It would be a perjury trap for Trump to testify laid by the prosecutors who are allowed by the judge to bring up any of his previous cases and question him.
Why would he need to testify over a bookkeeping error that Bragg twisted into a felony?
Let his lawyers do their job cross-examining the witnesses.

Do you actually believe the Democrat controlled courts are going to believe ANYTHING he would say if he did testify?? He would be wasting his time if he did.

How are the courts controlled by the Democrats? I think it will be fair trial and he needs to not testify and let his legal team present his case before the jury.

I would be thrilled to see Fat Donny on the stand. The Human Cheeto is incapable of telling the truth. It's pathological and out of his control. He lives in a different world than the rest of us. He is a lying machine. He would rack up dozens of perjury charges every minute his damp, saggy mouth was open. It would be the frosting on the cake where the file was hidden.

Cohen was the guy who said "yes" when asked if Fat Donny the Rapist ever inflated the values of his holdings for getting loans and deflating them when tax time came rolling around. Cohen is a proven liar and you will only believe him if he goes against Trump. You have already decided Trump is guilty without proof which is antiamerican.

Of course courts are politically controlled. Judges are chosen by the dominate party to run in the location and elected by the constituents in that district. NYC is 86% Democrat. In a decidedly liberal location like Manhattan the judges will be predominately liberal if they want to get reelected. In Manhattan Trump will either be convicted or end with a hung jury if one or two jurers hold to their opinion. Not likely from my experience that a couple hold outs on a jury won't eventually cave to the majority opinion. I will be very surprised but with renewed hope for the country and our judicial system if an innocent verdict comes down.

You obviously know nothing about real estate or property appraisals. I know of no real estate investors that doesn't do the exact same thing. Appraisals (opinions) for loans are very different and consider different facts than property tax appraisals. Especially on commercial properties.
