The idiots you refer to are elected officials with the Constitutional responsibility for advise and consent - that is approval - of any international agreement that binds us. The fact that you don't seem to realize it indicates you may be what you call others.
Now, if these Senators bringing that fact to the attention of the Iranians kill the deal, the deal deserves death.
Or, if as Kerry has states, any deal would not be binding, what difference, at this point, does it make if it is killed.
Hope this simple logic isn't too much for you ideologically based loyalty to understand.
Apparently, a lot of morons out there are too hung up on partisan bullshit to understand why that letter is so fucked up. When nations like Iran and Israel look at the U.S. what they see is our foreign policy which has always been singular. The partisan squabbles are for the most part confined to domestic issues that matter to Americans at home. Foreign policy on the other hand is virtually unchanged from one party to another and it's that consistent singularity that gives other nations the confidence to trust us. What those 47 retards did was bring the partisan slap fight to an international arena that they know nothing about. They may as well have just brought out the megaphones and declared the U.S. dysfunctional, childish and incapable of world leadership.
Some people are calling it treason and the more I think about it, the more I am inclined to agree.

Now, this is interesting:
Senator Cotton never actually sent the letter to the mullahs in Iran, he merely posted it on his official website. "Treason"? Hardly.
Obama's "negotiations" with Iran to allow their continued nuclear development DOES NOT address their development of nuclear warhead delivery vehicles (ICBMs).
Now, Saudi Arabia has warned that if these negotiations conclude in Iran's favor--which they most certainly will--the Saudis will also begin the development of or acquisition of nuclear weapons. Saudi diplomats in other ME countries are reporting that these governments will likely follow suit. The Saudis further concluded that if the leftist party takes power in Israel, this will embolden the Jihadists in Palestine (Hamas) and Lebanon (Hezbollah) to test the resolve of the new administration with increased terrorist and rocket attacks. It may even be the threshold over which a major war in the ME will begin.
IOW, Obama is throwing the gates wide open for nuclear weapons proliferation throughout the ME. Not to mention opening the gates of hell.

No, some people actually pay attention to the National security briefings. The rest are too busy fund raising, setting up off shore accounts and accepting donations from opposition groups.
It's just unfortunate that these folk can't take the time to figure out what is best for AMERICA. What's best for THEM rarely matches what's best for the country and we see which "best" they pick - every time. And to think, some folk have the temerity to call those idiots "heroes". Since when do "heroes" work against their own country? We used to have a word for those kinds of folks - traitors.
