The cop who sat on his neck for so long needs to be tried for murder. I don't really know about the others.

The officer did not sit on his neck, he kneeled on it. kneeling on a neck is an approved method to control combatant suspects. I expect the incident to be investigated.....but not as a murder, involuntary manslaughter---possible. But, should it go to trial, he will be acquitted. Unless, you can see "intent" to cause harm? I am open to that argument. You may have noticed something I failed to see.

This is the same doctor who has been reprimanded and cited several times for unethical treatment of patients. He also blamed C****-** on 5 G cell phone networks. He also claimed to be able to treat cancer with hydrogen peroxide. He is probably the doctor who recommended injecting disinfectant to the president...oh I forgot the president was just being "sarcastic" during an p******c!

I don't believe most of what the CDC and WHO puts out an less what politicians are pushing. I live in a small community, related to over 500 residents. In my family we have quite a few elderly and a dozen or more Supercentenarian..... all living at home with family making sure they are taken care of....knowing that TSIF v***s supposedly k**l elderly, we decided to test our population although no one has been sick for over a year. The results, no sick people but 87 percent of us seem to have the antibody. This includes all of our elders. So, you are quick to make assumptions.....how is this possible? We have not changed any of our habits, still drink well water and eat what we grow.....no masks, no chemicals to clean with or k**l bugs. If this v***s is so lethal, why are there zero sick people in my village? We are not isolated, a short commute to DC. Plus, my staff and I have traveled thousands of miles delivering food to our animal rescue partners.....yet, no hitchhiking v***s.

Another curious fact, deaths in the US from conditions other than TSIF v***s has actually dropped. I can see how a drop is possible from vehicle accidents, but it is not just in that area....it is across the board. Check out the CDC website....and then read their disclaimer....

I suspect that we have been conned, a long con! As your bank accounts empty and stores close....the population will turn to the government for rations. Try to break free from poverty as more of the US decides the government hands out more money than they earned working....the trade off....total loss of all freedoms. You will be given a share of wh**ever farmers are allowed to grow with i******s doing the harvesting. Unless we wake up and start asking questions....force your officials along with the CDC/WHO into telling the t***h!

Or you can stay in your safe rooms, have government food delivered. Wear your masks 24/7 until your kids forget how a hug makes them feel and they can not recognize your face without your designer mask in place.

Agree on that! So we have 5 criminals Mr Floyd and 4 "police officers "!

WRONG..... We have one suspect, a crime was not established. He was being detained. We have "4" officers who had a suspect in custody when he died. NO CRIMINAL CASE has been established for forgery, counterfeiting or 'murder." So far we do not have a COD, ergo no charges or arrests can be made. This is not CHINA or other c*******t nation where a person is guilty until proven innocent or disappear on assumed guilt!

4 days and this Police officers haven't been charged yet!!! I think the only thing that is going to quiet down everybody , is FBI will come to the podium and say these 4 "police officers " have been charged with murder !!!

In order to arrest, proof of a crime has to be established. A grand jury must decide to hold them to trial. So far, we do not know how Floyd died. All these officers have RIGHTS. You may not violate their rights to appease your need to punish or k**l. The FBI....the same group that has railroaded and lied about members associated with the POTUS....comes out and says, without hard cold evidence and a trial, that these officers are guilty, they will have violated the Constitutional rights of these officers....this may wake you up....if it can be done to Law Enforcement, the President....YOU MAY BE NEXT!!! Your civil rights can disappear in a millisecond....and you would have no right to complain as YOU HAVE ALREADY DEEMED THE OFFICERS GUILTY!

Nobody is saying that Floyd is innocent , but one counterfeit $20.00 bill does not worth him dying like that!

I think you are missing the obvious...had Floyd not been trying to pass counterfeit money, there would not have been an arrest...ergo, no death.

Three questions:

1) Assuming it was a heart attack, do you believe he would've still died if the cop put him in the back seat of the cop car as soon as he was cuffed and no longer able to resist arrest as he was trained to do?

2) Why do you think the cop continued to keep his knee on the guy's neck long after he had lost consciousness and was cuffed?

3) Why did the cop repeatedly tell him to "get up" while making sure it was impossible for him to do so?

1. Possible, it depends on how cold the squad car was, how much he had wrestled, and when he last ate, drank or possible drugs (legal or otherwise) to include aspirin. All these factors, being ideal....a cold environment would decrease heart rate and affects of adrenaline. If he only exerted a minimal escape force, then the dislodging of the plaque would have been postponed. Negative factors, Eating increases blood flow. Asprin is a blood thinner and in case of blood clots carried it quicker to the heart or brain. BP medicine would eserbate the problem. So, he may have had time to get to a hospital, if factors were ideal. My guess, circumstances for his survival were not ideal. Advice...if you "can't breathe, hurt all over", sweating, and thirsty….get to an ER immediately....your heart may be dying!

