And free love is the best, I suppose? No matter whose life it could endanger, vis-a-vis STD's and AIDS?

 Every word of this is simply pure bullshit, plain and simple. Being gay in not a "lifestyle". It's just simply being. I'm so sick and tired of straight people saying that this is a choice. Nothing could be further from the truth. The truth will come when I stand before God himself on judgement day. I was born this way. I know you're tired of us saying this. But it's true. Tell me, at what point in your life did you choose to be straight? Can you honestly believe that all of the gay people in the world (and there are more of us than you think) would choose this? Why would we? All of this uprising and fighting? All of the ridicule and bullying we face as kids and adolescents? The second-class citizen treatment that we're currently dealing with? I also suppose you believe that AIDS is a punishment from God. Do you also believe that whites are the superior race? That a woman's place is in the kitchen? That Hitler and Stalin were just misunderstood? It basically boils down to this: I am an American citizen. The U.S. Constitution was written for me just as well as for you. I should have the same rights as you. The Bible may condemn homosexuality in the Old Testament, but in the New Testament, not so much. The Bible also says that a lot of other things and "lifestyles" are wrong, but people around the world do and live them freely all the time. Do I think Indiana and Arkansas should be receiving all of this negative backlash? No. Absolutely not. Don't I want bakeries to make my cake or a pizzeria cater a wedding with pizza if it goes against their religious beliefs? No. Absolutely not. There businesses out there that will. I don't agree with some of the positions that people are taking with these businesses that won't. They have that right. We all have those rights. All we want in the end, is to be treated like any other American citizen. That's all. Gay people raising kids? I actually have some reservations about that. But I won't get into that. How does my God given way of life affect you? How does a gay couple being married affect you? It doesn't. Straight people have done a bang-up job with the "sanctity" of marriage. Committing adultery. Divorce and multiple marriages. Could gay people really do any worse? Live and let live man. Let God do the judging.

Actions have consequences. That's all. And I don't mean that in the biblical sense. I mean that in the scientific sense.

Consequences for society and civilization.

I never judge a person based solely on sexual orientation. (How many times do I have to say that?)

But I do judge the methods of coercion and intimidation undertaken by the gay community. And not lightly.

Understood. I just hope that you or anyone else doesn't generalize when referring to gay people. We are certainly not all the same nor do we all believe in the same things. I understand your position and I respect that. Thank you for not flying off the handle at me for my long diatribe. Good day sir.

This is why I hate the gay life style.

The intolerance of these people is suffocating to all. Not just Christians, but all peoples that want to be free of any forced life stile. You want to be gay, than do so. But do not expect the people that don’t want that life style, to give you special treatment, or except special privileges because you want it. How dare you? You that are clamoring for gay justice would toss the constitution right out the window, and shred the bill of rights. You who yell at the top of your lungs about equality would deny it to others.

You are an abomination to all, plain and simple.
I cringe every time I hear of an adoption by a gay couple. The judges that have allowed this to take place in my opinion should all be taken out and hung, every dam last one of them.

To agree with your life style, is the same as saying I want to eliminate the human race. This you would promote to the whole world? You can’t deny it, for this in truth, is what you are doing, and that’s a solid fact.

every one has rights. even gay people. I do see them wanting to push more and more open tolerance of their life onto society. which I think is wrong. adopting a child, I'm not sure about that. they have and the children have grown up rather proper. just because a child has two dads or moms, doesn't mean the child is going to grow up gay, or be molested. you sound as if your a "Christian" , if so your anger is just as big of a sin as their life style. mabey you think they will go to ,hell, for the way they live. if so then you might be there right along with them ya'll could chase each other around for all eternity. wouldn't that be a sight to see. Christians, are to point out peoples flaws and how by the word of God, are suppose to act . if they change their ways give praise to God, another soul is saved, if they don't listen do not associate with them. that is on them to deal with on judgment day. if they are forgiven for their sins , again praise God. no one has said anything for you to join that life style. your comment is about as dumb as a box of rocks. they, government, say that only about 10 % of the population is gay. there is no way the human race will be extinguished or end with those few. if people want to "use" their religious right to deny some one a cake , seramony, rent a hall for a banquet, or what ever because it is a sin against God, then they had better think about what they are really doing. arrogance, pride, vanity, selfishness, self centered, taking a pen from work - stealing, robbery, and the list goes on and on and on and on. so now no one can sell a wedding cake or preform a wedding or rent a hall for a banquet, to any one for any reason BECAUSE WE ARE ALL GUILTY OF "SIN". so take your self rightiousness and sit it on the table and take a good long look at who you are. try to have a good long think tonight.

What are "Gay Rights?" I've asked this question before.

What rights do they want that they do not yet have?

Is marriage is a right granted by government?
