No, but each school has a student policy. Anyone who disrupt the peace of the school should be expelled and sent home. Freedom of speech doesn't include calling for riots and annihilation a group of people.

I understand what you are saying, my point is Jewish Students shouldn't need protection to feel safe and go to school. Deal with the problem and get those people who are the problem out of the situation. We as a society need to start standing up to wrong and demand accountability for poor actions. They shouldn't be allowed to attend school.
