How about we require able bodied people to WORK for the things they receive. We need a 'safety net' but welfare should never be a career goal as it is now. Work or starve. I'm sure the word "WORK" sends many liberals scurrying to their 'safe place'.

The President put DACA where it belongs, in the hands of Congress. The Congress makes laws and the President enforces them. Nobody ever clued in President Obama that that is what the Constitution says. The law says DACA individuals are i*****l a***ns and therefore should be deported. It's up to the Congress to change the law to allow them to stay, not President Trump. You should have learned this in the 6th grade.

I wonder if she would like to be President. I would consider her, for sure.

And I say that as an individual who was born in a welfare hospital and my family was on welfare when I was a child. My father who didn't have a high school diploma got an apprenticeship as a machinist and a few years later we joined the Middle Class. New car and a house of our own. And yes, we were all ashamed to be on welfare. Then it was a safety net, not an occupation.
