I'm sure single moms raising a family doesn't help...but isn't the overall divorce rate at like 55% across the country ? There is more drugs in the white community...most young white people listen to rap music...t.v. Shows ??....weren't the prisons filled with Irish people at one point in this country ? They were poor...

Poor doesn't make criminals. Orphaned doesn't make criminals. Black doesn't make criminals. White doesn't make criminals. Handicapped doesn't make criminals.
What makes criminals are 1) demented mentality 2) lack of morals 3)a populace and a government that enables crime and criminal behavior, such as no punishment, such as excuses for the criminal. Lots of things contribute to both 1 & 2. Money or lack of money does NOT contribute to illegal behavior. What causes 3 to be a factor in criminal behavior is a minority controlling the majority. Simple. Quit trying to make a mountain from a mole hill and you'll be happier AND more aware of what is REALLY HAPPENING.......total destruction of the fabric of America.

Of course I'm old, you idiot. 75 isn't young. And young isn't seasoned, isn't awfully wise, isn't experienced, and should be taught decision making, but usually isn't. I am old - have had lots of experience in various areas of life. I know decadence when I see it. Evil doesn't happen suddenly - it slowly ekes its way into society. Things like jazz of the '30's became popular. Rock and roll of the '50's became popular. Rap of the '90's became popular. You may not that each slightly decadent thing led to MORE decadent things. Once a people approve a bit of decadence, they can expect more to follow until eventually, society no longer exists. Anarchy and decadence exist. I call that "inmates running the asylym. The majority of every generation is opposed to the "new" thing - and for damned good reason. The "new" decadent thing brings society closer and closer to failing.
If you cannot see the difference in Elvis gyrating his hips on stage and rap music calling for people's deaths and porn strip joints and nude parades of today - then I fear you are PART of the decadence. Should I fear you? Of course not! I should pity you. Do I pity you? Hell no I don't. If you cannot see the difference I outlined above, you disgust me.
