Rules they make.

The problems we face have become deeply in grained it to the system.

It is only with deep insight in to issues that it all can be seen.

That is true. It is like a tree. It grows into a tree because it started from a tree seed. The seed of this Government was planted October 20, 1789. What was wrong with that seed? What were we supposed to become? What are you looking at?

No, that is fine. It is okay to discriminate. It is bigotry that is bad. In this case there is no mention of color or g****r, so it is fine. Thus spake My Diane.

It's not the use of the word itself. Its not the accuracy of the use of the word. It's the context. President Trump is saying that people from Haiti and African countries are racially inferior and should not be allowed into the US where they could weaken the gene pool. President Trump believes that white blond Ayran Nordic types from Norway are much better for immigration. The marchers at Charlottesville would agree with him.

Despotic Enforcement of arbitrary rules written to benefit your competitor, k**ls businesses. Monopoly rights drives up prices. I am reminded of Levin's definition of liberty. It is the ability to do what you think will be good for you. If the Government will not let you do that, then they are running a S...Hole. The people who live under this had better understand what the problem is before we let them join 'The US'.

They have construed the Constitution and made their own rules. We have allowed them to do this.

My Daddy claimed that he was in the room when it happened. The Founders considered a tyrant to be an autocrat who can set the agenda and then implement it, so when the Framers wrote the Constitution they divided these powers and gave them to different entire separate branches, and then made sure that no one holding an office in one branch is allowed to have one in the other branch. All of this just so no tyrant can set the agenda and then implement it. I was reading The Complete Works of Thomas Jefferson, from Library of America, and found in his proposal to limit borrowing by Congress, an aside. He said, to Madison, please apply your considerable mental faculties to this. It will go well with what we have already put into the document. Specifically where we took the power to declare war away from the Executive. (from those who can spend; to those who can pay) The parenthesis are his. Thus spending is not supposed to be a Congressional ability. The annual Spending bill is unconstitutional.

Should Trump have worded it like that? I believe not. He is correct however. Especially Haiti. I know I'll be disagreed with by my conservative friends but I just think a President shouldn't speak that way. Especially in this day and age. If LBJ would have had the leaks and social media we have today b****s would v**e straight Republican. He was one of the most r****t Presidents we ever had.

When Haiti happened there was a description of the ownership of land. Apparently all of the land surrounding the Capital City is privately owned and jealously held. The concentration of wealth is a problem in several places, US included. Clinton then got in there and made all of the cronies happy. There was a Haitian official who, before the e******n, came here and called the Clinton's CRIMINALS. No details, sorry.

Exactly, this is what we have to change. We elect them to represent us, not the Party. We have continued electing the same people, may have a different name, once they get to Washington they change. Instead of representing us, WE THE PEOPLE, they represent themselves. They become part of the SWAMP.

They follow the rules. What is it about the rules that create this outcome?

This is the unfortunate t***h of the Government as it has developed today. We are to be represented, but as you point out Congressmen follow their party. They are party animals.

Love Mark Levin, have several of his books in my library. He is a voice crying, screaming for all true Patriots to listen, and heed. Sometimes I'm afraid he is going to stroke out. What the Framers wrote was, "WE THE PEOPLE". We have given up OUR POWER, believing that our elected will do it what WE THE PEOPLE elected them to do. What they promised us they would do, only to be elected or re-elected.

Have you ever noticed that each Congressman represents 800,000 people. Each district has the same list of concerns: traffic, water, sewer, power, jobs, etc. And, all he knows about who v**ed for his is he got more than the other guy. We have 534 identical representatives. They don't even know our names. If someone is going to represent you shouldn't they know your goals, your preferences, and certainly your needs? Your Congressman doesn't.

Mark Lavin identifies the forces that are assaulting america as the Monarchists of old. They never died, they just changed their costuming. They were the C*******ts. They were the N**i. They are the A****a. They are using weaknesses in our system to destroy us. We must understand what the weaknesses are and how to repair them. What is it that the Framers of the Constitution wrote?

