What I didn't see mentioned was the possibility that the embassy may have been involved in an attempt to funnel weapons to the Syrian rebels. It did, however mention that an unknown number of weapons had disappeared. I read a report in WND that over 400 surface to air missiles had vanished. Bottom line, their attempt to downplay the events that took place in Benghazi and the instability there, and inflate the successes of the administration's middle east policies is deception enough for me to believe there's a skunk in the basement.

I believe we know who has NOT told the truth about Benghazi. That would be Barack Obama, Susan Rice, and Hillary Clinton. All are expert prevaricators with decades of lying when the truth would serve them better.
I don't care what any of those three tell us because it is totally unreliable. I believe my eyes, my ears, and my brain - and all tell me this was a monumental screw-up and is being covered up to hide the total incompetencies within this administration, and it doesn't take talking points to tell me this. I takes only logic and knowledge about the characters of the people involved. Their sorry hides count more in their view than all the lives they allowed to be taken. Too bad they weren't the ones on the ground in Benghazi that day.

This is still the biggest question I want answered. It is also the main question that has been buried in all of the political maneuvering and lies. Forces were available and ready to act in defense of the consulate but were denied operational authority. If they had, it is very possible that those people would be alive today.
I think the exact opposite, Benghazi has been minimized by those involved (namely Clinton and Obama) in an open attempt to invalidate their own culpability, even to the point of blaming the victims themselves. (Conspiracies about clandestine arms deals)
As Americans we need to make sure that Obama and his cronies do not sweep this aside like they do every thing else through subterfuge and misdirection.

As God is my witness, had one of those Americans who needlessly died because of a non-functional government, I would be camped out on Capital Hill, and I would hound the daylights out of EVERYONE there until I got an answer. And when I had to go to the bathroom, I'd have a friend do my hounding for me in my absence. The behavior of this administration is horrid, and treasonous is not an altogether false description.
