The Senate Democrats are the ones that cut off funding for the DHS. Secondly if the DHS is not going to enforce the immigration laws set forth by congress, why pay them for breaking the laws of the land. Article I, Section 1, is only twenty five word long, and the people running this country cannot seem to understand what it means. I'll give you a hint, it means that the Legislative Branch makes the Laws, not Obama.
