That's a very interesting theory! I bet something very close to that, if not that very thing, is what will happen. I think Biden/Obama are going to leave the biggest mess they can for Trump to clean up. Maybe they're hoping they can even blame it all on him! They will blame the open border on Trump for sure. And they will try to blame the Ukraine war and the Israel war on Trump, too. And when Iran builds their nuclear weapons out of the money that Obama and Biden sent, and they point them at us and fire them, they will blame Trump for it!
I hope Trump has plans to do something about these things right away when he wins....

There are both old and modern schools of Mennonites. My husband has not been a practicing Mennonite for many decades, but his family were of the "modern" sects. They wore regular clothes, drove cars, danced, etc. The way he describes how he was brought up is actually fairly similar to the way I was brought up as a Catholic. The Amish that live around here are what you say....they dress in the long home-made dresses, wear bonnets and don't talk much to "outside" people. They have farm stands and sell things, too, but they don't come out and talk to you as the Mennonites and Pennsylvania Dutch do.
My husband's mother kept her father's buggy. She put it in her yard and made a little garden out of it under a big old oak or elm tree with a bench and a little pond. Two days after she died, the buggy collapsed and fell to the ground in a heap for no reason that anyone can figure out. It wasn't broken or cracked...no storm...it just seemed to kind of die along with her...

A few years ago I gave Penny (Abby at the time) a list of phone numbers she could contact for help....legitimate, good contact numbers where she could at least start her journey to better mental health. She laughed at me and called me all kinds of things, but I was hoping I at least had planted a seed that she might some day go back and look more closely at.
Others have given her similar suggestions in their honest, sincere attempts at helping her find a solution to what I believe are, at least in part, some serious anger issues.
From what I can see, she has never listened to any of us....