Thanks for that cartoon. The problem in America today was predicted by the Framers. They divided the powers between the branches in a very specific way, but the politicians could not live with that division so they changed it. Now we have the same Government that dictators have been running for centuries. What Congress was given was the task of doing all of the thinking for the Government and the ability to pay the bills. Look to find these two abilities in Article One; Section 7. You will have to squint your left eye, and bit your tongue slightly to be able to see it. Good luck. PS The G*******ts are the Monarchs of old. They never died out.

Thank you president Trump for the pay raise its a great thing you have done. But not sure if you knew it Walmart just closed 63 stores. The Bonus money you so much bragged about today only applies to employee that have worked for Wal-Mart for 20 years. Oh and also they changed there bylaws as to what constitutes a full time employee in order to get healthcare from 24 hours to 32 hours per week so a large percentage of us walmart employees lost our healthcare. But thanks for the dollar raise.

Oh by the way Mr Trump Walmart had planned this raise to $11.35 an hour 3 years ago they have been raising our wages under Obama originally and this was the final raise.
This raise amounts to .58% of Walmart’s profits but Walmart closed 63 stores and got a tax cut of 19% on there profits. Unlike Walmart employees Walmart gets to keep there state and local tax deduction and I lose mine.

(THANKS FOR THE BUCK TRUMP)

Just what do you call those that dip into the government coffers to build their Sports arenas & stadiums?
Or big corporations like Fox Con. In for billions of government dollars.
The list of goes on & on.

You are part of the problem with you short sightedness as to what is truly going on.
Go back & look in to just how all of those programs you find as bad for the system have helped government money flow in to the market place & into the hands of Big Money.

Check just how much the banks pay you for the use of your money.
Take a look at how Banks play with your money & create Bubbles that burst & government money is used to bail them out.

You blind support makes it easy for all of this to happen.
Check the tax laws.
Where does all of that money come from to pay the lobbyist's & Big Money that buys v**es in government, to change the laws to treat money earned by money better than your wages.?
Let me give you a clue it is not the man in the street.

It is all about people like you that buy in to the idea that Playing ball with Big Money is good for you & Big Money will look after your best interest.
Well just how well is that really working. Big Money is getting Bigger & just how well are things going for you?

I have more dollars than before but they just don't by as much as they used to.

I can call my self Conservative or Liberal.
I live a very Conservative life. I am Liberal in thinking that every one needs to have a reasonable chance at being a true part of the system.
IT USED TO BE CALLED THE AMERICANN DREAM.

Wake up & stop waiting for the trickle down thing to work.
It is just one big sucking up of the wealth into a few pockets.

We the average people are much closer to the bottom than we are to the top.
l feel that being in the middle is the best place to be.
Any thing that we do should be what makes the Middle stronger & more in control of what is going on.

WE NEED TO LOOK BOTH UP & DOWN AS WE MOVE TOWARDS HAVING A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.

If I can get any thing across to you:
It would be that I think we both are in the middle.
As such should we need to look at what is truly good for having a strong middle.
For middle is at the heart of every thing that goes on in life.

We need to see that Rights & Privileges & Obligations of people are Fair & Just.

If we make a few changes.
Or undo changes that have lead to being just where we are.
We can keep most of what is truly good with the system we have.

Thank you Floyd. These are the problems that I wrestle with. The framers of the Constitution divided the powers that an individual needs to be able to exist. They divided them in a very specific way, but the politicians couldn't live with that, so they changed it. That lets them play all of these games. We need to switch it back and then get rid of v****g which gives us politicians. The Lobbyists are actually a better form of representation. Don't be bad mouthing them. They are effective. That's why businesses use them.

I was a Kennedy Democrat. When I heard he had been shot I tuned in the best TV station in the area, Salt Lake City. They patched the live local feed from Dallas. What I watched was 20 minutes of ballistic information. It was the shooting couch talking the shooter through the shot. Salt Lake City TV made a copy, but they are not showing it to anybody.
