They grew their own food and traded with each other using the barter system. They never wore shoes in the summer, because they only had them when going to school.

Well, well, if it isn't another so-called pro-lifer all outraged about helping to feed the poor. You do know that these are the people who your GOP governors tax don't you? If all of the poor died from starvation they would not have anyone to tax, now that is something you should be crying about.

He went to Congress last year to talk some sense into their empty heads and realized that their heads were literally empty, in fact they were anencephalic. Government has been in Medicare since 1965 and it has saved seniors a lot of money. That is exactly what OC will do for those who do not have health care. Other countries have universal health care and are very happy with it.

What the right wants is for the rich insurance companies to get richer. Turning Medicare into a voucher program would have cost seniors anywhere from $2 to $6 thousand more a year. Our seniors cannot afford that kind of expense.
