If I had a billion dollar company why would I want to pay 35% taxes here when I could put it in Canada for 10% less? The left tries to make it out like taxes are a charitable donation that the rich republicans want to avoid. With so much being wasted it pisses me off to 'pay my fair share' too.
As for the auto industry, I wouldn't buy a GM product to save my life. They recall more cars than they build anymore, and the American taxpayers lost billions on the bailout.
Well I can only think of the thousands of jobs saved by the auto industry bail out. On the other hand I am for the fair tax system. that way every body has some skin in the game. I want to see made in America on my consumer items once more.

Tuesday if Obama had had his name on the ballot in Kansas he surely would have won if it had an R behind it. No Democrats won on the federal or state level and even some locals felt that dislike for Obama had cost them seats. Here is a report from one county candidate, the only Democrat elected in the county, about what happened. Also, this article tells a lot about what made Kansas even redder than it had ever been.

Old Roy pass this around since the press won't publish this: This is hard to believe but then our gov't is hard to believe.
STIMULUS WORKS

Oregon State University Athletic Director Bob DeCarolis was
considering firing their Basketball Coach ... Craig Robinson.

<Mail Attachment.jpeg>
After all, they had an abysmal 8-11 start (2-5 in the Pac 10 Conference).

When word reached Washington, DC the Undersecretary of Education …
<Mail Attachment.jpeg>
Martha Kanter, was dispatched to Corvallis, Oregon with $17 million in
stimulus money for the university.

Thankfully, Craig Robinson's job was safe for another year.

<Mail Attachment.jpeg>
Now comes the interesting part of our story .

For those of you unfamiliar with Coach Robinson, he just so happens to be
the brother-in-law of none other than our country's beloved President Obama.
<Mail Attachment.jpeg>
Yup...that's right! He is the brother of Michelle (Robinson) Obama!
<Mail Attachment.jpeg>
But hey, can't we all come to the conclusion that Coach Robinson's job security was all just a coincidence?
I'm sure of it; aren't you?

Thank goodness for 'The Stimulus'!
But $17 million for one job? I wonder what mine is worth?!

If this doesn't anger you, nothing will ... remember to vote in 2014!

On May 5, 2014, Robinson was relieved of his duties as Oregon State's head basketball coach.
He was given a $4 million buyout of the three remaining years on his contract.
I HOPE EVERYONE IN THE U. S. A. GETS THIS E-MAIL.
And he recently was hired by ESPN as a men’s college basketball analyst

Blame the blowout Tues. night on what makes you happy. If liberals thought this Pres. was doing a good job they would of turned out in droves to keep Reid in power. Libs have families to feed as well. As for corporation taxes, by all means keep the taxes high so all the money the company makes stays overseas. That's real bright. "I'll show those big companys whose boss". Liberal thinking is like the kid with the football who gets mad and takes his ball and goes home. It results in nobody getting to play,(think American workers under Obama's taxes on the corporation.

I agree something has to be done to get companys to come back to America If reduced taxes were allowed would that translate back to the worker? Would our national debt go down with lower taxes? What is a good way to accomplish more good paying jobs and reduce the national debt?

Jobs will be hard to create when every step will be fought by Obama. Clinton fought in 1994, Obama will do the same only Obama seems to believe the mandate thing is the way to go.

Now it's a two way street. Didn't seem like that when the libs were running the show. Now you want cooperation. Should of thought of that before you got thumped Tuesday night.

Personally I was always for cooperation. I did not see that coming from the right. If I am wrong show me where there was attempts to cooperate.

The only jobs government creates are government jobs. The government can create the atmosphere for the private sector to create good jobs, and that has been lacking for the last six years. The destruction of the middle class in this country has been the first priority of the present administration. A GOP lead congress, just may make some headway in this endeavor, but it's going to take more than words. And I believe that their present leadership are not up to the job.

Ask the former Saturn workers how they like the way the auto industry was "saved".

To start with, shut the border and fine every business that is caught working an illegal. Republican or Democrat, makes no difference. If they take jobs away from American workers either fine them or put them in jail. Stop the handouts to the people who can work. I personally know of at least 15 people who are drawing food stamps and every benefit there is that are able bodied. Help those that really need it. Stop the pork bills, Republican and Democrat. Cut taxes for those who pay them. We can't continue to give people 2500 to 4500 dollars back every year that have paid maybe 800 for the year. Repeal Obamacare. It's a loser. More people have lost their insurance under this monstrosity than it has helped. Stop trying to force people to give their hard earned money to stupid govt. causes. Americans are the most generous people on earth. But we don't like the govt. telling us we must give to organizations we don't want to. If govt. would just let the small business people do what they do best we wouldn't be in this mess today. There are many more ways but I think we all get the idea. Until the feds get their boots off our necks we will be like two people in a row boat. One rowing one way the other the other way, we will continue to just go in circles. Thank you, and GOD BLESS
