barrett because she needs some seasoning (history, written decisions, etc.) in order to replace Ruth "Buzzie" Ginsberg and several Republican Senators (including Rand Paul??) said they wouldn't v**e for her. He's more likely to be approved. But as many of you are saying in one way or another - he has the opportunity to be a great originalist constitution-wise, or another Souter. We won't know until he's been seated. It's always a crap-shoot for conservatives.

That this concept is "complicated" is a testament to just how immoral our culture has become.
Vegans tell us that we should be judged by how we treat our animals. Environmentalists tell us that we should be judged by how we treat our planet. Democ...wait...Liber...wait...Socialists tell us that we should be judged by how we treat people who come into our country illegally. But hey, k*****g a human being in the womb is a choice and a right that we should all support. God help us.

To mwdegutis. A sound logical argument like that may seem wasted here but I thought it was spot on.

Great post for a Great Day. Wishing all a Blessed Independence Day. Even to those who want to end what we are as a Nation. At least you're in a place that allows for your special kind of stupidity!

I think Colt Ford and J J Lawhorn said it best:

See I'm a f**g flying Bible totin' son of a gun
Yeah, I'm hell on the heart and a rebel on the run
Scared? Don't know it, Fear? Don't feel it
The t***h is the light, sometimes you gotta fight
Good beats bad, right beats wrong
I'm a bar room preacher and this is my song
I'm climbing for the top, representin' for the country

I'm the people's champ right out the deer camp
Shotgun toter, republican v**er
Hank Jr supporter, let's protect our border
To hell with anyone who don't believe in the USA
Cuz' this is what I say

I won't back up, I don't back down
I been raised up to stand my ground
Take my job, but not my guns
Tax my check till I ain't got none
Except for the good Lord up above
I answer to no one

Note: for anyone who noticed the line "tax my check till I ain't got none" and thought Colt might be a democrat - the song appeared on the "Declaration Of Independence" album in 2012 [Obama] (for context)

Now your missing the point. You obviously are one of the lucky ones...

Swing and a miss...I got no bonus. I work at a small 4 man company and haven't had a pay raise in several years. What I got was about $70 a month more than before. Our business is slowly coming back after more than a few years of an administration that was hostile to small businesses like ours. Our customers (other businesses who benefited from the tax cut) are buying our services again after a long dry spell. And I consider myself blessed because I have a good idea where our business would be if President Trump had not been elected.

You know all your drivel is just bulls**t.

I may not be the wordsmith you are (drivel = bulls**t - wow!), but I believe my point was in spite of the fact that much of the tax cut was in fact corporate welfare, a considerable amount of the money - both directly and indirectly - wound up in the pockets of us crumbsnatchers. And as a result I got to direct some of that to people with needs that I want to help. And would you believe it, not a single one of those dollars went to Planned Parenthood or free needles for drug addicts or benefits for i*****l a***ns as it would have if the government had spent that money. If you feel the government knows best about how to fund social programs (because they've done such a terrific job for the past few generations) then by all means let them make your decisions for you.

I've got 3 comments IF we accept what the report says in total:
1.) How many of those corporations that "helped themselves" are run by liberal leaning owners? No high road that I can see. Of course there are exceptions on both sides - but in general it's a tossup.
2.) In the simplest terms, all the left wants to do is take money from those who have earned it and distribute it (free college, free health care, free food, subsidized housing, etc.) to those who have not. Spending us into bankruptcy is not going to do deficits any better than lowering taxes. As someone who's worked all my life (over 50 years including 8 in the military), I prefer keeping my crumbs to giving them to democrats to throw around. And my conscience is clear because I donate well over 10% of my gross income to help others through charitable organizations and my church.
3.) Even an i***t would have trouble looking at unemployment, the stock market, and other positive economic signs and say that the tax cut had nothing to do with it.

I think this is apples and bananas. Hitler didn't care what the press was doing - he simply knew he needed to control the narrative. President Trump hasn't done things to control the narrative, he simply calls out the media for the strong bias it throws in our faces every day. IMHO if the media was a little more balanced and gave him credit for some of the things he's done that have helped Americans, I think he'd be less critical. Just sayin'...

Wow. Clear and concise explanation of the situation. We all need to pray that President Trump picks the right man or woman and that the Senate does the job we elected them for.

I don't recommend h**e in any direction, but honestly - without Henry Fonda - it's unlikely we'd have heard much from either of those siblings. Jane may have had a bit more talent (Peter didn't set the bar very high), but neither one of them would be newsworthy without Daddy's coattails.