2. That was an on the spot call...could Floyd been faking, and once released continued to fight...bite, spit? There is no way to tell the state of mind of either person. I suspect the officer, who is married with children, was afraid of communicable disease, or even TSIF C****-**. Sadly, he may have not wanted to wrestle with Floyd again, he (Floyd) was a big man.

3. I do not know....could he have been looking for assurance of no resistance. Until the officer can tell his side, I can not judge motive. And which officer was telling him to get up? I heard this said, but I am not certain Derek Chauvin was the person telling him to get up. I may be wrong and I am not inclined to watch the video again.

My question....why? With the newer bills, they are almost foolproof. He must have known that he would get caught....perhaps he did not expect police to be called.

Fair enough. And yes, I will.

Let's follow this.... I am curious. At one time I worked in an ER....saw many things, from what Floyd said before he could not be heard over the "audience" gathered, I think he was dead long before the medics arrived. The "can't breath", was my first clue. His mouth and nose were free, no compression on the chest....and second, the request for water. Sweaty appearance.... heart attack! I bet his thumb nail had already turned blue. It is also important that the ambulance was called within a minute of Floyd's complaint and it took them 6 minutes to arrive...too long to save Floyd's life.

C'mon... you're meaning is clear to all and you know it.

My meaning was clear, he was a walking heart attack. Nothing more, nothing less. Wait for the autopsy, I am certain the cause of death was either plaque induced hematoma and a simple cardiac arrest that may have been induced by drugs and exertion. If I am wrong, which occasionally happens, I will admit my mistake. Will you?

I don't watch CNN and I said before that r**ting and l**ting are not good for any situation !But counterfeiting is also not worth of dying for!!Just admit, they overreacted big time!!!!!

I respect your opinion..... but, I see no over-reaction. I also do not see a response to my questions.

If you are honest, there is no excuse for any criminal action! A crime is a crime, drinking and driving is a crime, murder is a crime...and so is shop lifting and counterfeiting. When a store employee calls the police, the officer is bound by his oath to resolve the matter...using all reasonable resources. If an officer is being spit on, they can pin the spatter to the ground to protect their own health. If an officer believes a detainee would bite them, they can pin the person to the ground. If an officer is threatened with a gun, they can shoot the potential gunner. If you want to stop this, change the laws.

No worries Pennylynn. This medium does have its limitations.

In cases like this there will be those that will not be happy no matter what. I seldom see people up in arms when cops are murdered. They too leave behind family and friends. I can't recall a time when people started l**ting and r**ting after a cop was murdered.

You may know, there are things that make me upset and I tend to stray from reason or fail to think when responding. I regret offending you, it was not intentional.

Police and our military have tough jobs. There will be mistakes made and the laws of our nation must followed, regardless of employment. In this case, like many others, I think the media was anxious to find a replacement for the failed p******c panic....an officer "murdering" a black has historically worked. By the time the real story of Floyd is known, C***D will have disappeared from headlines. A flash in the pan of hysterical news. bet the next headline will be another impeachment.....

Fire them!! Make these bad apples an example ! ! I don't know . ...but something has to be done !!! BTW,do you even know why he was arrested ?? For a counterfeit $20.00bill!! Hardly something to die for ,don't you think so?

Okay, fire all police....or some of them...how do you know who to fire? Will you wait until the next time an officer is tried by the media?

Well now, with your new insight from CNN and their witness, Abumayyaleh … the police should not have responded to Abumayyaleh's employee's phone call for counterfeiter.... let's make l**ting, vandalism and counterfeiting legal. We don't need 18 US Code Chapter 25, do we? When we return to the Wild West mentality, we can go back to carrying gold dollars....or would you prefer an implant where the green back becomes obsolete.

cops and have trained with some. I in no way support coddling criminals and find it odd you came to that conclusion from my post. Just because I criticize the behavior I see doesn’t mean I am not for a fair trial or think that blue lives don’t matter.

I am sorry Rose, I assumed you were supporting the prosecution of these officers without evidence or an autopsy. At least one of these officers will be held by grand jury...he may even die in jail …. would this appease the thirst for blood? No, it will happen again...a detainee will die, stores will be l**ted and burned, officers will be ambushed and murdered.... the only solution is disbandment or "robo cop" technology.
