Of course tomhoff24 will believe Cohen, as he said, "liars hang together", although I'd prefer to hang them separately.

Should Mr Trump Testify? IMO the best advice is for him to remain quiet and Not testify. Although He will not be quiet as shown by his daily comments. That is when he is not sleeping or other things that have been seen and or heard in court.

Nope and I enjoy the statements outside the court room. This man can get more earned campaign time than I 've ever seen and he's really great getting his side of the story out without setting himself up for perjury charges. Did you see him sleeping and other things in court or just taking Maddow's word for it?

Michael Cohen, the convicted perjurer created his own troubles and was caught lying in the Letitia James "Get Trump's real estate" case.

There isn't a defense attorney who is worth his salt that would let Trump testify. Besides the fact that our favorite career criminal is the man of 30,000 lies, and Trump is incapable of telling the truth, he would leave himself open to a perjury case, the CBS has a nice article on the Sandoval hearings, questions the prosecution would ask Trump. I am sure Trump would not like to be asked much of them. They cover most of his shenanigans over the past year, and
all his court cases.

So what? Trump wasn't responsible for Cohen's tax fraud or perjury convictions.
Cohen is mad at Trump because he wasn't pardoned like other Trump associates.

Just the sheer number, 30,000, indicates who the real liar is. 30,000. That's a lie every hour every day for the four years that Trump was president. The number alone belies the truth of the statement itself.

How are the courts controlled by the Democrats? I think it will be fair trial and he needs to not testify and let his legal team present his case before the jury.

Judge Merchan has contributed money to organizations whose stated intent is to "get Trump." This is in violation of the New York Code of Judicial Conduct Section 100. His daughter worked for Kamala Harris.
Judgew Engoron has stated publicly that "Trump is guilty." He also stated publicly that he would not allow a jury trial, which is why Trump's defense team did not request one.
Jack Smith, prosecuting the Mar-a-Lago fiasco is famous. Or infamous. He obtained a conviction on former VA governor McDonald (R), which was nullified and thrown out by a UNANIMOUS decision of the SCOTUS for "prosecutorial misconduct." Think about that; 9-0 when the Court had a Liberal majority.

Of course Judge Engoron said Trump was guilty. He was the judge in the case who was passing judgement on our favorite career criminal. He saw the evidence and it was his job to make a decision. Trump did not ask for a jury trial. Trump could have done that. So is the rest of your story true? Doubtful.

Trump will say he's going to testify up to the day he's supposed to do it. Then our favorite career criminal will say he won't do it.

Are you actually denying that the jurisdictions that brought charges against Trump are not all Democrats?? Fulton County itself is blue as is Manhattan. Tell us just how Trump is going to get a fair trial in Democrat jurisdictions.
