All who wish to be part of the Prayer Team are welcome. I am on the outs with one of the members; however, it changes not being part of the team.

This forum is more for Bible verses, prayers and, sometimes, simply jokes amongst each other. It has been our practice to not judge nor tell others how they should conduct their practice of faith. We are firm in staying away from political issues, unless it is to lift them in prayer for resolution.

When we become aware of a team member having a need for prayer, we all spread the word and bring that person's need to God in prayer. If a member has a need for prayer for a friend, who is not a site member, we include that members friend in our prayers.

Although Armie started the Prayer Team, I have become the, so to speak, hall monitor/disciplinarian. It may have to do with my reputation for cast iron skillet swinging. 8-)

Hopefully, this covers the basis of the forum.

You are welcome to be a part of the team. You already placed a wonderful prayer on the forum.

Yeah the frying pan is cast iron, so don't get hit with it. Ouch!

For me, I always found this to be a perfect prayer: "To see thee more clearly, follow thee more nearly, love thee more dearly...day by day." This is the living of The Way.

Powerful song rumi, one of my most favorites. Thanks for giving my memory a jump start!

Here let's share it. This the 1972 Godspell version. I was almost shaving back then. I love getting older, life is so much simpler. Now everything is just falling out, no need for razors anymore for this kid. :XD: :XD: :XD:

Good Grief!!! That 12" must have built up your muscles like a boxer!!! :XD:

Boy! That would leave someone black, blue and green - lucky to get back up.

Okay folks we need to pray for our troops. The defense department says the only way we can defeat ISIS is if we march into Syria and Iraq. God help us! I trust our troops, the Generals and the officers appointed below them, but I do not trust Obama, his cabinet and the Secretary of defense. God help us!

Well, maybe not the only way Ranger my friend but, it might get us in there to spread Christianity around a little sooner?

I better just shut up and pray right?

Just one other thing. That was a dirty trick ya'll pulled on me to start another PT thread. I have been in PT #1 for weeks postin' and a prayin' my little heart out. I thought it was awful quiet in there and, the messes not nearly so bad. Shame on all of you, I still found you though, didn't I?

I have to sign off. I have to replace my mattress topper as my feline baby girl decided the bed was a litter pan and urinated all over. I am leaving you with one of the skillets to manage with until my return. With Rock and Ranger both on, a disciplinarian is sometimes needed. :D :-P 8-)

Thank you for the invitation. Yes, I am interested but for some reason I still do not understand, I seem to be on the outs with a few of your members. PM a vote on me to others and see.

I know the boss, you're in pal!

Simply inspiring.......

Next time you tell yourself, “I can’t”.... think of this guy.

A Nanton Boy

I hope you will take a few minutes to watch the following video of Chris Koch from Nanton, Alberta.

He spends his spring, summer and fall working on our farm in Torquay Saskatchewan.

Chris runs the planter and sprayer in the spring, and then a combine in the fall.

During the winter he does some public speaking with a theme call "If I Can".

A feature video was recently done on Chris's life and farming.

To return to a more serious note, has anyone heard how Anniem's husband, Shannon is doing, and Rhomin57? Rhomi came on site, what - last week. Happy to hear from her, I'm sure the Lord is still working to clear up her problem, and no doubt He is comforting Shannon.

And Rock and Armageddun - have you two been treating your back kindly? Doing your exercises, wearing your brace? If not, I'll have to ask Aunti to lightly cuff you with the 8".

My forum notification sent me right to this one - much to my surprise it was only on something like page 22. Who knows, maybe a few of us drifted to #1 - not to mind, I think we're all here now.

I dance only to serious notes.

I have bumped into Rhomin twice already. If I see Rock, I'll see how he's feeling these days. He is so slippery and whoever takes what he says seriously, I know I never do?

As to the rest, let them speak now or, forever hold AuntiE from being a reprobate panhandler. The gloves are off I bet and, I'm feeling rather saucy.

Tap dance? Or some other (what do they call it) soft shoe routine?
