Yes it was an error by the CDC protocol but Trump delayed testing by 8 weeks because he refused to take test kits from the WHO and also South Korea who had reliable test kits.

What difference does it make if the p******c team was fired or left on there own in 2018 why didn’t Trump just replace that team
And spent the next 2 years ignoring his own DNI appointee to put that team together. Trump did fire that team along with many others on the NSC it was a purge of all Obama appointees and that’s okay all presidents do that but he did not replace a team that was in place to track these v***ses and potential hazards to the US.

Ha ha what is it with you people do you think this country got into this position because Trump for over 8 weeks lied about this v***s it may have been minimized if he started back in early Jan. Warning the people in this country about how to take precautions but no all he did was call it a h**x, it will go away, It’s no more serious than the flu, he didn’t even have the FDC start on a test kit until Feb so this country had no idea as to the member of people infected, but never once did he ever take that bully pulpit to inform this country as to what this v***s was and the potential damage to our health and economy. So I can only come to the conclusion that Trump supporters will just ignore anything Trump actually says and ignore everything he does. The health and economy of this country means nothing to Trump or his supporters when you all just stick your heads in the sand and ignore everything.

Consumer confidence is the worst thing because people stop buying and with Trump over the last 10 weeks drove down consumer confidence.

All Americans need to be sorted into c****av***s categories and receive a color coded identification card as follows:

Tested Infected Not Cured Americans: Red ID Card
Untested with symptoms: Yellow ID Card
Tested Cured Americans: Green ID Card
Untested No symptoms: Blue ID Card

Everyone has to be screened and will get a card. Those with blue and green ID cards get to re-enter the public domain

Those with red and yellow ID cards must be in lockdown or treatment facilities.

Those with blue and green ID cards can go back to work, go to restaurants, go to venues.

We cannot maintain an economy where all people, healthy and contagious are confined in lockdown!

I hoping we can agree that never in the world's history, has every nation been faced with anything of this magnitude and simultaneously.
Because of the high contagious rate, I'll repeat unprecedented high contagious rate there is nothing anyone, any leader could do. Why? Because China hid this and who did nothing for months. During these months Chinese people's wete traveling by the tens of thousands throughout the world, then infected from other countries traveled around the world .
Fact, it's just to late to stop the spread. If Trump would have ordered Marshall law weeks earlier with every American ordered by law to stay home, it still will spread. It can't be stopped without a v*****e.

Actually there is an attitude of trying to think positive to keep him doing more right than harm. Trump blew this from January, moving on and doing the best we can is the best course. But keep in mind the CDC is still slowing testing down when every capable lab should have been coming up to speed weeks ago. Do you want to explain why Korea has and is doing a better job testing than we are. Here's a tip, because trump and the CDC are refusing to open the stops of true capability wanting to keep all testing to two huge labs. Two huge entities making tens of billions of dollars can be controlled, a hundred different labs all reporting true numbers and statistics would mean there would be no controlling the narrative about where we are at.

This is a president that wants his butt openly kissed or he gets vindictive and spiteful and starts withholding things, that is why he is getting praise for the worst CDC performance in history.
