I am so fed up with the drivel that passes for news on most news stations and the nth degree of ignorance among Americans about our history, our economy and our CORE CULTURE.
One example among many is I really enjoyed a TV program called "Longmire" and now they're cancelling it.
It was about a sheriff in an Idaho town among people with traditional American values such as hard work, community, obedience to law, respect for authority...the sort of stuff you won't find on reality shows.
A&E claimed they were cancelling this show because of "demographics" -- they think mostly older people watch this show and they want a younger audience who has more money to spend with their advertisers.
I don't believe this garbage.
It's only a smoke-screen for their real intent.
This show had consistently high ratings.
I believe the reason it was cancelled was because some extreme left-wing Hollywood elites pressured the network to get rid of it.
They did this because the last episode of the season showed a big-city black police detective to be a corrupt, self-promoter who falsified evidence in a murder case to "solve" a case and get career advancement for himself.
How DARE any body in 2014 America portray a black cop on TV as any thing but a hero???!!!!!!!!!!
OUTRAGEOUS!!!
These Hollywood elitists know that middle America watched that program faithfully and they don't want any black person in authority to be shown in an unfavorable light.
This is counter to every thing the Progressives have worked for since they have taken over the media. They have consistently barraged Americans with the Progressive Agenda of pro-homosexual, pro-affirmative action, pro-atheist, pro-c*******t, anti-American ideals.
They have used not only the news media but other communication in all forms of "art" to promote their extreme left-wing radicalism.
Cancelling "Longmire" is a form of censorship against anybody who dares to deviate in any way from the mantra these people want to ram down American's throats.
Some day when Obama decides just like any other banana-republic dictator that he doesn't want give up the power and all the perks of his position, Americans who remember America before it was "t***sformed" will need to band together in unity to finally resist the tyranny.
Until then, all we can do is Watch and Pray as the bible says. Support Fox News. Keep abreast of all the latest travesties and machinations of this abusive, overreaching government. Speak out. Support each other. Give financially to right-minded organizations.
So, if you are a God-fearing, capitalist American or even a God-fearing, capitalist of another nation, then I am glad to join you in fellowship and call you my friend.
May God give us the victory and end this Obama-nation.

Welcome to the site dobielover. My wife and I work with teenage boys who have been molested by men, so we are familiar with the PC nonsense, and the activists we have to deal with all the time. We train dogs for assistance in the therapy work, and my wife (She Who Must Be Obeyed SWMBO) runs training classes and competes in obedience trials. Right now we have two Cane Corsos as our pets and certified therapy dogs. There are a number of conservatives here, and on Prayer Group thread in Chit Chat. Hope you have fun here. Just ignore the trolls and there are a lot of them.

DEAR NPP, You sound paranoid. If a person was to dress as a women he won't wait for a law for Gays to come into effect. You're going to shoot anyone you suspect of being a threat just because their in the bathroom in a public place? Are you a nut?

If I were a woman I would be concerned, as the husband of one, I am very concerned. A man dressed like a woman, but with no hormone treatments or surgery walks into the woman's washroom, an observant woman will usually pick up the differences and be careful. If he can be there legally however, she might be less distrustful and therefore more at risk. I have no idea whether you are married, have children or grandchildren or a lesbian, nor do I care, but if there are women you care about, particularly young ones, you should be very concerned.

I think the hidden agenda is the correct answer. considering his mentor Frank Davis was a C*******t, as was his mother, and these are the people who trained him and taught him his philosophy , we should be VERY CONCERNED

Good morning all, May the Grace and Peace of Jesus Christ be with you all. Let us pray,

Lord Jesus may your blessings and forgiveness come upon us as we pray the Ancient Prayers of Solomon son of David, King of Israel and your servant.

A Dirge and a Prayer for Israel, Destroyed by Enemies
A Psalm of Asaph.

