It's a game trolls play...and people, including myself, fall for their games all the time. It can ruin a forum when people want to talk seriously about things that are going on and someone like this shows up and disrupts conversations and even whole topics. I've seen it happen where a whole site was trashed and had to be shut down because of one troll!
My opinion is that I think that is the objective of this troll - to shut down the site by making it too polemic for regular posters.
