This is a good one, in order to make people understand that they may be in danger from Muslim terrorists he commits a terrorist act. Except that law enforcement doesn't name it.
Why is that? I wonder...

Georgia ‘patriot’ reportedly planted pipe bombs in park to sow fear of Muslims

67-year-old Marietta, Georgia man is accused of planting a backpack containing two pipe bombs in an Atlanta-area public park in order to frighten the public and sow fear of Islamic terrorism.

According to Atlanta’s Channel 2 News, conservative “patriot” Michael Sibley confessed to police that he was trying to educate people that terror strikes can happen anywhere and without warning when he planted the bombs last November.

The backpack contained two partially-constructed pipe bombs, a Koran and a list of “soft targets” for terrorist attacks — i.e., non-military, unguarded structures like hospitals and schools. Among the list of potential targets was an Atlanta Jewish center.

Channel 2 quoted Sibley’s arrest report, which reported that he “(s)tated that he is a ‘patriot’ and he felt no one was paying attention to what was going on the world. Sibley felt if he placed the package in a Roswell park then people would finally get that this type of activity could happen anywhere.”

This guy is the same type of patriot as most of the conservatives on this site.
The only difference between him and the RWNJs here is that he finally got off his butt and did something based on his twisted opinions.

First, you know all sorts of things that aren't so.
Secondly, "accused" and "convicted" are not synonymous. Remember Eric Rudolph? Remember the poor bastard who had his life ruined by the FBI for the best part of a year before they finally figured out they had the wrong guy?
You're really, really desperate for someone to take you seriously, aren't you?

Thanks for reminding us of those bombings.
The individual doesn't matter, really, does he?
Just as I would not celebrate many of the folks here as American patriots as the statements and threats and hatred you spew is completely unAmerican to me the identification is personal.
Yesterday someone on this site indicated that Cliven Bundy and his supporters are patriots, I see them as more of the thieving public supported by the religious.
It is terrorism by people who believe that they are patriotic Americans.
They are just like the nutjobs on this site who talk a great story from their homes on the bayou except they get off their duffs and don't sit stroking their weapons between postings.

A true Patriot understands and defends the US Constitution.
I’ve read your asinine comments throughout OPP; you are not a Patriot and should not be lecturing others about its definition.

That's right Rudulph saved the day but was blamed for the the terrorism of a government hating "patriot movement" right wing Christian nut job. It is time to lock and load, the evil is amongst us!

That is pretty much the point, this guy is no more a patriot than the raving loonies on this website and the rest of the righties who like to evade responsibility for living in a civilized society.
