I'm not sure it proves that the right lies, but if one considers Newsweek to be part of MSM and one considers MSM not to be trustworthy, then one might tend to believe that Connor Betts was NOT a registered Democrat. After all Newsweek says he was:

Uh, what?

And why should I be hoping for some compensation?

I have enough trouble dreaming up how to spend my money.

I'm not sure of the relevance of your reply to my post, but here is an article about where Clinton and Trump were during those times an their responses at the time.

There is a possible link. The other mass murder in Dayton was aimed at Mexican looking people and a manifesto against Brown people was discovered. Trump has called Mexican immigrants "criminals and rapist." Aren't they worth shooting, if you tend to such violence?

I don't think their is any indication that the Dayton shootings were racially motivated. One of the deaths was the shooter's sister.

Big League Politics can report that Connor Betts, the alleged mass shooter who k**led at least 9 people in an entertainment district of Dayton, Ohio earlier today was a registered Democrat who has v**ed in 7 previous e******ns, including two Democratic Primaries. Betts was k**led during the altercation with police.

Betts was a registered Democrat who, according to information made public by the state of Ohio, v**ed in two e******ns. He allegedly murdered 9 people, including his sister Megan Betts, earlier today in Dayton, Ohio.

Fox News reports:

Dayton Deputy Director and Assistant Chief of Police Lt. Col. Matt Carper identified the gunman as 24-year-old Connor Betts. His sister, 22-year-old Megan Betts, was among the nine k**led, according to Carper, who added that all of those k**led during the rampage were shot in the city’s Oregon District around Fifth Street.
Betts was k**led by police less than a minute after he opened fire with a .223-caliber rifle in the streets of the Oregon District around 1 a.m. Sunday in the second U.S. mass shooting in less than 24 hours after at least 20 people were slain in El Paso, Texas.

Latest: Democrat Dayton Shooter Photographed Wearing Satanic Patches

The Greene County Board of E******ns reveals Betts began v****g in 2012, and next v**ed in the Democratic Party Ohio Primary on March 15 of 2016. After v****g in the 2016 General E******n, Betts later v**ed in the 2018 Democratic Party Primary on May 8, 2018. Betts v**ed in a total of 7 e******ns, including Democratic Primaries.

After finding this information, Big League Politics cross referenced the data with other publicly available information from the Ohio Secretary of State, which confirms his address, polling location, and other v**er information.

It is currently unclear what motivated Betts to commit the alleged mass shooting. This is the second mass shooting in 24 hours, the first in El Paso, Texas, that left 20 dead and 26 wounded.

This is a breaking news story. Big League Politics will continue provide updates as they become available.

China is not North Korea. China allows a high degree of entrepreneur-ism. In the late 1970s China broke with the old Soviet-Stalinist economic model. As long as the people stay out of politics, they are allowed to make money. This ramped up even more in the mid 1980s. To keep the populace docile China needs to keep them working and making money. China is oppressive of the political aspirations of the non C*******t Party populace. It has worked.

During the world wide slowdown in 2008 the Chinese government spent a lot of money just to keep it's citizens working and not r**ting because for a change they could not export their way out of trouble. The problem is that they added to already over capacity in certain industries and in housing. They have built Ghost Towns. Are you faulting President George W Bush for going to ground zero when there were cameras present? When can a POTUS go to any public (and some private) place and not have cameras present?

Kerik's saying, "politicians did not go to ground zero unless there was a camera present" is only a belittling of one of a politicians main functions in a democratic society: to be the face of public support for efforts. The politician who doesn't "show up" is often criticized, perhaps rightly so.

Celebrities can also serve this function, but it can also help to maintain their celebrity.

Bernard Kerik was NYC Police Commissioner at the time the 9/11 attacks occurred.

After the Islamic terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, President Donald Trump was “constantly” at Ground Zero “motivating” and “inspiring” first responders during their rescue efforts, confirmed Bernie Kerik — who served as New York City’s police commissioner at the time — in a Tuesday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host John Hayward.

News media outlets such as CNN and Vox characterized Trump as mendacious following Trump’s recollection of 9/11 and its aftermath during public remarks on Monday regarding his signing into law an extension of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.

“I was sitting there when he said that,” shared Kerik of Trump’s aforementioned remarks. “I didn’t think one thing of the remarks, because I know they’re true. … I must have seen Donald Trump down there — I don’t know — I want to say between five and ten times walking through Ground Zero, talking to the first responders — motivating, inspiring, wh**ever you want to call it — and he wasn’t the only one.”

LISTEN:

Kerik continued, “There’s a litany list of people, celebrities and sports figures … that came down to Ground Zero constantly. These are the people — the celebrities and sports figures — they went through there constantly trying to inspire the men and women that were down there.”

Politicians, added Kerik, “normally didn’t come down to Ground Zero unless there was a camera around.”

First responders worked 24/7 for six months at Ground Zero following the attacks, stated Kerik.

“Keep in mind, from the point of attack on, everybody was put on tours of twelve hours,” Kerik said. “You worked twelve hours on and twelve hours off. There were no days off. This was an around-the-clock operation that went on for six months. We needed all the support we could get. We needed inspiration and motivation for the people that were down there, and Donald Trump came down there constantly to show his support.”

Kerik went on, “I ran into Donald Trump numerous times. He thanked me. He thanked us for what we were doing, and then I heard his comments yesterday. I didn’t think a thing of it. I was sitting right in front of him, and then I saw an article last night written by somebody at CNN criticizing him for saying that he was there with an inference that he was not, which is a lie. He was there. … I was there at Ground Zero when Trump would walk through there and thank everybody he came across.”

Trump joined “hundreds” of other famous persons in “wanting to motivate and inspire the people that were down there [and] wanting to thank them,” Kerik remarked. “He went down there to thank them. Every time he went down there, he thanked them.”

Trump is “very supportive of law enforcement,” Kerik said. “Nobody has to tell me how supportive Donald Trump is of the men and women in law enforcement and the military. I know. I’ve known the guy 25 years.”

Kerik added, “In fact, what the article didn’t tell you is that Donald Trump sent a ton of people down there that worked for him to assist in the volunteer efforts.”

“But this is just another way to attack the president, and I think it’s pretty sickening,” concluded Kerik. “It demonstrates how low these people will go to attack him.”

Mansour concurred, “I assumed it was just a New Yorker talking about the significance of what happened there, and that he remembers going down there.”

I think as yet neither the US of A or China are hurting all that much. I believe the Chinese are waiting Trump out. As we get into the e******n year two things are possible to help them. If the American economy stumbles, more pressure will be on Trump to give them a better deal than they can get now. The other thing is, they could be hoping that Trump will lose. Any of the Democrat contenders likely will not have the stomach to continue Trump's trade war, especially Wimpy Joe.

https://www.cnn.com/2019/07/15/economy/china-gdp-growth/index.html

As the article states Chinese growth has slowed. So they are hurting. This helps the US of A in two ways. First the Chinese are feeling the pressure. The C*******t Party Leadership needs high growth and exports to keep their oppressed masses quiet and content. Right now Hong Kong seems to be their only major internal stress, but if they feel the affects of a prolonged trade war, more cracks in their political control could appear.

The second good thing is the development of alternative supply lines for American companies. As the article states Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, and Bangladesh are benefiting from the trade dispute. These and other nations fear Chinese expansion and America increasing it's trade with them is good for us in the long run.
