In both the ports of Los Angeles and San Francisco the U.S. Navy has ships in mothballs that could easily be converted to hotels, boarding houses, rescue missions, wh**ever ya wanna call 'em they were built to house people in close quarters. They already have plumbing and cooking facilities, and sleeping quarters.

I'll tell ya why, because there is malice in what passes for comedy on late night. All the early great comedians were funny and intelligent, they knew good comedy has to have two things, t***h, and heart. T***h can always be funny, but it's no "guarantee" it will be funny, with heart, t***h will be funny every time, to everyone, and that's the t***h.
Sort of something for everyone (that thinks like I do) but not those who have a mind of their own. Couldn't care less about them. In the old days (when comedians actually cared about the people they were entertaining) they had something for everyone all the time, they were just so much better than these pretenders we have today.
