It is my opinion that the cop was trying to do just that (handcuff him) and was resisting.
And by the way, resisting arrest is a crime in Milwaukee, isn't it?
If George was "a law abiding citizen" why was he being arrested? It wouldnot have had anything to do with the counterfeit $20 bill he was trying to cash would it?
If George had submitted to arrest instead of resisting arrest there would have been no need to restrain him or the officer to place his knee on George's neck. Call a spade a spade, George caused his own death by resisting arrest!!
If a person being arrested submits there is no need, and it is unlawful to use "excessive force". George was not "murdered" as people are claiming. He committed suicide by resisting arrest!

To the contrary it was the very cause of his death. If he had submitted to his arrest he likely would be alive today! The law in this country call for a person being arrested to submit. Denying this is making your own law. If everyone wants to make their own law this country would have no law to rule it. Law is suppose to apply to all people equally. When a person thinks a law doesnot apply too them and disregards it, that person is breaking the law! If a person breaks the law a law enforcement officer has the right to place that person under arrest. Laws are suppose to protect ALL people.

Under Trump the economy of the country went up, not down. Unemployment went down, not up. Businesses open up. Judges were appointed.

Point 1: if George had submitted to his arrest he very likely would still be alive today!!! Apparently he bought into the argument that he was being picked on (because he was BLACK?).
Point 2: three officers were having trouble trying to control him to effect his arrest. His cry of "I can't breathe" may have been taken as an attempt to give him a chance to escape.
Point 3: what t***spired before the recording started? The rear Policecar door was open, but nobody was in the car. Why? Was the door open to put George in the Policecar when he submitted?