O God, the nations have come into Your inheritance;
Your holy temple they have defiled;
They have laid Jerusalem in heaps.
The dead bodies of Your servants
They have given as food for the birds of the heavens,
The flesh of Your saints to the beasts of the earth.
Their blood they have shed like water all around Jerusalem,
And there was no one to bury them.
We have become a reproach to our neighbors,
A scorn and derision to those who are around us.
How long, Lord?
Will You be angry forever?
Will Your jealousy burn like fire?
Pour out Your wrath on the nations that do not know You,
And on the kingdoms that do not call on Your name.
For they have devoured Jacob,
And laid waste his dwelling place.
Oh, do not remember former iniquities against us!
Let Your tender mercies come speedily to meet us,
For we have been brought very low.
Help us, O God of our salvation,
For the glory of Your name;
And deliver us, and provide atonement for our sins,
For Your name’s sake!
Why should the nations say,
“Where is their God?”
Let there be known among the nations in our sight
The avenging of the blood of Your servants which has been shed.
11 Let the groaning of the prisoner come before You;
According to the greatness of Your power
Preserve those who are appointed to die;
And return to our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom
Their reproach with which they have reproached You, O Lord.
So we, Your people and sheep of Your pasture,
Will give You thanks forever;
We will show forth Your praise to all generations.
Psalm 79:1-13

God Bless America, and every American living here in the United States. We ask this in the name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

In the Name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit....Amen"
Good morning all, May the Grace and Peace of Jesus... (show quote)

I learned way back that ain't so true from a co-worker who had a gay nephew and he was conservative all the way and Baptist and didn't see explicitly where it was any worse than his great uncle who was divorced and remarried which is a sin in God's eye. Many of his family didn't want to be around him because they believed it was a choice but his aunt was understanding and from what she said, it got me thinking that there might be a point especially when she said to consider the command not to judge and let thou who is without sin cast the first stone. From what she explained, it is not a thing anyone in his Baptist upbringing and family would choose because it made his life very difficult with family and church. I think folks have a problem with accepting them as equals as being the same as endorsing the behavior. But drunks and adulterers were frequently accepted in the church with compassion so, why not gays too?

Most churches will welcome all sinners. Jesus said "you are forgiven. go and SIN NO MORE" If people have no intention of stopping the sinning , then the church will be of no use to them. If they don't believe that homosexual behavior or sexual behavior out side of marriage is a sin then they should seek answers in the Bible, and prayer, or do what a number of homosexuals have decided to do, which is be celibate. Of course God will judge us all ultimately. In the meantime we , as good Christians, MUST treat everyone with respect and civility. We must also do what we can to help those who want to, get right with God. Everything else is up to HIM.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) teamed up with Liberty Institute president Kelly Shackelford and the Houston pastors who were targeted by a recent subpoena that asked them to turn over sermons and other communications about homosexuality on Thursday to deliver a tough message to city officials.

During the press conference, which was held at Houston’s First Baptist Church, Cruz made it clear that he believes the subpoena is a blatant violation of the First Amendment.

“Caesar has no jurisdiction over the pulpit,” he proclaimed. “And when you subpoena one pastor, you subpoena every pastor.”

The senator also lambasted the subpoenas in a statement issued on the matter, calling the government act “shocking and shameful” and accusing officials of leading “an assault against religious liberty,” according to CBS News.

“The government has no business asking pastors to turn over their sermons. These subpoenas are a grotesque abuse of power, and the officials who approved them should be held accountable by the people,” Cruz said. “The mayor should be ashamed.”

As TheBlaze previously reported Thursday morning, officials in Houston, Texas, appear to be backing away from the sweeping subpoena seeking church communications and sermons from five faith leaders who are affiliated with activists opposed to the city’s controversial equal rights ordinance.

After demanding “all speeches, presentations, or sermons related to HERO, the Petition, Mayor Annise Parker, homosexuality, or g****r identity prepared by, delivered by, revised by, or approved by you or in your possession,” Parker and city attorney David Feldman began striking a different tone Wednesday.

Parker went as far as to call the subpoena “overly broad,” with both the mayor and Feldman seemingly admitting that they believe the language is problematic, as the Houston Chronicle reported.

“There’s no question the wording was overly broad,” Parker said during a press conference Wednesday. “But I also think there was some deliberate misinterpretation on the other side.”

Oh Lord
Thy people are turning away from Thee and seeing the t***h from false gods. Many are citing the beliefs of pagans to answer the turmoils in their lives. Others are trusting in the government as their strength and support. We ask Thee to turn them back to the true Word and turn their backs on the idolatry that has become their false comfort. All this we ask in Jesus name. amen

for others who are Ray Stevens fans, he has a modern religious song called "Turn the Radio On" that has such good advice for all of us. It is available at www.raystevens.com

BTW, the horseradish cheddar was one of the best finds I ever made!! A little pricey, but we deserve it. We work hard for our money!!

I'd try fresh parsley, green onions (chopped fine) and minced fresh garlic.
Where did you get the cheese and what brand is it? We love ALMOST any kind of cheese.
